This is the nicest Dairy Queen I have ever been to! I only interacted with Jackie but her vibes alone told me that this is a tightly ran ship. The food solidified that thought. I could tell everything was freshly made and hot. We find ourselves driving through Clarksville every few months and already decided that this is now a permanent stop on our journey.

Dairy Queen sponsored a fundraiser for JRMC Auxiliary last night. In the past, I have pretty much been take-out and blizzards. Hanging out for 3 hours I really got to look over the menu. All of us ordered different things and were happy with our choices, I read the scrolling mission statement and was impressed. They certainly are carrying out their community mission. I will be here more often. A few positives not usually mentioned. The place is mostly white yet it was super clean, you can get on the walking/biking trail with little problem from here which also means you can take a break if you are already on the trail, and they have some of the easiest parking spaces to get in and out of if you want to enjoy indoor or outdoor dining at their picnic table.

Brittney at Dairy Queen provided excellent customer service, showing attentiveness and efficiency throughout my visit. She was super friendly and had a positive attitude and willingness to accommodate any special requests enhanced my dining experience, making me feel valued as a customer. I would definitely recommend this server to others for their outstanding service.

We brought all the kids from Twin Oaks Baptist Church today to get an ice cream cone. The service was awesome! The gentleman that took our order did an amazing job, he double checked everything and was very polite. All of our kids loved it when he came out and checked on us. He wasn't wearing a name tag, but we were at the Clarksville DQ. Thank you for the wonderful service!

Understaffed and did not give us all of our order. My wife went inside to get carry out. Ordered a burger. Was advised a combo would be cheaper. So changed order to combo. Got charged for a combo. All we were given was burger. No fries no drink. By then did not want to loose more time to busy understaffed conditions. Took a loss and went on with day.

They have fish on their menu but you can’t order it after 8pm. What would be the reason why a fast food establishment can’t cook fish after 8pm? Sounds like lazy management.Cashier claim this has been a thing for 2 months now which is a lie because my husband got a fish sandwich from there after 8pm just 2 weeks ago!Edit: thankfully my husband still had his receipt, it was actually 8 days ago from today that he was able to get not 1 but 3 fish sandwiches after 8pm! Just because they lied I’m going to escalate this

Clean and well-kept restaurant. Kind and friendly staff. Peaceful atmosphere. They play Christian music!! A wonderful environment to take the family. Our food was served hot during the lunch rush. The outside looked Clean and well-maintained. What has DQ done to their burgers?Don't taste anything like they used to.Meat was a dull grey with no taste and the lettuce was soggy. Way over priced for what you get.Onion rings we're amazing!

When i finally got thru the long drivethru experience i got three blizzards that had very little ingredients in them. The cotton candy one was unedible. When i'd rather pay the high gas prices to go to the Russelville branch, that tells you all you need to know.

Most expensive small Blizzard in four states and very stingy with the ingredients! My small Caramel Fudge Cheesecake Blizzard only had two cheesecake pieces in it and my husband’s small Very Cherry Chip Blizzard was mostly ice cream too! Extremely disappointing!!!

I have ate at alot of Dairy Queens and I must say this was the burger I ever had , first it was cold , I ordered peppers on it which wasn't there , but the main thing is the meet tasted terrible almost like a soyburger , meat was almost white , it's bad when the yellow arch place serves a better burger , hope they do better...
