Worse store I've been in a while in Clarendon, AR!! The manager was walking around store on phone with 15 people being checked out by a new hire in one line...the self checkout is always broke and close the store at 5p.m. Clarendon needs better management or shut the store down!!! To file a complaint it cost $19 and they are closed right now and won't be back open till April....Who is in charge needs to fired as well! I give 0 stars but have to put at least one star to even comment and recommend nobody to store because that would just be torture....Please do better or shut down...Simple!!!

It could be a nice store but needs better management. The check-out system appears to always have problems such as can’t give you a receipt, can’t take a check or debit card etc. The help can’t seem to answer questions. The aisles are blocked many times by stock, boxes, or mops and dust pans. Ads are misleading or unclear. More help in the store is needed.

Been shopping here at the Clarendon store for awhile now and now when I go to buy certain items that have a sale sticker on the shelf for certain items such as the Nature Valley granola bars that are or were marked at 2 for $5 and then being charged the full price of $3.85 for one box is very upsetting. They should honor the sale prices as long as they are still marked at 2 for $5.When I question this I am told that they can not change prices or they will lose their job.This needs to be addressed as many customers won’t be as understanding as others..

I enjoy this specific Dollar General location. That being said, they are conveniently located everywhere I tend to travel to, so Dollar General has become my go to for a quick grocery when I don't want to go to the supermarket.

Great store great people. Very clean store as well and put togather. Nothing ever blocking the floors or rows u can shop amd not stumble over stuff.

Not the greatest in the world when it comes to Dollar General's, but considering it's basically being ran by a one woman army, it's well kept and managed fantastically

Dollar general is a great place to go good pricing on their products helpful sales staff can find most of things you need there.

Even being remodeled recently shelves or empty, it might be in cars to be put up don't know, but they are always in the aisle, been shopping there over 10 years hard to keep help and never enough help.

They remodeled the front (Sept 16') and the place is always overall pretty clean and the employees are always helpful and friendly.
