The woman Workin was extremely overwhelmed with tasks. She had a lot to do and a lot of costumers. Her registers wouldn't work and had to be reset. She had to deal with rude regular customers bashing her while she was trying to help customers. I admired her for being able to smile and push through. This store needs help organizing but overall I'd say could be a great store

Awesome customer service! People were friendly and eager to make sure you had no trouble finding what you needed. The vibe is great, I wish that type of service was around a lot more now days.

Do not use the app to pick up your order..waited for bout 10min for the worker to decide ifn she was goin to help me or not..I coulda went in the store to get the items myself, stood in line, & pd much faster..good help is hard to find, to many lazy people out there that don't care or know ya need to keep the customer happy..

This store is supposed to open at 8am. It is 9am and my husband is going back for the second time because the manager is late again today. Employees are sitting outside in the heat waiting on their manager to arrive and open the store so they can WORK. There is a similar post from a months ago. This is unacceptable and should be elevated.Update: Manager showed up around 10am and opened. The employees need a pat on the back- they came BACK to work again- I don't know the details or excuses, but shame on DG if they allow this behavior to continue. Not only is it a hassle for the customers, but zero respect for time of the people who showed up when they were supposed to.

The best part of this location, besides the clean and friendly atmosphere, is the huge selection of clothing. Other local spots do not have a selection this big.

Not very pleasant..management staff doesn't help on the resister very much, always a line, shelves not replenished often enough....but they do make a effort to " try" I think that's about all they exspect from themselfes and others. And they seem to have a high turnover rate

I had an interview, then they copied my DL &SSC I wait then call them they kept saying they would call me but never did, I have called and called then they change GM and no one mentioned my hiring to her then she says she can't even find my app online after I already filled out an employee hiring package online out. Irresponsible, unorganized, and in despite need of some sort of professional help on that store.

need more cashiers specially on the weekends. No one should wait 15 minutes in line to be checked out. Is there not gonna use the other cashier need to turn it into a self checkout station

It's really crowded and stock isn't usually faced, so the shelves are really disorganised. You'll have an easier time finding what you want at the Caulksville Dollar General.

It's a freshly remodeled store and the employees do a fine job keeping it clean. The aisles are a little cramped but I can almost always find what I'm searching for.

Really good place to stop by and get one or two items. If you don't mind paying a bit more to avoid the traffic of larger stores.

Store manager can't seem to get to work on time to open store.. This has happened several times with employees and customers waiting outside for someone to open store. Rediculous!!! And she's still there. Any other place, would have fired her butt long time ago!!!!!!

There's never enough cashiers and always a line of customers. The aisles are also crowded or completely blocked with stock that needs put away. NEVER enough help...

I'm not sure I don't trust some of the foods they sell it might be from China and that could be dangerous the rest of it's okay kind of like Harbor Freight one time use of what you buy.

I utilize Dollar General at the front of a shopping trip....once I've found their limit, I go on to another store....Fair Prices, reasonable selection...

It was messy and there were stock carts in the way of stove product, but I did find the items I went in to get.

There is always unloaded carts all over the store and the clothes are just crammed in the shelves and on the racks. Very messy
