I just wanted to give a big thank you to the people working today during the eclipse. I drove down from Kansas without much of a plan, and somehow ended up here. I’m not sure if they planned to have people from all over the country in their parking lot, but they couldn’t have been nicer, and even hooked me up with a pair of eclipse glasses! While I didn’t need any tools today, I bought some snacks to have during “the show”. The store was super nice, and well stocked - I would highly recommend shopping here if you’re in Charleston.

the guys working there know their stuff and if they don't know something someone there does. not like a bunch of young kids that rely on a computer or phone to give them information. great place and great help.

Right before Christmas of 2021, I went in with dirty clothes on because I was working on one of my many vehicles. I came in to buy some tools. I spent well over $150, but while I was walking around as the only customer, a female employee was loudly declaring to another employee that she "just hated thieves" and that she couldn't stand people coming into the store trying to steal things. This went on for nearly my entire shopping experience, and was very obviously directed towards me. I am very financially secure, and this made me extremely uncomfortable. I left feeling humiliated. I will still give 3 stars because the selection is amazing for that location and the rest of the staff is very friendly. The place is clean and the parking lot is huge for such a store.

The first time I went the two women working were very rude. Treated me like. I was an inconvenience to them because they were in the middle of a conversation trashing the other employees which really made me uncomfortable. You had to be there to understand. I decided to give the store another shot yesterday and to my surprise it was just as bad but different people. I will never buy anything from that location again. I would rather drive the extra 30 minutes than to deal with any of that drama again. Works a place for simply that. You're being paid to do a job with integrity especially when dealing with the general public. If you cant muster up a simple hello or even respond to the customer when they're asking something you have no business working in that position.

There's no other place like Ace Hardware I've lived in this park of Arkansas all my life I've been to every store around and they stand out every time it's a rare occasion when you cannot find help or friendly smile. I love to go to Ace Hardware even though the economy is killing everybody Ace Hardware is doing the best they can I'm sure. So two thumbs up to the ace.

The selection of items is getting better and every one is friendly but just about forget finding help . I saw two groups of people wandering from isle to isle like myself trying to find things no one offered to help. But the front counter was fully staffed with 3 employees. Uggggg

My little girl needed to potty and they had no problome letting us use there restroom and we're so polite and the store is nice and clean
