I moved into Watercolors of Centerton about two years ago, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. The complex is impeccably maintained, with a cleanliness that truly sets it apart. The two pools offer a refreshing escape during the warmer months, and the 24/7 fitness center makes it convenient to stay active no matter what your schedule. Additionally, the option for rentable garages adds an extra level of convenience and security. Overall, Watercolors of Centerton provides a fantastic living experience, combining luxury amenities with a welcoming community atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Since the new management company has taken over it’s like night and day! Office hours are more conducive for people who work after 5! Mish more interaction with the residents!! Very happy with the changes!!!!

Great amenities, I love that they have two pools. Every time I’ve gone to the office the staff is always helpful and friendly! The floor plans are very open, not to mention my floor plan had TWO balconies!

I moved in February of 2024 and it has been great! I’m completely new to the area and the office staff has been able to help me with everything from finding local furniture stores to buy from to answering any questions I had on my bill. Everyone is always so nice and willing to help with anything. I’m also in one of the newer buildings and it is gorgeous!

Apartments are clean and management has been very actice. We are 7 families living here from same origin company.Views of apartments are very photogenic and love doing photography here.Best part is pickleball playing area where we spend our evenings mostly.

My apartment is perfect for me. From the big windows for natural sunlight, the balcony, the kitchen with stainless steel appliances, all the way to the fitness center. Luxurious vibe at a decent price; can’t beat that.

We’ve lived here for 3 years and the apartment complex has been amazing to us! Anytime anything has gone wrong, they’ve been onsite fixing it within a day. We love that they have the dog park and it’s been astroturf for our dogs. It makes it much easier on their paw and nails. We’ve made so many friends, people and dogs alike, while living here.

We moved here in October, the complex is very clean. The only thing that bugs me is that it seems that when my neighbor uses the kitchen all the smell ends up in my master bedroom bathroom. Causing it to smell like spices and same goes for the closet. I am using things to lock those ordors but would be great if they isolated those ordors a bit. Other than that it is great and the gym and lobby are great!

I love living at Watercolors! The maintenance is amazing, and the office staff is friendly and always happy to help when I have a concern. SO happy with the new management company too, I can already see such a huge improvement and so many positive changes around here. Keep up the good work, guys! :)

So far so good. I moved in 10/20/23 and have zero complaints.— Place is quiet and nice neighbors— Mail is delivered to apartments, not the community center— I see maintenance/cleaning people walking the grounds a lot making sure property is clean— Nice pickleball and basketball courts— Community Center is nice with gym, pool table, TV, coffee bar, and golf simulator

Didn't want to make this awful review but recently got a noise violation warning. And the thing that I am upset about is that the staff was one sided and didn't care about my explanation. It's like I could report anyone with little explanation about a noise complaint. Now, I went to my neighbor who complained, and they said that they complained because I was making noise at 1am in the morning like working out. Who the hell works out at 1am, and how did the staff believe this. Now I would have understand why I got the noise complaint better but the real reason why I got a noise complaint is that I take a shower around 12 am since I have to work late and I walk around to my bed but I am not heavy, it's just these floors are noisy even though there is carpet. When there was someone on the top of my apartment, the lady was thin and yet I could hear them walking like an elephant. And my best guess why my neighbor thought that I was working out is because of the mug that I put in my night stand, it does make noise, but who would know that could make so much noise. The staff just sided with the neighbor without asking me what really happened and now I am scared to even walk or put my mug down because they say that I will be getting fined 50$ per noise complaint and can be evicted. Like are you kidding me!!!!!! I have to work and I can't take a shower or walk!!!!!!!!!! Where does it say in the guidelines that I can't take a shower at 12am or walk if I need to go to the rest room. I am very upset!!! If I get fined 50$ for a noise complaint because of this stupid reason, I will be disappointed. I am even afraid to cook at 8pm or take the trash because of this stupid violation warning. The family below me has a baby so they want me to be so quiet at after 7pm, because the baby has to sleep at 7pm. I still have to cook, clean plates and take out trash!!! Now if I clean plates or do this ordinary things they think I am putting down work out weights. I pay here to live not to fear to get 50$ fees!!!You should probably look for a different apartment one which is more reasonable. No one should have the fear I have of getting 50$ per noise violation just for doing ordinary things. Where in the guidelines does it say I cannot cook or clean plates or take out the trash at 7pm!!!!!!! Why don't you ask the neighbor too to be considerate and not be one sided. I have a job that ends at 5pm but requires a lot of overtime how the hell am I going to get everything done for 2 hours!!!The saddest part too is that the staff just sided with the guy who complained even though, I was here longer than the family below me and when there was the other tenant below me, I didn't have to freaking be like a professional spy avoiding minor obstacles every day after 7pm on my kitchen room. I will definitely move out soon, but this god d@mn lease doesn't end soon.

Kind staff. Clean buildings. There is a lovey little pool! I love how the buildings are colored different (hence the name Watercolor). There is so much attention to little details that make this place cozy and safe. The prices are good for the area. Their 1 bedroom is a very spacious,1 bedroom. If you’re not hooked by the pictures take a tour and you’ll see what I mean!!!

Too expensive for the quality! To be honest we are looking to move or move when the lease is up. Watercolors uses the words “upscale” and “luxury”. If you want REAL luxury for the same price check out Pointe Bentonvile Apartments. Watercolors phase one is really outdated, one of the apartments we viewed had stains on carpet, yellow light switches, severe scratches on appliances. I do not know if that’s the case for all of Phase One. Make sure to view the rooms before deciding. Lots of broken or loose construction, like some of the walkway light fixtures are leaning over, and the pools handle is loose.The playground looks like it’s about to fall apart and was spray painted. Our dish washer wasn’t mounted to the counter and fell on its face, and our island table top is loose. The overall construction seemed rushed. There’s been pigeon poop in a walk way for the last 3 months. We are in the phase 3 apartments, It’s just basic and okay. If you’re looking for better price I would recommend Walton crossing apartments, the greens at feyettville, or one of their sister apartments.The staff is wonderful. And friendly neighbors/community. The office will have cute little parties or host small businesses.

Moved out in July and yet get the secruity depost back 6 months later. New mangment blames old mangment and told me it's not their responsibilty anymore. What? Shouldn't you make sure these kind of things handled correctly, and if not take responsiblity when I contact the same "watercolors of centerton"? Just unprofesstional.

We have lived here since July of 2022 and at first we loved the apartment complex. Great amenities, and we love the location. With that being said our opinion on this apartment has drastically changed since new owners took over. We are not happy. We will need to sign a month to month lease as we are building a house in the area. When we went to discuss pricing for our lease agreement we were hit with a $474 dollar increase each MONTH! That is astronomical and doesn’t even seem legal. Our base price each month has went up by $374 with a $100 increase due to the short term lease (which is understandable) They also doubled the cost of our garage unit from $100 to $200 a month. We were paying $1,385.00 a month and will now be paying $1,859.00 just a year later.The office staff and on-site management has been great, but unfortunately the new owners have priced us (and a lot others that we have talked to) out of here. We will be moving out ASAP. It is just a bummer that our opinion on this apartment is now tainted.
