The two young ladies working at the customer service desk seemed more engaged with their personal conversation than with the customer.While they did perform the task of providing me money orders, they appeared to be more focused on their own personal conversation instead of the customer.There's no problem conversing with your fellow employee. It's good for rapport and morale. But while you're performing a task for the customer, focus on that. Then go back to your conversation. Otherwise, it gives the impression to the customer that their issue is not a priority. And it didn't get the impression from them.

This Neighborhood Market is the busiest one I have ever been to, and at all hours on all days. You may think that because it is so busy, it is chaotic or messy, but it couldn't be further from the truth. This store is always full of people, and yet manages to be well stocked and organized, with plenty of employees available to help with finding whatever you need. Although there are a lot of employee "shoppers" who are in the aisles getting pick up or delivery orders ready, these people are really great at trying to move out of the way or help if they see you are trying to grab something in their area. I have also noticed that there is very little staff turnover, which means I have several employees that I know by face and know that they are happy to help me. I tend to use the scan and go option because that way I stick to my list and my budget. The self check out kiosks are clean and well maintained, with plenty of available bags and an associate to help if you get the dreaded "see store associate to complete this transaction" notfication. The only thing I have a hard time with is reaching beverages. I wish they had more of the little hook things that help you grab stuff from the back. However, (as my picture shows) you can always bring a human hook to get back there and retrieve what you need!I am now updating this post to add that this store is excellent about having online pickup orders ready on time and correct. You can actually live text with your shopper if you have any concerns about certain produce or choosing substitutions. This remains the busiest Walmart Neighborhood Market around, while maintaining their high level of service!

The normal experience for a neighborhood market. I did have someone approach me and ask if I needed help. That was a first. Their store looked pretty clean. I was there early so a lot of stocking was going on. No complaints. There are a few non-food supply rows, but not too much. The produce looked ok.

I didn’t expect such rude pharmacy employees when asking for assistance with locating a medication. You shouldn’t make anyone feel dumb for asking a question, or act like we should know everything about medications. Very disappointing.

Propane dispenser was out of order, then I was told they can open it. So I drive all the way back, and am told, "oh no, we can't open it." Waste of time. Typical walmart.

I love this Walmart. Genuinely, I do. But I have one thing to comment on; PLEASE STOP HAWKING ME DOWN when I am checking out. I AM BLACK I AM NOT A THEIF. I HAVE NEVER STOLE A DAY IN MY LIFE! And y’all find a way every single time to get two check out eye watchers to put their attention all on me! I hate it, it’s sick. Add more checkout lines if you’re worried about black people stealing ❤️

I hate that it’s is the closest neighborhood market to me because I feel profiled every time I go to pay. First of all, I’m a regular for two years — you should recognize me by now. Yet, someone always hovers close by when I go to purchase my items. Second, your employees aren’t discreet, I’ve watched to see how you do this. I’ve noticed you all stop what you’re doing and stand watching like a hawk when a person of my skin color is ringing their items. You don’t do that to everyone. PLEASE STOP!

The music is too LOUD!I would gladly give five stars for my neighborhood market because it’s clean, organized and the employees are polite. Unfortunately, the music is often so loud that I can’t think or talk to the person next me. I ended up leaving and going to Harps today. I may end up just going elsewhere to begin with from now on.

This, Walmart is actually pretty close to me and I did not even realize it. The red onions looked fantastic, which made me extremely happy. Also, I had searched which store I could get the Lacroix flavor that I like, and it was at the store.

Very disappointed in my experience today. At almost every Walmart I have been to, they fix the prices to what is advertised if the register doesn't have it in their system when it's rung up.Today while shopping they have value size packs of Capri sun advertised on the shelf on sale for 1.98. Not only was it advertised in one place but multiple. Same size, same price. The flavor even matched. I took 2 and when trying to pay at the register, the CSM didn't fix the price, instead she made us wait at the register for ssverse minutes so she could verify a way to prove us wrong. She came back and said, "Someone put then in the wrong place." I told her "All of them? You guys need to be more on top of that then because it's misleading." She didn't apologize for the inconvenience at all. She was very rude. It was ridiculous.Oh and the pharmacy.. don't even get me started on the pharmacy.. biggest waste of time, unbelievably slow service and nobody is ever on the same page. They don't have their stuff together at all.

In specific regards to pickup: great service, always friendly and efficient. If I don’t like my substitutions they take care of it on the spot. Hector specifically always has great customer service and a smile on his face! Tonight they gave me a little “Boo” treat to celebrate Halloween. Overall 10/10

Yalls pharmacy drive through is a disaster and a joke. There is no reason to have 15 vehicles backed all the way to the other end of the parking lot, waiting for their medications. People getting cut off and people cutting in front of one another, messing up traffic. It is so frustrating. Complete fail Walmart.

Zero customer service. Check everything out yourself. Pharmacy lets the line back up while people wait on prescriptions. For those just picking up what should already be ready, have them move to the back of the line. Should be a simple, efficient solution, but not for Walmart. Typical Walmart, yet everyone flocks to the place. Not this guy any more.

Good place to shop for weekly grocery needs. They have both self checkout and assisted checkouts.Includes pharmacy as well. Got my vaccination from here.Good service, no complaints.Not the same as super center, the inventory at super centers are varied and better, obviously.

Pharmacy drive through seems much slower than most of the other stores in the area. Consistently a 20-30 minute wait with 4-5 vehicles or less. They are great about working with you, though.

Fist time to this location and not pleased at all.Intended to purchase some deli sandwich meat. Several severe food safety and violation issues very clear. Flies everywhere!!! All over the meat scales and even flying in the meat display case. I refused to purchase a thing!!! Definitely am not buying our; what used to be usual, rotisserie chicken, because I didn't want to find a fly in it. 😣This is a manager and corporate issue!!!! CLOSE IT DOWN UNTIL IT CAN BE IN HEALTH COMPLIANCE AND SAFE FOR CUSTOMERS!!!

They only have 2 registers now. And one of them wasn't even being used. So there about 6 or 8 customers standing in line to use the one register that was open. Customer service was pretty good, that's the only reason for 2 stars instead of 1.

Walmart seems to be missing it lately. The last three times I bought the bag of "cuties" mandarin oranges, several were already moldy and bad. I can understand supply chain issues creating outages, but quality is the merchant's responsibility.

Tonight I went into this neighborhood market as I do about every other day but today I had an issue. I was almost in tears as I was leaving the store. The store management team now only worked to resolve the issue but provided complete customer satisfaction.I don’t remember when the last time I’ve seen customer service on this level.Thanks again to the store manager and service desk managers who helped me tonight. Some situations can’t be avoided but because of people like y’all I’m glad I was there when it happened 🙂💯.

Staff friendliness goes above & beyond. Checkers are always polite, positive & smiling. While their online ordering leaves much to "want" this is not due to their fault as their "selections" are not pulled live from this store due to not having a large enough online customer base yet. Easy in & out at this location!

Every associate is affable and helpful. I enjoy knowing my way around the store. I've never had a bad Great Value product. Being an old fart may be the reason everyone is so willing to assist me. It certainly doesn't hurt that the prices are very competitive. I'm glad I only intended to buy a few things, but I found that I did most of my grocery shopping for the month.

One of the slowest drive-thrilu pharmacies in the whole state. No reason anyone should be waiting 1 hour in line and only get 2 cars thru and 10 cars deep.

I shop at this store often & they are not keeping their shelves stocked. Why do they pay people to not do their job's?? They have no half and half or heavy whipping cream stocked at all ! yet the item's are available online. Also their deli is the worst! No rotisserie chicken! Not to mention their system! Everytime I try to use my EBT card their system declines it, so I have to take it to Harps and have no problem
