We were just passing through town when the tornado sirens went off. The manager welcomed me and me family in and got us safely to the back to take shelter! She even encouraged us to stay as long as we needed for the weather to clear on our route. We stayed and checked out the store and everyone was so helpful and we loved the snacks we bought. If we lived in town this would definitely be our go to store!

I stopped by this Walgreens the other day and I needed help finding a variety of things. As this was a new location I didn’t know where it all was. Ashley B was the only associate who offered to help me when she saw that I was struggling. Not only was she very knowledgeable but she was very friendly and just seemed happy to be there to help. If anyone needs anything at this store Ashley B is the one to go to!

Ordered a pick up, came to pick it up and expecting a receipt but there is NO receipt. The store manager DAISY had to get it from the office!? Waited for good 10 minutes just for the receipt. Then she came back and I told her that I didn’t get my cash reward and all she told me that I need to call catalina which it shouldn’t be coming from them. Catalina and Walgreen cash rewards and different! I know because I’ve been shopping at Walgreens for years now but not on this location. I’m glad this store is open and I’m close to it but I will not be shopping at this location anymore. Not very good help!

Glad we have a walgreens close to home, and to the one star complaining about a receipt, girly pop. You receive a receipt in your email, that's why it asks for your email when you do a pickup order.."Once your order goes through, you will see your Order Confirmation. You can print your receipt by clicking the blue Print Receipt button. Also, a copy of your receipt will be emailed to you" - literally took me 2 secs to google this.

I really enjoy the store side, and so happy to have one in Centerton to avoid the Bentonville traffic.The pharmacy side is what made me give 3 stars. A tech argued with me repeatedly over the phone that I was wrong and that my son’s medication was a generic for a totally different medication. (This is after she first told me he didn’t actually have any medicine there…). After asking her to confirm, she claimed the pharmacist also said it was this medication.It wasn’t until I had to drive there and show them the bottle (which states the generic name and what it’s a generic to) that they finally stopped trying to convince me my son was on a different medication.Hopefully this was a one off, but it’s worrisome when the people filling your meds can be so confidently wrong.

Just visited this new store! What a breath of fresh air. Store is very clean, organized and the employees very helpful and happy! Daisy went above and beyond to help us out!
