I had an outstanding experience at this car wash! Not only did they provide me with a free wash, but they went above and beyond by assisting me when I accidentally locked myself out of my car. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind throughout the entire process. I highly recommend this car wash for their exceptional service and genuine care for their customers.

Terriblee Experience and Rude Staff - Stay Away!I recently visited this car wash company and had an extremely negative experience. The staff member who assisted me was not only unhelpful but also incredibly rude. When I arrived, I was quickly shown the instructions, and while trying to turn off the wiper, it accidentally wiped the windshield once. Instead of handling the situation professionally, the staff member immediately took a picture of my license plate and told me not to come back. I was shocked by their reaction and wanted to explain what had happened, but they refused to listen and walked away.Later, I approached the staff member to discuss the incident, hoping for a resolution. However, their behavior was completely unacceptable. They spoke to me in a disrespectful and condescending manner, showing no willingness to understand or address the situation. It was clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority for them.Based on my experience, I strongly advise against visiting this car wash location. The lack of professionalism and the rude behavior of the staff make it an unpleasant place to deal with. There are certainly better options available where customer service is valued. Save yourself the frustration and find an alternative car wash company that treats its customers with respect.

My old Honda is sparkling after a good wash at Take 5 in Centerton, AR today. I had the opportunity to meet the young lady who is the manager and who helped me with my car wash. Excellent customer service in answering some questions I had. I enjoyed her nice smile and friendly personality.

Great car wash! Personally our favorite in the area. They have the kindest people and the best options for cleaning out the inside of your car! Complimentary bottles of glass cleaner, general cleaner and towels. Would recommend!

In an area that has car washes costing over $28 it good to dind an automatic carwash for $8. Their machine did a excellent job.

Employees are always nice and professional. However my car was left wet with suds still on the side and the whole backside of the car didn't get touched. It seems like there's no high rinse cycle. More than half the vacuums were out of service as well.

I was just trying to get my car washed and there was a guy at the machine trying "to help". He talked to me about the different types of washes. And I asked to get the $21 dollar wash. He asked if I regularly wash my car that it would be better for me to get the membership. I simply asked what the price was. He then said "I'm glad you asked". He took my credit card away from me and turned his back to me where I couldn't see what he was doing on the screen. He acted like the screen wasn't working and then told me to pull around to get my wash and that he would ring me up inside. I said ok. He comes out and asked to open my door to put a sticker and a sticker on my windshield. He pretty much signed me up for the membership without even telling me what it was. I went for a $21 dollar wash to a $45 dollar a month membership. And now that I try to go on the website to cancel this membership, the website says it's down. I didn't appreciate all the sneaky procedures this person did. And my car still wasn't even cleaned when it went through which he supposedly gave me the best upgrade on the car wash. Everything was still so dirty. Even had a feather stuck after going through the car was.

It looks like a nice new car wash but it just doesn’t do the trick. Even with the $17 wash we got, our car was left spotted with visible residue. Sure the sides were left cleaner than I arrived, but overall it left many edges spotted and still dirty. My search for a good car wash continues.
