It’s usually pretty good. I am a bit disappointed that they only have two ovens and I have to wait longer than usual for food items ordered in the app as a result. The food was still good and the drinks of course were even betterVegetarian options: Egg bites and I think they have an impossible meat for a breakfast item sandwichKid-friendliness: Plenty of items to choose from for kids. The vanilla bean is what I always get my kids with half the syrup.

I have come to the Centerton location for the past three years. You can always tell when management changes. For the last 3-4 months this place has been very unorganized and unwelcoming. Staff used to seem happy and would say “Welcome to Star Bucks” anytime someone walked through the door even if they were busy. I think I may have to take my business down the road to 7Brew. Centerton can’t get it together. It could be a very nice and welcoming facility they need actual leadership.

Had been to Starbucks Centerton locationStaff services are good and response to customer queries is good.I always like a drive-through because it’s very very fast and convenient and it saves a lot of timeThey served hot coffee and it is tasty. I’ve been to many Starbucks but this Starbucks has some very rude employees. They dont care about getting your order right, they give you your drink how THEY want not how you want. I’ve had Many unsatisfied moments, especially with a specific employee and no matter how nice or friendly I am, super bad attitude, I think she’s a manager not sure, I now just avoid going to this Starbucks. I shouldn’t have to reorder the same drink twice to get proof of a constant problem with this store. Also, I don’t think it’s right that they always try to shorten customers drinks because they ask for light ice or no ice, everytime I ask for for no or light ice I recieve an incomplete drink from the size I ordered and they tell me everytime that “it’s company policy”. But I’ve never had this problem at other Starbucks!? Very confused on company policy then. I shouldn’t have to feel uncomfortable pulling up to a place I enjoy my coffee from. Unfortunately this is the only store close to home but driving to the Starbucks in Bentonville is so much more worth it, I definitely recommend! The employees are amazing and I never have issues with ordering my coffee!

This place needs help. Better management, better training, better order management. It takes so long to get a mobile order (20-30 minutes since order time), I'm not sure what the point is. Better to go inside or via the drive-through, which seems to get preferential treatment. Besides for the wait, the orders are right most of the time. This morning, though, I got my usual Grande Flat White, and it was mostly foam with maybe half coffee. No more mobile ordering at this location for me. It's go inside or sit in the drive-through.

Half-cafs beware! I’m 8 months pregnant and have been limiting my caffeine intake. Every now and then, I’ll grab a half-caffeine latte - specifically from Starbucks because you’re given the option in the app. As I was waiting for my drink to be made this morning, I heard the barista making my drink tell a seemingly newer staff member to ignore the “half caffeine” on the drink sticker. When I got my latte, it was like drinking a $7 glass of milk. I’m not sure if she gave me half of the amount of coffee that should have been in the latte or what, but it ruined my coffee pregnancy experience with the company

I ordered a venti hot pumpkin spice latte, my mom and I have been waiting, and standing for 20 minutes and the barista didn't do it right. Apparently she seems worth it, I receive an incomplete drink just almost just the half part of my pumpkin spice latte drink, I don’t think it’s right that they always try to shorten customers drinks because she seems worth it just to give it short drinks to make them very quick... It's not fair my mom paid over $6 for half of my venti Pumpkin Spice Latte and I recieve an incomplete drink from the size I ordered.. so I arrived back home and I had to filled with extra milk.. People please beware of your drinks before you leave out off the this Starbucks store please and do not waste your money for half line parts of your drinks whenever they receive it to you…

Stopped and got coffee this morning. It tasted burnt and I returned it. The waitress gave me a cup of another type and walked away. Cleaning to go home was more important than customer service. It was cold and I put it in the trash and walked out. Tired of paying for overpriced coffee from people that don't give a damn. They need to hire Chick-fil-A customer service staff and learn how to properly handle customer service. Never again!12/1/23: Stopped by again: Coffee was fine this time but the girl at counter had the personality of a cup of coffee.

I will not be back to the Starbucks. The past handful of times that I have went to that Starbucks because it’s closer to my home. It is taking them over 30 minutes to process and fulfill my order. Two times ago I waited an hour for my coffee that I put on mobile order sat through drive-through wasn’t ready came inside and still waited another 45 minutes for my coffee. As of this morning I went in and placed my mobile order at 8:24 this morning and by 8:47 my Order still was not ready and I ended up having to cancel my order that I used my stars to buy. I have never been to that Starbucks and waited less than 30 minutes for one drink. This Starbucks needs some time management practice and until then I will not be going back. I will always go to my normal location off of Walton Boulevard. Not to mention every time I have went inside to pick up a mobile order. I am not welcomed by the employees nor do they ask what order I am waiting for and everybody else that is in there is also just standing around unsure of what to do or who to talk to when it comes to their mobile orders.

I stopped by the Centerton. AR Starbucks this morning for a highly caffeinated latte to pick me up for the day. I got more than a pick me up from the coffee. The woman who took my order was so friendly and her voice full of energy. I wasn't quite ready to place an order, and so I apologized. She made me feel like I had time to decide, but I quickly chose a coffee latte and spent no more than 60 seconds in line before I was on the road again enjoying my drink of choice. I'm not sure if the girl working the drive was the same who took my order, but she was full of smiles and made great eye contact. Both said "thank you" and seemed genuinely thankful that I came through this morning. This was customer service done well, and these two ladies made my day.The coffee latte was good too.

Typical Starbucks...they sold me coffee, it was good, they were friendly. People who give this place 1-2 stars should go do some traveling. If they did, they would be inclined to change their rating. Keep up the good work, Centerton, I am glad you are here. That being said, nothing comes close to Onyx Coffee Lab. That is the best damn overpriced coffee I've ever had.

Placed a mobile order for a sausage, egg, and cheddar sandwich. Got home and noticed there was in fact no sausage, but plenty of egg. Can't even eat it since I am allergic to eggs. Waste of 4 bucks.

Immorality shines bright at this local Starbucks! Support of pride month with a tip jar and employees donning rainbow pins will give any normal person reasons to skip out on Starbucks. Let's hope the biblical truth on that disgusting way of living kicks in at this coffee shop.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! I ordered a Pink Drink for my child and a Venti Lime Place for myself about 45 minutes ago. I did not tip, and it is not a requirement that I do. The Pink Drink came out immediately. I sat and watched from the drive thru window as I saw other orders get prepared ahead of mine, but I kept my composure the entire time. When the cup was given to me it was seeping from under the lid and had some coffee on top of the lid. When I left waiting to get through a light, I took the lid off of the cup to figure out why it was dripping and my cup was filled TO THE BRIM and poured out on me and the seat, the cup holders, and the gear shift. When I got to my destination it was still to the brim and I had to pour out some of it in a sink. I’m done. Not coming back.ETA: I just got a mouth full of coffee grounds. This is what happens when children aren’t held to standards.

This is interesting the date is Monday 1/9/22 the time was 720. Sat in drive thru 10 minutes. No one came. Also, they are very rude almost every time I have ever been there. Any time I have ever been there to be honest I just thought I’d let everybody know not cool to not answer the drive-through when you’re still supposed to be open. Honestly, I go all the way to J St. to avoid this one but sometimes I get desperate guess I need not to get desperate anymore

Rude service.They don’t know the basic difference between warm and extra hot.When complained that drink is not extra hot they said that drink was prepared few mins before and changed their tone.The barista was helpful and agreed to remake the drink and I got another warmth drink instead of extra hot.

This location is my favorite in the area but I have noticed they have been closing early multiple times a week. I understood it was a supply chain shortage going on but tonight I arrived in the drive thru at 8:20pm thinking they closed at 9. I was informed they were closed so I went on my way but did look up closing time online. Closing time was 8:30. Now I am thinking they were just being lazy and not wanting to make one more drink for the night assuming they must have already cleaned their equipment. I am a little disappointed in whoever was there closing. I frequent this location and spend a good amount of money there and expect good service each time. Even if I were to arrive a minute before closing time I should have still been helped. Next time, please just make the drink. Especially when the Holiday drinks just came out. Thanks

There was a drink i didn't like. Granted you can't like everything, everyone has different tastes. I went up and asked if i could have something else Micheal so kindly suggested a wonderful coffee. And he brought it to me. Great worker! Needs a raise for sure.
