Me and my husband went to grab soda’s but ended up buying a lot of stuff. They had lot of variety. We bought a vodka base margarita which had so many flavours mango, white peach, watermelon and pineapple. I bought the mango. Bought a pre mix tequila base margarita called “on the rocks” which also had a lot of variety flavours classic margarita, cosmopolitan, old fashion and jalapeño pineapple. I like spicy so bought the jalapeño pineapple. We also bought the “Delola” sprit berry mix flavour. I liked the way they arranged/organised the variety of sprite.The service was really good, the lady at the front desk was so helpful I asked her for help and he was so patient and polite she showed me around and help me pick the drink. My best choice was the jalapeño pineapple margarita. People who like spicy this one is for you’ll.

Go to alcohol store, only con is they are in centerton not Bentonville so they close Sunday.Grumpy old man has amazing customer service, always good conversation with him.Veteran owned business as well, will always go out of my way to support brother in arms.

Comparatively, the prices are a little high but the customer service is on point. Great if you're in a hurry! Not to mention Whiskey Wednesdays where you get 10% off of your whiskey purchases, which is great!

Very nice place. I wasn’t expecting it to be so organized and clean inside. They have a very large selection of every type of drink and I surprisingly large selection of wine. Staff is also very nice and professional.

Awesome liquor store. Great selection and super friendly staff. Even have a good selection of organic wines. The "Live a Little Red" is the best organic wine there. At $8.99 it's an unbeatable deal.

My cousin and I just had a highly unsettling experience at Nathan’s Cellar tonight. We were browsing the store and considering a purchase. After a few minutes, we decided against buying and left the store. To our shock, as we were nearly back to our car, we realized an older man/store employee was right behind us…not even a foot away. He scared me as he abruptly approached us in a confrontational manner, questioning our intentions, asking what we were doing in the store, and insinuating that we had taken something. He literally stopped checking out other customers to follow and confront us…two young women, alone at night. It's deeply concerning that customers can be treated with such suspicion for merely browsing and deciding not to make a purchase, especially when we both were wearing dresses with no pockets and nothing on us to suggest we’d taken anything. I can't help but feel that this may have been a case of racial profiling as others left the store with no confrontation. No one should have to endure such treatment for merely browsing and not deciding to buy something. I hope the store addresses this issue with the seriousness it deserves as I will be making a complaint to management and following up.

There a woman that is always working there and her attitude is horrible. She has that "I'm better than you/I can't be bothered with you" attitude. Really off putting. I'd rather drive to Rogers, and spend my money, where they're nice and have nice attitude, than down the street where it's a nasty attitude every time.

I really enjoy going to Nathan's cellar to get my regular liquor preferences, as well as to browse. They have a cozy, warm atmosphere with a great variety of liquor that is fun to browse. I find the employees to be a big part of that warm atmosphere, with their friendly demeanor and helpful attitudes. I think Nathan's Cellar is an especially nice spot to stop if you enjoy Whiskey, as they have one day a week with special prices and a great variety of whiskeys on hand. Last, but not least, I love that when I go through the drive-thru they always offer my daughter a lollypop. It feels like a throwback to when I was a kid, and it makes the rest of the car ride home pretty nice with a happy and quieter child in the back :)

They have come a long way since opening, great selection of whisky and everything else, great recommendations, happy staff, quick service, drive through, you name it. Great little place! Wednesday’s they have discounts on whisky, not sure if they do anything on other days.

Amazing staff was very helpful. Not to mention bonus points on being a Michigan fan for the man who checked me out. I bought a 30 year old bottle of Glennfiddich Scotch and some vodka and a few other things my wife wanted. Will definitely be making this my new go to store for adult beverages.

The staff is always very friendly and will be helpful if you need it! The prices seem fine and the selection is pretty solid on all the typical types of booze. The beer selection, in particular, deserves some praise for being more than acceptably varied for a smallish shop.

Worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. The two gentlemen on duty were rude and very unfriendly. There were 3 of us who entered the store and because I was the only one to have an ID they refused to sell to me. Rather than explain to me there is a new law that states if anyone touches something in the store they then have to show their ID I was met with attitude. Was ridiculous. It went from them wanting all of our ID’s to only two of us. I will never give this establishment my business again.

I absolutely love Nathan's. They are super friendly and affordable. They can crack a joke too. I even got some good advice from one woman who works there. The drive thru is pretty neat and they are generally quick about it too. 5 stars and I would very much recommend them for anyone Looking for a drink!

Would give no stars if I could. Was such a convenience being so close to home but gosh what a horrible staff and experiance I had tonight. For the Owner of this establish I would really correct your employee issues and how they treat people..I'm so bummed after having spent thousands for several years here. I am going to let all 300 hundred of my in town local friends know to stop shopping here and give there business to quests who. To the gentlemen with the beard you just cost this owner a ton of money he will feel this guaranteed.... shame just a shame

They have a fantastic selection. Everytime we've visited we've found exactly what we wanted and more. The staff is helpful and quick to serve. Prices are fair and parking is easy. And if you don't want to get out of the car they have a drive thru.The shop is smaller but it is clean and organized. They also have cigars if you smoke.

This is a fantastic liquor store with a wide variety of liqueurs, cordials, beers, wines, & mixers. The staff is always very helpful & have recommend new products to us on several occasions that were specific to what they have seen us purchase or that we have given them feedback on since they opened. That is what I consider great customer service!They carry products from inexpensive to exquisite & more expensive, with a little of everything in between. They also do tastings & will try to special order items for you if they can.

Went in to check out the selection and that was decent. Found a bomber bottle of beer that was priced at $7.99 and when I took it to the register it rang up $28.00. The manager double checked and confirmed it had the wrong tag. The manager refused to honor the tag price and did not even offer any discounts. I will not shop at a store that does not honor their mistakes when ones are made. As a retail store you have to have integrity otherwise there are hundreds other stores to choose from.

Very helpful and a nice selection. If you ask if they have something or do not quite know what you want and just say "I want a good semi dry wine." They will show you every bottle, honest opinions, ask detailed queations, and tell you quality to price range in an honest manner so you will walk out with what you are looking for.
