I've always experienced excellent service here till today. The cashier Anderson, had an attitude and just threw my items in bags. Then he threw a heavy on top of the bag that had the bread in it. And to top things off this store needs a person responsible for keep the inventory stocked up that jas some sense. It's like pulling teeth to find correct items when your filling orders for customers. Also the cob website up front need to be cleaned, the store needs an update also.

This store had a decent selection. The store was older but clean. The prices were a little elevated compared to similar groceries in the area that I have been to.

I don't know who Stefanie is but she was the who did my online pick up order. She not only sent me photos of the items she could replace the item I wanted with but went above and beyond to even ask me if there was anything else I needed. She even let me know what my new total was going to be with the new updated items. This girl deserves a raise! Thank you for making it easy on me!!:)

Friendly staff & there is always a cashier up front to get you checked out and on your way. All the employees are helpful and stopping in is always a pleasant experience!

I like this little harps. I find if I can't find it in Bella Vista harps or gravette harps I can always find it here. Even though it's a small harps, it definitely serves a purpose.

Prices aren't great. Store is super full and crammed packed. Produce is nasty and overpriced. Literally rotting strawberries on the shelf. I was hoping their bakery might save them since Harps are normally pretty good, but no. Only came here because convenience & laziness will NOT make that mistake again.

This harps has potential to be great. But desperately needs updating and some employees that don’t slam the customers items as they ring it up. The young gentleman with the long blonde hair probably needs additional customer service education because he is quite clueless as to what is going on around him. After he slammed a product down to try and scan it and subsequently slammed it on the counter three times, he finally asked me if I knew how much the item was. I informed him that I would go get another bag that hadn’t been slammed down six times already and look at the price. Came back and guess who slammed my product down multiple times to my new product… Sure as shït wasn’t me.

I really love this store! They always have fair prices and the hours are convenient for shopping after I’m off of work. Employees are typically very friendly and helpful as well. That’s why I’m giving a 5 stars in spite of my most recent visit. Last Tuesday I came in after work as usual to grab a few things for dinner and one of the managers (Jaydin I believe) came to assist me with getting an item off of the top shelf. After I got what I needed he just kept looking at me. I asked if he needed anything and he responded by taking the item back and tossing it down the aisle, directing me to “go fetch”. This was pretty odd but I thought maybe he was joking. He did not laugh or indicate such though. So I went to retrieve my stuff and go. When I picked it up he came over and knocked it back out of my hand and walked to the back. I went on with my night, just felt like this experience needed to be shared. I think maybe he was just trying to joke around, as he is typically very nice and helpful.

First time to this store, bought some dip , got it home and it was full of mold. Ran it back to the store, was told to wait at the customer service desk for my refund and waited while the lines kept getting bigger. Nobody came to help so I left it on the custome service counter. this is one of many reasons why harps is goingout of business.

I see Nick in the deli often and he is always so helpful. Always a great experience when I get deli meats and cheddar and he is there. I eat Harps rolls almost everyday they are my favorite.

This Harps definitely needs some revamping! Old and dingy. But good customer service for there being mostly young kids working when I've gone. They don't really have a vast selection of product as they are a smaller store, which is understandable but Centerton sure is growing!Not too fond of the meat department selection as it's small and about 3 times it has happened where I needed more or less of a certain product and meat department has already left for the day and it's about 4-5PM.

Of all the Harps this one is ok. They don’t have a large freshly cooked/baked area like some do. It’s a pretty small store. Well stocked with your basic needs. Staff was friendly. Parking lot was easy to get in and out of and located next to a food truck stop.

Very few small town stores exsit like this anymore. And gone are some of the old ways these small town stores used to operate.The prices are high and I don't blame walmart like some do. There is another grocery store that isn't harps or Walmart down the road that has better prices.Harps is a local store where corporate offices are in Springdale, yet quality of their meat and dairy is sub par. It's not any of the employees fault.In fact the employees are quite friendly.The store is outdated to be sure and I'm sure it won't be around much longer maybe 5 years max because Centerton continues to grow and have new buisness come it. This store will be forced to remodel or be bought out for a neighborhood market of some sort.Select is limited fresh produced looks day old or longer. Bought bananas there and two days later they were brown.Even the 5 for 5 deals have seen better days.SadHarps used to by my store of choice.

This is a small location with limited selection. It was perfect for what I needed for a quick trip but it wouldn’t fulfill all my needs for a weeks work of groceries given the smaller bakery, deli meat, meat, and produce selections. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I don’t shop here normally because I live in a different town. But I stopped in to see what was on sell and I found so many items that the store in Siloam doesn’t carry, it was wonderful. You also have a man by the name of Jacob that works there and he’s an awesome person he goes out of his way to help the customers and he’s so friendly! It touches ones heart to know there’s still good friendly folks out here that are so willing to go out of their way to help others and Jacob is a super employee and he should be recognized for this. Thank you Jacob for making my shopping experience there in your store a great one, I’ll be back for sure now. Thank you again.✌️❤️✝️

They have a sell for 24 pack of Pepsi buy 3 for $11, I like the sugar free cherry so I was going to get 3 but they only had 2 in the store. I asked if I could get prorated for the deal instead of paying $5 and change for each. The Manager was rude, was more interested in petting a customer's dogs than she was with helping me.

Harps is an alternative to the big department store grocery. You can run in and out and get what you want. Fresh produce. Prices higher than superstore on many items, but they also have their store brands. Handicap accessible

Harps is the closest food store to me and I recently had to use it for the first time. I realize that it carries products that my normal store does not carry. I have not found any stores in northwest Arkansas that carried all of the things I normally use in one store.

It's gonna take you 1000 years to get thru the one check out line they have open, and they're a little pricey. But the people that work there are usually genuinely friendly which is a pretty big perk. And the bakery and deli are 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

I do wish they would tell me which Harps ( or other stores with multiple locations) So I will start with Harps on N Walton which is my favorite Harps. It has the advantage of being newer & location is busier than others. They offer a discount on gas depending on amount of groceries purchased. I love their deli area. They offer specialty cheeses & meats done of the others do not have. With my spouse on Keto Diet this is helpful. They have a great selection of fish & meats. Their produce is fresh, though I miss the small bulk section they had for nuts (& candies I didn't purchase) so I understand why it was removed. This Harps still has a pharmacy & I have found OTC items here I can't find other places. Even their cleaning isle offer brands or natural products not always found elsewhere. I shop here at least twice a month.For convienice I shop at Harps in Centerton. Though it is an older store is there is something I buy often, they will try to stock it for me. I appreciate that they still have cashier's as I am not a fan of self check out. They still will cut meat like steaks to the thickness you want and I like shopping where I can take my time or run in for basics quickly. They may not have everything I need but I choose to shop here because it would be a tragic if they closed. Harps offer customer service that is getting harder to find.

I just had surgery on my knee so I can't drive and I live in Decatur I had to take a uber to go pick up my groceries I got an email stating that my groceries was ready for me to pick up 2 hours before I did go pick him up they told me they would be ready at 4:00 p.m. but they got done early the instacart person who shot for my groceries was awesome but the people who worked in the store when I went to go pick up my groceries I stated that I was outside in a red car I waited 15 minutes outside then I went in and they act like they didn't know where my order was but the two young ladies in the front they was nice and polite but all of the boys or guys they act like they didn't know anything then it took them another 25 minutes to bring me my order it was so awful in my leg was hurting so bad the whole reason for me doing it online was for me to get it in and out

I really like most Harps Stores but this one is old & needs to be remodeled. I think because it is so old & run down looking, it deters people from choosing this store over others nearby. And of course the less customers, the less selection they have. There were not a lot of good choices in vegetables & were overpriced for what you get. I will not be buying my weekly groceries here anymore but will stop in when I need an item or two.
