My experience at FL Davis ACE in Centerton was by far the best customer service I have had. When I arrived home, I told my husband there is no other store I would want to shop at. Mr. Mike and Michelle are very knowledgeable and patient. Every employee that I interacted with was willing to go above and beyond. Customer service at FL Davis ACE in Centerton could be considered the gold standard.

This was a great addition to Centerton. It's super convenient. I needed a dryer exhaust hose and thankfully I didn't have to drive all the way to Rogers.The store has cleaning supplies, hardware, paint, a gardening section, automotive items, some house wares and much more. It was like a small supercenter or Lowe's. It's definitely convenient if you need something real quick and don't want to drive all the way back into town.The staff was friendly too.

Having an Ace near always is a blessing. I use to drive to Pea Ridge just to get some items that's available for some cool discounts. Now having this store in less than a mile is great. This store always keeps the items in stock and the store personal are willing to help if you have a question. Highly recommend!

I don't live in the area but I prefer to support locally owned and I love my hometown ACE. I drove further out of the way to shop here on a Sunday but they're closed. I've been here less than 5 minutes and 3 other vehicles have pulled in. ACE is a smaller project hardware, not for lg bulk buying, In general WHO do you guys think is the target audience and WHEN do you believe they are working on their projects‽ I get the whole day of rest thing but do you understand that Sunday wasn't specified and there is a such thing as half day hours and people that don't attend Sunday functions? FFS I know losing me as a customer isn't going to hurt your margins but dang I've now seen 5 potential spenders + me now drive off frustrated.🙃

Very happy to have Ace Hardware in Centerton. Stopped by for a few items and was greeted by a friendly man who found everything I needed on my list. The store is so organized and well stocked. Check out was fast and friendly. Signed up for their free membership and received a $5 coupon for next time. I’ll be back!!

I love me an Ace Hardware more than you can even imagine. I like the setting and location of this Ace Hardware as it is a bastion of small business turns mainstream giant in the middle of Walmart territory. That being said, the store is a little underwhelming in terms of it stock and necessities you can find charming little one off that I frankly have not seen anywhere else like Bird houses that seem hardware merchandising watering cans that seem boutique

This is a great addition to the area, especially for hardware. I despise having to buy hardware at the big box stores as either what I specifically want isn’t available, is impossible to find, or is of poor quality. I love the way smaller hardware stores organize and display hardware, I’ve always found the selection to be better, and the quality is almost always better as well (Hillman in this case). I wish they’d carry lumber too.

Picking up an order was great. Getting help on information to purchase a lawnmower was poor. My neighbor suggested I go to the Gentry store but I felt that this was closer so it should be fine. Every question I asked was referred to the sign hanging on the mower. I purchased a great lawnmower from Walmart.

I recently purchased a Weber grill from the Centerton ACE hardware. I found a gas lead when I connected it to my gas source. Called the store and they sent out Bill who was outstanding in helping to resolve my issue. Store Mgr Michelle went out of her way to insure my issues were resolved. They were. The friendliest staff I’ve ever come across. I’ve been in this store 5 times. Every single time someone has offered to help me find something within the first minute. They simply go above and beyond to be helpful. I had a great experience today. The staff helped me pick out a tool and tested it for me to make sure it could do the job. I’d go here for anything over the big stores, if I can help it.

Great to have something conveniently located towards Centerton without having to commute to Lowes or Home Depot. They have a great selection of hardware, tools, outdoor supplies, etc. I've always been offered help in the store. I wouldn't believe the person that left a 1 star for "having to wait in line." They leave nothing but bad reviews. Centerton use to have a hardware store closer but it closed down...we need to support these convenient businesses! It's a new store so I'm sure they are still getting things worked out. Great business! 👍

Great hardware store. All the things big box stores don't have. Very good location, Centerton has needed this for a long time. Don't be fooled by its size they have a lot of hard to find things. You don't have to shop on line and risk getting the wrong thing . Plus all the name brands you are used to

My partner and I love coming here, one of us is there at least one a week. It’s really clean and has most of what we need. One of the employees even helped us find an alternative to a very obscure cleaner by a brand name they don’t carry. Happy to help and sooo clean!

We had a terrible experience in the paint department. No one knew paint, we asked for a few samples and handed it to an associate who tried and tried, someone came and asked her if they would like to take over but she refused the help, making us wait so long we left and went to SW.

Very nice cashier very helpful. Floor people not so much interaction. You know the young people complain about their schedules and options for a different job while working together and a customer is standing next to them without asking to help.

Everyone is so friendly and helpful. They are constantly asking if you need anything or they can help you find something. Small town feel, and love the selection. It feels like they have a little bit of everything. If they don't have something you are looking for, please ask, they will more than likely be able to order it for you!
