You guys are absolutely perfect!! We went for the first time because our dog was having some neurological issues out of the blue. His regular vet couldn't get him in for a week. I called Centerton Animal Hospital at 2:00pm and they had an appointment for him at 2:30pm the same day! The sweet receptionist was amazing! She asked some questions and then we waited for maybe 3 minutes before going to a room. The vet tech listened to everything we said without interruption. She loved on our sweet guy and was genuinely concerned. Next, the vet came in and was absolutely amazing! She knelt on the floor with him and listened to everything we had to say. She quickly let us know that his symptoms aren't life threatening and there is medication that will help. We were relieved obviously. She even stayed with us while we asked a million questions and she answered everyone of them! She made sure that we were 100% happy before we left. Not only was everyone amazing, the price wasn't bad either. We have definitely found a new vet!! We have 2 dogs and getting another puppy this weekend. We are switching all of them to Centerton! Thank you all so much for taking such good care of our guy and us! It meant the world!

Absolutely wonderful experience! The veterinarian and the technicians are very knowledgeable and friendly. When they first met my dog they sat in the floor with him and greeted him. My dog had a serious lung issue and the vet diagnosed it quickly and prescribed the right medication that got him healed up. I'm so glad I chose this as my dogs new vet!

Overall, my experience at the animal hospital was not the best. Firstly, the address was a major issue as they had moved without providing any notification. this caused a lot of confusion and wasted time for me. They are currently located at Mid-cities animal hospital, but this information was not given to me until I arrived at the original location. it would have been helpful if they had informed me of this change when confirming my appointment.Secondly, I found the cost of the cat's annual vaccination and check to be quite high. At $110 + , It seemed excessive compared to other animal hospitals I have visited in the past.Lastly, I was disappointed with the front desk staff's unfriendliness. they were not welcoming and even ordered me to pay before showing me the invoice. this lack of customer service left a negative impression on me.Overall, while my feedback is based on a limited number of animal hospitals I have visited. it may vary from others.

Was able to get my fifteen year old dog in day of to get checked out. She's very informative and very nice no judgment at all against anybody. We had a kid and our dogs were put on the back burner since. Very happy with this clinic. More option for older dogs then our last place.Update 2024Had to put my old pup down yesterday. They were very kind and sweet to us. Gave us the time we needed, and then it was quick and painless for my boy. They never pressure us and always give all options and let us decide what is best for us.

My normal vet was not able to see my dog when he accidentally ripped off one toenail. This clinic was able to work us in, diagnose, treat and check out in less than 40 mins. They were very nice and efficient. If my current vet is not less than 5 mins from my house, I would definitely consider changing vets. Thank you for taking care of my baby and the cost was very reasonable.

Had my cats teeth removed ended up removing his eye because they claimed a tumor exasperated… he seems to be doing fine other than the fact he only has one eye now.

We are so grateful for the level of care our dog Luna received. They really strived to be diligent in diagnosing our baby. Moving to the area, finding a vet I could trust was at the top of my list for my animals. I’m so glad I chose Animal Hospital of Centerton. Dr. Hoover was amazing! I called the Animal Hospital of Centerton to find out the charge of trimming a dogs nail with a dremel. The girl quoted me $41.00. Every other place quoted me $19 to $29. I was very disappointed because I like to support local businesses and I live in Centerton.

After reading the good reviews and with the good overall score, I didn’t even think to call an ask for quotes. This turned out to be a BIG mistake simply because it’s wayyy over priced. I paid for the yearly vacs and the heartworm because I waited until the last minute to have my dog checked in somewhere. We’re talking $300 for the vaccinations, $500-$800 for a teeth cleaning, and $200 for a 6 month pack of heart worm. Before I moved here, it was $100 between the yearly vac and the heartworm, and they did great work. I skipped on the teeth clean because I wasn’t in a rush for that.

These people are amazing!! They took in our girl lulu at 730am after she had been hit by a car and has continued to give her the most amazing care. I never wonder if she is being well taken care of. They are wonderful!

I’ve been coming here for a few months, but my experience today made me inclined to leave this review. My dog woke up with his eye swollen and red. I called up there and they told me they were unfortunately booked for the day and put me on hold. They came back and said Dr. Hooper would stay during her lunch break to take a look at my dog. They got him all fixed up within an hour. I appreciate Dr. Hooper and the whole crew there SO much. You can tell they have a true dedication towards animals.

Dr Lang is so sweet. I took my cat in, as a new patient, after having a seizure and I was sitting on the floor with her. Dr Lang came in and sat right down with us. She checked on my cat a couple days later through text, which I really appreciated. She offered several different treatment options & all of the rest of the staff there is also really sweet! They’re also really clean. I saw them mop the lobby like 3 times during my visit (that lasted about an hour).

Have taken our dog and two cats here for a few years now. They were able to treat an intestinal bacterial infection in our rescue kitten and luckily we haven’t had any other serious issues with our other two yet. Relatively easy to get quick appointments and friendly staff!

Dr.’s Hooper and Fegan are great! Andrew and Abby are great vet techs who really love their jobs. You can tell that by the way they treat and love on the animals.Appointments are available when you need one. The office staff are very friendly and accommodating to our needs. The follow up call from Alex day after an appointment to check on my dog is the best customer service practice.

The front staff is wonderful whether it’s over the phone or in person. I have 2 dogs, a golden doodle and Coton, and have been very pleased with the care they receive. I’ve been to some vet clinics that are clearly trying to sell products and suggest unnecessary but billable services, I’ve never had that experience at here. My dogs are my babies, I’m very protective of the rascals and trust and am grateful for the care provided at AHOC!

Came here two times. First time with my first dog - great, no problems. The second time I came was a totally different story. First off, the woman who I spoke to on the phone prior to our appointment was extremely rude when I told her I would get them our dog’s fully vaccinated records over through email. I let that go because sometimes people are stressed, whatever. When I sent my boyfriend in with our dog, since only one person is allowed in with the pet, somehow our 7 month old puppy ended up getting a shot and heartwarming test the she had just gotten a couple weeks prior. When I went in to tell them that was unnecessary I was told “oh well we already did it” and was still given an unnecessary amount of attitude. They continued to tell me my dog needs even more shots even though I told them and had records showing my dog was up to date on all vaccines. I then had to pay for the shot and test that I told them we did not need prior to getting to the vet. I will never take either of my dogs here again. Not worth it at all.

They were able to get my puppy in within a day, the staff was super friendly and Dr. Hooper was very thorough and great with everything. They even called a few days after our appointment to follow up and make sure my sweet girl was feeling better. This was my first time to visit since I'm new to the area but I will definitely be a returning customer. Overall great experience!
