We live in Rogers and have followed Dr. Byrd from Springdale, to Tonitown, and now Cave Springs. He has been treating our almost 10yr old fur-baby since she was a puppy, and has never let us down.I had to take Molly in to have a large lump removed off of her neck, which was very unsettling.I was greeted the minute I walked in the door by the receptionist. Everyone there was friendly, helpful and made a tough, scary situation a little easier. Once Molly was out of surgery, I received a call letting me know how she was doing. When I went to pick her up, Dr. Byrd came out and covered everything with me in detail and even offered for me to bring Molly back to stay with them if we were having any concerns or problems with keeping her from scratching the area or issues with our other fur baby not leaving her alone and allowing her to heal. This eased mymind and was greatly appreciated!I will continue to drive from Rogers to Cave Springs to make sure that Molly is receiving the best level of care that I can give her. She is a huge part of our family and I appreciate the care and concern that Dr. Byrd and his staff have provided.

I recently had to make the hard decision to euthanize my sweet pup, but I can't stop thinking about the awful experience. They say euthanasia is peaceful and painless, the sedative they inject before the actual euthanasia is supposed to relax them and slowly just put them to sleep - but this was not the case with my pup. As soon as the vet injected the sedative into my pups back, she was screaming in agony and was FAR from relaxed. The vet and tech excused themselves and left the room while the sedative took effect, and I was in shock. For about 10 minutes, my pup was in so much pain and didn't even want to be comforted by me; She was crying, barking, howling, was restless, panting, salivating, didn't want to sit or lay and just fought and moaned loudly. I will never forget that image of how scared she was. The more I learn about how others’ experiences have been smooth, the more shocked I am when I think back on my pups last moments. Some people speculate the vet might have not injected the appropriate dosage of sedative. But whatever the case is, I don’t want any pet to go through what mine did, or anyone to have this haunting memory. So, all I recommend is to do some research beforehand. If I could go back in time, I would have made more research and maybe asked different vets about the different kinds of drugs that they use, dosage, and the different reactions that they can cause.

We are so grateful for the wonderful professional staff at Cave Springs Veterinary Services, and their care during the immensely difficult time with our `14-year-old lab/ cattle dog mix Mingo, starting with advice and guidance in making the decision for euthanasia and realizing it's part of the responsibility of a pet owner through to the actual procedure which was carried out with great kindness and dignity. Showing even more of their sincerity and compassion after the fact, they sent us a lovely sympathy card, with individually written messages of condolence from Dr. Pointer and Lindsey and Collene, which moved us all the more. We highly recommend Cave Springs Vet Service and feel our other 8-year-old dog Puck is in very good hands. This photo is how we will always remember Mingo.

They used to be worth the drive, but since the Vet that used to treat my dogs has moved to a different clinic, Jordan at the front desk has given me, and I'm sure everyone else enough reasons to find a different vet. Terminal bad attitude and could care less about patient retention. Someone so intentionally rude shouldn't be working in the public. Do yourself a favor and find a different Vet other than Cave Springs.

It is obvious that Dr. Ferguson is in the field she was destined to be in. She is amazing with each of our fur babies and I love how she gets right down in the floor with them and talks to them and their parents at the same time. She truly treats them like a patient! The turning point to move our services to Cave Springs was when we had visited our regular vet several times due to a deteriorating condition with one of our pets. After multiple visits and a lot of money… no answers! I was referred to Dr. Ferguson and immediately she picked up on our baby’s condition. She is not 100% or ever will be but Dr. Ferguson was able to improve her quality of life and remove the pain. We are so grateful!!

Great experience bringing our new fur baby an 8 week old French Bulldog to the doctor. They are doing concierge visits from the parking lot right now which I was nervous about, but they came out to the car to get her an quickly put my fears to ease. They answered all my questions and was very thorough with her puppy check up. Dr Ferguson came out after her appointment and explained everything and answered all my questions. She was down to earth and easy to talk to. I recommend them highly for all of your pets. We will be switching all of our pets over to them. Our healthy and happy frenchie was treated like a princess!

We love Cave Springs Vet! The entire staff is so friendly, so helpful and always has our 3 pets’ best interest in mind. After our pups surgery Dr. Ferguson called us the next day to answer any new questions we may have had. Also very importantly I feel like the pricing is very fair—something that always makes us nervous when we switch vets having so many animals. I highly recommend to everyone.

Cave Springs Vet is awesome! We took our 15yo black lab, Sal, for a health check & a couple of other services. I was super impressed by the care & love that they showed Sal, as well as the kindness offered when talking about Sal & his health. We were traveling across the country (full time RVers) when our dog Riley developed a fungal infection that wasn't going away and needed antibiotics. Everyone at this vet clinic was friendly and accommodating, listened and understood our requests, and our dog Riley got everything he needed. If I lived in the area, they would become our full time vet. Highly recommend!
