The employees do not care about the customers at all. They are always walking around gossiping , God forbid you need their help. They pop their tongues and have the worst attitudes known to man. I didn't go to walmart for an entire year because I truly hate spending my money in a place where the employees act like that. It's apparent the hiring manager doesn't give a single F either. I messed up by giving it another shot. The only one in there that cares about anything and does her best to help in any department is the lady, Kim desperadel. I think she works in automotive but she will help customers in all departments. Maybe y'all should get someone like her running the front because as it stands it's a whole ratchet mess. Get mad if you want to but it's all true.

I shop here because they have everything but I don't like the shift they've made where every single lane is self-checkout. It's not because I mind scanning my own items... It's because the area they give is SMALL.If you have a cart full of items, be prepared to have to go grab another empty cart to put your groceries. There's nowhere to unload the groceries before you scan them and there's no place to really put them after they're scanned. The area is too small. You will run out of space and possibly have to start putting scanned items back in the cart with non scanned items, and that gets confusing.If you're going to make it all self checkout, give people enough space to make it happen! They're already saving money bc they don't need as many cashiers... Don't cheap out on the equipment.Also- I have seen the workers on their phones ignoring everyone as others have stated. I'm not trying to be rude in any way by pointing it out but yeah... Not much work is done by the people up in the front near the registers.

Late night visit kinda sketchy and very "south of the border"--I felt lucky to get back to my car safely with all the congregating in the parking lot. Got what I needed, got out and don't plan to return.

Usually my go-to store. Their inventory is off for some things though. Went for a specific furniture item and it was out of stock, but said there were 2 left. The staff was knowledgeable though. They informed me that they had sold those 2 the previous day, and the inventory manager had been informed about the error.The self checkout attendants are a little bit slow to assist sometimes and other times they're there as soon as you need them.

It's no way this store should be open until they do a deep clean. It has been two weeks since sewage pipes leaked on the store. It still smells HORRIBLE. No way I'm buying food there. Get your act together Walmart.

this is the worst walmart i have ever been to! they are so judgmental and i guess since i "look" like someone who would be up to no good they assumed i was, even though it was right before closing and i was sick going in there after a day in bed and looking a little rough but i needed a few things to help me feel better and that i could eat and drink while i was sick. I literally was arrested for shoplifting items i paid for all because of the self checkout double scanning my items. They had removed the items that was scanned twice but i paid for the one scan i did and they had the nerve to tell me i stole those items because the receipt showed it was removed,which it was, but it was the 2nd scan that was removed, so basically i was arrested and publicly humiliated because i didnt pay for a few groceries twice and then wasnt allowed to even have those items since i "stole" them. I will never step foot in that store again! so just a word of advice people, if you shop here, be extra careful with the new self checkout and double scanning items cause you are risking being arrested and having the things you paid for taken from you because of the touchy self checkout

Rose and Queen are the most awesome people. Always friendly. I especially love Rose, she has always been a great person and prays for me and my daughter. The rest of the employees that I have encountered have been nice. The only complaint I have is some of the employees aren't wearing the mask properly.

My main reason for going in is the pharmacy. Kelsey, Kimberly and Katrina are the sweetest women back there. They are so helpful. The woman in the deli is so rude it's not funny. Dont ask me because I got roast beef oh I like bloody meat. No woman I cook it. Just do your job sometimes. Other than that they have good deals throughout the stores. Ya can't afford to get fresh meat there. Its way over priced.

Need to offer extra services to the elderly of this community! So may struggle to find and pick up merchandise. Self check out to them is all unfamiliar. Need to offer an escort service or shopping helper to help the elderly. This town is full of elderly or handicapped. Would offer to help get it going and I spend 1/2 of my time helping others

Nice small town Walmart, friendly employees & stock many necessities. They offer several aisles of grocery items & a dairy cooler by the checkout stands. The employees always ask if I need help loading my purchases, very nice!

It's Walmart...ok, but the employees should not have to run up behind you just to watch you check out your items, and the greeter does not have to take 5 mins to check your receipt before waking out of the door just get followed to my car, the same greeter, outside..that's why I don't like Walmart

Never answers the phone...bad enough hv workers working but not working..drove 21 miles while phone was just ringing and gets there the lady too busy gossiping with co worker....this is unexceptable

These stores aren't the same anymore. But if you have their app it's kinda ok. I shop from the Wal-Mart app. This is much easier.

I want to put 0 stars. Since my dads grave is in Camden we had to come to this Walmart to get balloons for his 1st birthday balloon release. Four to six employees talked in a group and watched as wait at the front desk at customer service for about 10 minutes when my mom had to go and ask someone to come and check us out and do air in our balloons. Not a single worker knew how to work the cash register apparently? So multiple people just walked away in the middle of checking us out. It was so unprofessional all the “ladies” working there do nothing. They had one person take 20 minutes to put air in the balloons while 4 waited on their phones not doing anything. If just one of them would’ve helped the lady who was filling them up it wouldn’t have taken so long. I don’t get what they are paid for? They played stupid about not knowing how to use the register or fill up balloons probably bc they just didn’t want to do anything. Worst experience ever. Y’all need to train your employees AT LEAST bc every one of them act like they have 0 idea what they’re doing there. It’s pathetic.

I found everything I was looking for my only complaint would be is about there plus size clothes section didn't have any pretty clothes at all. Even though your big our money help establishments as well. Plus size women want look good as well.

Found everything I needed today. I use to give them 5 stars, but I dropped 2 the service I got in several departments, Let's just say that a lot of Associates do not know there are or if you're looking for an item you get NO HELP OR AT LEAST A GENERAL DIRECTION! Especially in electronics! They used to have wonderful customer service 5-6 years ago, but not anymore. I hope they improve on this soon.

It's clean and not really crowded, by customer service in general is lacking. The online pickup isn't staffed, so you're going to wait a good 20 minutes for the "convenience" of online ordering. They have 8 or 9 supervisors who wander, but really only 1 who will take action to help. It's got gods and bads. Nothing special.

I'm digging the self checkout the store never did have enough cashiers. Why do they close the self checkouts🤔🧐 On a more recent visit the Walmart app says that they had propane exchanges in-stock, and the greeter directed me to service desk only to be informed rudely "We ain't doing that". Not a surprise😤

I use walmart pick up so I don't have to go in and deal.The delivery service is usually probelmatic. They are late or deliver to the wrong house..

I only go to Wal-Mart if I need something I can only get there. Quality of service way down from the 90s. Furthermore if I go buy groceries I want service like Brookshires. (Bag it and take it to the car for me)
