She's not the winning lotto ticket, but she's a great prize. This feline slid into my yard a year ago and never left. She recently birth kittens, but I'm not ready to become grandmother again. That's why my sweet friend got spayed by the Camden Animal Hospital. I accepted the option to leave her the prior day, but upon arrival, the lady asked, "can-I-help-you???" I explained I was there for an appointment... I was given updates after surgery. Prices also discussed. Now, she's back to jumping, eating, and living a life of luxury.

My husband & I have just moved here & was hoping 4 an awesome vet. I have used the same one 4 almost 30 years and so it's tough finding & getting new people that you like, are easy 2 get to know & talk with, so that you feel comfortable putting them in charge of different things in ur life, such as a new doctor. The same goes 4 your fur babies. U want 2 know that you have chosen the best of the best 2 take care of your little ones. I Met & visited with the Vet here at Camden Vet. & she was awesome with both my cats and my dog. They are handfuls at times, and they made them feel a lot more comfortable and calm. I think I doing my new vet! Thanks guys 4 taking your time with my babies and being so informative on their health.

I didn't visit this place and I won't be visiting them in the future. I will NEVER understand how a veterinarian could be willing to let a puppy die rather than offer whatever service they are absolutely capable of from a distance. If a pet owner is visiting the area and KNOWS what they need to treat an animal at home but needs an IV bag for the animal because they are severely dehydrated, a vet should be willing to sell one... or write a prescription for one for a small fee. Not being able to get the pup in to see the vet shouldn't be a death sentence for the pup. It's only an IV bag, not a vat of narcotics. Thankfully I was able to get to the pup with a bunch of diabetic syringes and was able to administer fluids using that route which was more torture for the poor pup, but it saved his life. Thanks for the assistance, Walmart and Tractor Supply. Don't even try to placate me by telling me a veterinarian KNOWS what's best because I no longer believe that. I knew and I have zero official training in healthcare for animals.

I was told they were busy so as I rushed my dog to magnolia he started choking I veered off to Camden hospital pulled in crying my dog my dog he was rushed in back and the vet tried to save him even brought him back after heart stopped he didn't make it yet this place tried and one staff member was so kind and sentimental I know my dog was in great care yet gone now thank u Camden animal hospital may God bless you and yours you tried your best I am grateful sad but greatful

My dog was very sick when I took him in to the animal clinic I thought he was going to die! I left him there in the hands of the clinic, praying that Scooby would be ok. They kept me well informed especially Rob. He stayed overnight, he made it through the night without any diarrhea or vomiting. He had Hemorrhagic Gastroenteritis along with dehydration. He’s on a bland diet getting his strength back he’s doing great! Thanks so much for saving my Scooby, job well done. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone who has a sick animal!

Overall I was impressed! The gentleman at the front desk was friendly and accommodating. The tech had her nails clipped while we waited. The Vet was friendly and thorough. My animals got better care here than they did at their last office where we lived before. Thank you for giving good care!

Best veterinarian I've ever been to. My fur baby is my world and I wouldn't want her going anywhere else! When my dog is sick and worrying me they let me bring her by the day I call! LOVE THIS PLACE!!! If you want your fur babies to be very well taken care of then take her/him HERE! :)

Today, I was helping my neighbor take her dog to the vet for a 1:30 appointment because she can’t lift him into her car. Upon walking into the clinic with her dog Spot, the receptionist told us to weigh him on the scales there. In all of my years of having dogs (and we have always had dogs), I have NEVER been asked to weigh my dog at the vet. My neighbor and I could not get her dog on the scales, so the receptionist begrudgingly came over and weighed him but had us try and read it.....we never could get an accurate weight.Then we were called in for Spot’s yearly appointment, and the vet did not even speak to my friend. He quickly gave the three shots, forcefully throwing each syringe into the sink after each injection. Then my friend asked him to clip her dog’s nails, and he was very rough with the dog, snapping at Spot several times for squirming and whimpering. The assistant Barbara was extremely kind and comforting to her dog while his nails were being clipped. My friend said that maybe it just hurt him, and the vet again snapped, “It doesn’t hurt! He just doesn’t like to be touched!” He never petted the dog, talked to the dog or my neighbor and didn’t check his ears, heart, mouth, felt of his stomach; nothing that normally goes with a yearly checkup. We left there with our mouths wide open, shocked at the rudeness and unprofessionalism of this vet. She will be taking her dog to Casey Mitchell at Eldorado Animal Hospital or to Goodwin Animal Hospital in ElDorado. Camden Animal Hospital: never again!

Camden Animal Hospital was friendly and listened. The doctor knew exactly what was wrong with my animal and they're great now. My only complaint was limited availability. I had to try to get an appointment several times before getting a time.

this new vet is a joke, he lacks compassion for your pets he has misdiagnosed two of my pets and gave no apology for his actions. to all of his patients, this man does not have the experience for being called a vet, since he has only been a vet for less than a year, be very careful if you love your pets

While traveling our cat became very ill. I called Camden Animal Hospital for an appointment. They were able to see him immediately after morning surgeries. Dr. Marcus Eddings was so great with the attention and care for our ďear Max. The staff was very helpful . I would highly recommend this clinic and Dr. Eddings.

Terrible...my mother in law has a dachshund. She carried him to this place because he woke up unable to use his back legs normally. Knowing he probably hurt his back somehow. The so called vet put him on some pills. Did not do an x-ray charged 123.00. Her little dog woke up paralyzed the next morning. Please Please please if you love your fur baby take it to El Dorado to a real vet.

This is the most unprofessional and unreliable vet clinic I've ever been to. They are almost never open when they say they will be and don't take appointments - so the wait can last hours. Camden deserves better.
