Usually my experience of shopping here is great! But just want to bring attention that some extra training needs to be done with one of the female cashiers there. We were made to feel really uncomfortable when a sale item rang up at original price $10 higher. Mind you there were at least a dozen items marked at that same price still out. In lieu of the cashier apologizing and saying let me call my manager to see about this she says well I can’t give it to you at that price, the sale was over days ago and that person that takes care of that department doesn’t know what she’s doing. We said can you call your manager to check? She acted like it was a bother but did so. The manager was nice and didn’t hesitate to code in the discount. The cashier seemed put out that we didn’t pay the computer price. Hope they correct the other prices so no one else has to have this bad experience. Not everyone is cut out for customer service. With more training I’m she’ll learn how to handle issues like this politely. I will be back to shop there as I like this store.

Older white woman with glasses and has white/grey hair always has it in a braided ponytail checked inside my empty Atwood's bucket then threw my receipt inside the bucket..nothing will be done about it, the manager and older staff are always looking out for each other.. RACIST..

Good store for a small town, but they need A/C. It was hot and muggy, and as such, you could smell the products, especially in the aisles that had chemicals.

Drove from Crossett to Camden and received great friendly knowledgeable service with Ashley, she was wonderful and very helpful with our BadBoy zero turn purchase and got a trailer also. Her and Mike B. Are the true meaning of service with a smile and knowledge. They are great!!!!!!

Love Mike he goes far and beyond what ya need at atwoods in Camden. And most the guys that help me with all my dog food are nice. There are a few checkers who can be rude. 1 woman on back towards the dog food is always rude. I wont call her name out. Just wish they kept the green bags of ranch hound in stock better. As often as im in there and dropping 600 a week on dog food alone. I wish they kept it on hand better.

Not great. There are lots of employees horsing around and visiting- but you'll never see the whites of their eyes if you're searching for something. I asked the cashier about one item, and she rushed me on through.

Great place to be period. Their moto for their store is right. It is like coming home. I love Atwoods, great place to shop and amazing people who work there. If you need help they do whatever they can to meet your needs. Great prices!! I also used to work there and can t now due to my health, but it also was a great place to work.

Went for an electric heater primarily, and gardening equipment. The heaters were advertised for 69.99 but none were even available! Got my other item. Nice staff at register.

Helpful Manager (Mr. Cole) & Sales Associates! It is clean & well spaced. The Associates greet you & they are very nice at checkout. If you need help finding anything, they will help you! Don't hardly see that any more. The manager, Mr. Cole has a great team.

I shop at Atwood's a lot rather than others. They have a wide range of products easy to find what you're looking for at a competitive price when marked. Better exercise than Wally, not as crowded. Several items prices aren't displayed or on merchandise. Stockers look busy & usually know where to find it when asked.

Frequently has items out of stock. They seem very uninterested that they are losing business. Lots of empty places where there should be stock. It almost looks like they are not reordering and intentionally reducing inventory.I had rather go to Eldorado or Magnolia where they keep their shelves stocked. They don’t seem to have any issue keeping their inventory up to date and available.

The service here sucks! I called today to enquire about a specific gun and the girl I spoke with claimed to be the department manager. She seemed quite aggravated to be answering questions. She said that they did not have the gun I was asking about. She did not even offer to order one even though they carry it. I went up there tonight with my daughter to look and they had two of them in the display case. One stainless and the other blued. I WAS going to purchase that one and a rifle with scope and about a 1,000 rounds today. I do this quite often as I am an avid gun collector but not now! Not from Atwoods! ***Not to mention that I was put on hold and transferred for 10 minutes***

The manager here is extremely rude and unhelpful. The only reason I gave 2 stars was because a sweet young woman at the front register should me were the animal medical supplies were. Other than that I wouldn't suggest my worst enemy to go here

The man working in the automotive section is very unfriendly and has terrible customer service, I was getting ready to make a $1000.00 plus purchase and ended up walking out due to him. He also needs to pull his pants up and get a belt.

I get all my homestead supplies and feed here. I can generally find anything I need to fix my farm equipment and fencing. I get all my feed here as well. I visit quite often.
