Absolutely a must when in this quaint city! Extremely friendly and helpful. Great stories about the moonshine era. We sipped our Americano and Pumpkin Spice Latte as we drove around looking at the very old Calico Rock. We paid less for 2 excellent coffees than we would one at a Starbuck's. Will definitely stop in whenever in this area.

I don’t know what this place is like, because I’ve never been there, but they make great floral arrangements. I live out of state and wanted to send flowers to someone in the local area. I called this shop and the lady was very helpful and easy to talk to. I ordered the flowers and had them deliver them, and was very happy with the size, quality, and price, judging by the pictures the recipient sent me. I highly recommend this florist!

I didn’t even know what coffee was, let alone GREAT coffee or espresso! Best coffee with real Columbia’s beans imported and roasted in Mountain View! Wow that’s fresh and what a difference! It was uplifting and the personal service was so gracious especially considering I was there ordering flowers for a dear family members funeral. My mind was put to ease as the care and detail they put into the wreath design to reflect the honor and love my family felt for our loss. These people have beautiful taste and experience but most importantly made me feel comfortable with a sense of relief at a time when my heart was breaking and I knew I was satisfied with the custom arrangement expressing that which words can fail to do. Thank you HART’S COTTAGE & FAMILY!

We had the Snowflake iced coffee and a pumpkin spice latte with 2 shots of bourbon spice, both were AMAZING!!! Can’t wait to back! The staff was so friendly and so informative!! Great place!
