This is the second time that I’ve gone to get my dogs groomed and the groomer is hateful. Once I dropped my dogs off 15 minutes earlier than what I was scheduled(because I was going to work) and I was told if I wanted to bring them earlier then I should’ve scheduled them earlier. Today I walked in at closing to get my two dogs groomed I saw one that looked like my dog and thought maybe they cut his hair weird and he looks different. Turns out it was not my dog, they had mine locked up in another room because he was having bowel issues. When she noticed it was not my dog she rudely said you don’t even know what your own dog looks like??? When I tried to explain what should’ve been a no big deal situation she continued to talk down to me and treat me like I was stupid. It used to not be like this when I took them here so I kept going and I thought the last time maybe she was just having a bad day but I will not continue to pay 130 dollars to go and be treated badly by someone who wouldn’t be making money if it weren’t for people like me bringing her business!!!! Show some respect or you won’t have customers!

1st appointment was great, so brought my dog back for a second grooming. I asked for her hair to be left longer on the top and put in a bow, and when I picked her up all her hair was hacked off the top and no bow! She is a small yorkie mix. Also when I called after several hours had passed trying to see if they could give me a better estimate on time, the lady was incredibly rude and said "well, we haven't call you yet, so she's not done!" That's not what I was asking! Rude. Will not go back!

I’ve used another groomer for the last 6 years, but decided to give Sandy’s Pet Grooming a try since they are closer to my house. My dog is a challenge because he’s a puppy and his breed’s coat can be a pain to work with. But I am so happy with the groom he got here! He looks amazing. I also appreciated the communication at drop-off. They were professional and detailed, and obviously skilled in making sure that realistic expectations are achieved. I’m so happy and will be back. :)

Our family dogs were taken here and the groomers were VERY RUDE. Not only did we pay extra for our dog, we were also treated poorly. I do not recommend taking your pets here, if you want good customer service.

I have been going to Sandy's since 2016. I have always had a great experience and so have my dogs. I have 2 small dogs and they handle them like they were their own. Super friendly and so are their own dogs. 🐕. I would and do recommend Sandy's , they do a fantastic job. Awesome work ladies.!

Sandy’s Grooming is the only people I trust to clip my dogs’ nails (other than the vet’s office). My dogs are seniors each with anxiety issues and the staff is so accommodating of that. They’re true professionals and make sure to give me information on what to do to prevent my dogs’ nails from growing so fast in between trimmings. Their price is less than the vet’s office so it’s a great value. I can’t imagine using any other groomer.

I had taken my previous dog for the longest time here was fine my new one I was told that I'd have to get her Valium before they could or would even be able to touch her. It's essential for grooming services to grow esp in training for ways to handle such dogs. Needless to say the method in the way they even told me this was not professional and they lost some business from me.

Bailey has taken care of my senior dogs nails for several years! She is so wonderful to us. No one else can handle my Jack Russell because he’s extremely anxious and has become aggressive when going places that resemble a vets office after being dropped at a veterinary office many years ago. Bailey actually holds him, rather than putting him on the table, and trims his nails while she holds him. He loves her and trusts her. If you have a pet that’s difficult, I assure you, she can handle them and will do it with care! We will never go anywhere else!

Love them!! Always polite. I have a big dog who HATES having her nails trimmed. They are so gentle & sweet with her, never get impatient. I can't sayenough good things. They treat my dog as tho she were theirs.💜

I went to Sandy's Pet Grooming today, and they clipped all 5 of my animals' nails! The owner and her daughter were so sweet to me, and had my animals done in less than ten minutes! I felt extrememly welcome, and will be a new, regular customer there from now on! I am very impressed with the way they treated my animals. I believe true customer service is a dying service, but this place gave me hope that there are still businesses out there that care, and are genuine ! Thanks ladies! See you soon!

The first time I asked Sandy her mother was not very nice she was very abrasive. Are used them a second time they did a good job. The third time because I came 10 minutes after my son, which I cannot bring all five at once because they fight. She used a huge amount of profanity. I will not use them again. Also she continued to say she was going to call the police. Even though it was by accident that I kept calling them. My son gave me the wrong number

I have taken my seven pound Shih Tzu to Sandy's four times and the second time there they wounded her on her belly. So they told me the next cut would be free and it was. But the last time I took her there they cut her nipple and the haircut was all uneven all over. I will never again take my baby there again. And even after cutting her nipple she had the nerve to charge my full price for the haircut.So all dog owners should be warned before going to Sandy's Pet Grooming. They will hurt your baby.

This place is not one I would recommend. I can't understand for the life of me understand why or how they can be in business. The lady I take care of on the weekend had her poor Rocky groomed at this business and he had razor burns on his genitals he was shaved uneven . It's a crying shame. He is the sweetest boy. You are so lucky you haven't be charged with animal cruelty.

I know you can't please everyone but these people are awesome. They work on moving objects that bite, poop on you, and want to be anywhere but at the vet or groomers. What a hard job that must be. Thanks Sandy's Pet Grooming. I will recommend you to all my friends that have dogs.

I CALLED 2 GET A PRICE, TOOK MY DOG IN 2 SANDY WHICH SHE WAS VERY NICE BUT NO ONE CALLED ME TO TELL ME MY DOG WILL B EXTRA. SHE WAS $14 EXTRA, I CAME TO GET HER & THE GIRL IN THERE WAS RUDE TO ME. VERY RUDE. TOLD ME SHE WILL CALL THE POND TO COME GET MY DOG & TRIED 2 GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK. I TOLD HER IT WAS OK BUT SHE STILL TRIED TO AGRUE WITH ME.
