The staff that works the office are all amazing! They have always gone above and beyond when needed. In an emergency I took my cat there. The staff was beyond compassionate and they really did all they could to help me get funded to cover a surgery he needed or he would have died within hours. After exhausting all the options I knew of, I begged their office to let me pay half and half that Friday, 2 days later. Whoever is in charge of accounts told the techs no. It was heartbreaking and even our tech cried with me over it. We were forced into choosing to put him to sleep due to no other workable options. I even offered to surrender him to them if that meant he’d live. The entire office of ladies were heartbroken with us. Thank god I found a way to pay for his care within minutes of having to put him down but the fact whoever is in charge of accounts choose to decline us really doesn’t make me feel like they care about my animals at all, just my cash. Again, The techs and front office ladies were amazing and are every time I come to pick up food but that first visit will always effect how I feel and is a huge reason why I haven’t brought any of my other animals to their office.

Very pleased with my experience here. Friendly staff, and they were great with my cat. You can tell they have a love for animals here. A little pricy as other reviewers say, yes- but it is worth it so we can get quality care for our beloved pets. Would recommend this clinic!!

My cat injured his back and could not use his back legs when he tried to move Could not find a clinic to treat my injured cat. Was told I needed to drive him 30 miles to an emergency animal vet. Pine Street Animal Clinic heard my concern that driving him that distance would cause more injury or result is his dying. Roads are not smooth and there is other traffic. They made room in their full schedule and told me to bring Charlie in. They first checked Charlie and then did x-rays. They gave me a full cost analysist for which ever way the diagnosis went. Charlie's injury is muscle so he did not need surgery and is now recovering at home. They were so kind and gentle with Charlie. They were very kind with me as well. Pine Street Animal Clinic (Dr. Rowan) are wonderful. Consider them to be part of my family now. In other words, they are sweet and good people.

Worst place ever. Do yourself and your pet a favor and find another vet.I’ve had bad experiences before with my fosters before but I brushed it out because they were not their vets. However, they have no manners over the phone or in person. They seem to be rushing everything until they put you “on hold” but I could hear all their plans for the weekend!!! They are rough spoken and lack empathy.Recently, I sent an email inquiring info about an orthopedic consult, after the phone call fiasco. And as of today they have yet to call me back.

Such a great place. The only place I've ever boarded my sweet pup and the only place I allow her to be groomed at! They take such great care for her and give her all the love. Definitely alleviates any stress I have [and her!!]

Took my dog to get fixed. Showed up at 4:45. Had to pay immediately before going over anything which is fine but then had to sit for over 30 minutes with no answer waiting on my dog. Was told they had stuff to go over post surgery, I’m given my dog and told to leave. I asked about post op procedures and pain meds. Told by 3 people he doesn’t have any. I leave and 5 minutes later I’m called to come back for his meds and post op procedures. These people care about their own time and not the animals. I won’t be back I wish I could rate them lower. Mel has the worst customer service I’ve seen.

After bringing my pups to Pine Street for a few years now, I feel it's time to switch vets. The reasoning of the switch is due to the lack of interest in your pet once you decline added services not related to the visit; which I will explain.I recently scheduled my pup a visit for an ear infection, once we arrived to the appointment the first time I mentioned that I would just like to have her ear infection checked out and medication prescribed to alleviate her pain and get her back to normal, then return after the holidays to have the other services administered. The quote included various lines of services that weren't needed for said ailment. Once I declined the services I sat for a bit and a tech came in to tell me we need to reschedule. Not a problem, so I rescheduled for the following morning. On the following morning, I was presented again with the quote including lines of services I had previously declined. I stated I would gladly visit again in January to have the other services done, but I would like to just have the ear infection corrected. 'Lo and behold' once I declined the add on services again I sat for a bit, and was told that I would need to reschedule. I declined the reschedule. I mentioned that I had just rescheduled the day before and would like to wait as long as needed so that my pup can get rid of the pain she was experiencing, and to stop the infection. A tech entered and took my pup back for about 3-5 minutes then returned with a few prescriptions.I understand you are running a for profit business, however expect the same care as when I have paid a $700+ vet bill. It feels like once your animal isn't bringing $$$ on the added services they no longer care about them and try to push them out of the daily queue.

My wife and I have been going to Pine St. for just under a year. We signed up for the wellness plan, which lasts a year, it was not worth it.We started the 12 month plan at the end of May and at an appt yesterday we were told that we were no longer covered, even tho we should be covered until the end of April.Yesterday was the very first time we have seen the Dr. in a year! The vet tech is super awesome, knowledgeable and extremely helpful, it may be worth it to someone else to go there just for her, sorry, I forget her name.I'm pretty sure we have decided to change vets in the next month or two.Do with that as you will.

The entire staff is very professional, friendly and caring. I have 5 dogs and they take very good care of them! The office staff treats us like family and are truly amazing. One of my dogs recently passed away. The loss was very emotional for me. The staff was very patient and caring throughout the end of life process. I appreciated their kind words and hugs too. I have recommended this vet clinic to my family and friends!

I had my neighbors kitten that had been attacked by my sisters dog. They got us in immediately, were very kind, compassionate, and professional. They tried to save the kittens life, unfortunately, there was too much damage and he had to be put to sleep. I’m so grateful to them for how they took care of and provided comfort to the little kitten and me.

A little too expensive, just because they don't welcome walk-ins (like my previous vet), they charge $150 because a walk- in is considered an emergency, that just covers the consult, which it really wasn't very thorough. They did treat the minor wound, and my cat recovered from it really quick, and they also texted the next day, and after that a few days later to check on her (that was nice!)

I want to personally, and publicly thank Dr's. Rowand, Sara, Amy, and the staff at the Pine Street Animal Clinic. I recently walked into the clinic office, and said, "I have an emergency, my dog is chocking !". Everyone immediately went into action. The front desk called out for help , and a nurse came running out from the back of the clinic. Buddy was chocking on a turkey bone, and was struggling to breath. They took Buddy in the back, and I felt that he was in good hands, and that I'd gotten him there in time. I sat there in the waiting room , still in my pajams and robe, crying, and Praying for a good outcome. After performing a life saving procedure on Buddy, the nurse brought him out to me. She dried my tears, and placed the bone in my hand that they'd removed from his throat, and said," no more bones". She said Merry Christmas, and waived the emergency room fee!.. Wow!. I even received a follow-up call a couple of days later from Savannah, checking to see how Buddy is doing. "Service" doesn't get any better than this!Thank you Pine Street Animal Clinic for your GIFT of LIFE to Buddy, and for the GIFT of ,PEACE of MIND to me. I PRAY DIVINE Blessings, Protection, and Provision, for you "ALL", in the MIGHTY NAME OF JESUS CHRIST!!!Love, Gail and Buddy Scott

They're very kind and friendly. I switched to Pine Street animal clinic because another vet was too expensive. Here, I get the same level of care for a lower cost.

Took my dog Pumpkin here to get cremated… They were patient with me and even sent a card for me which all of the workers signed. I would recommend them to anyone and I definitely will be having them as my vet for my other fur babies. Thank you guys!

They are always so caring and listen to my concerns with my dog. I have been using Pine street animal clinic for three years now and never had a problem. I love how they always call the following days to check on how my dog is going after and making sure I have no questions or concerns. Truly a wonderful staff.

I’ve taken my Yorkie to Dr. Jennen at Pine Street her entire life. She’s 13 now. The staff have always cared for my dog like she’s their own, and I trust them completely. From the receptionists to the techs to the doctors, I know my dog is always in good hands at Pine Street.

I took my cat for a skin irritation Saturday due to my normal vet being closed for reconstruction. The vet, I couldn't even tell you her name because she never introduced herself. She walked in not very pet friendly ( I couldn't even tell she had any love for pets ) she looked at my cats skin said it was dermatitis due to fleas and other things. Never said what other things it could be. Didn't even bother to explain to me what all dermatitis was other than what I've witnessed myself. She was not very personable at all. They treated my cat for fleas gave her a "depo shot " and said nothing else. My cat has not acted right since. She acts scared or ill she hides and just lays around. The vet never said exactly what the shot was other than a depo shot. I have no idea what they gave my cat. I'm worried about her and I will call them tomorrow and see what they say. I definitely will take her to another vet to get checked out. This place wasn't worth the time or money. The vetinarian is the problem. She acted bothered and didn't show any affection for animals. It's weird and very uncomfortable for a vet to act the way she did..

I had to board my 3yr rottie to go on a trip. He has never been away from home overnight before. The staff was able to put me at ease about his stay. They were great with my pet during his stay. They even stayed after closing so I could pick him up because I did not make it back before. If I ever have to board him again, it will most definitely be with them.

We showed up to the clinic right at closing in a dire situation with our 16 week old puppy. This group of ladies unlocked the door for us and stayed well after hours getting our sweet boy stable enough to get to NLR to an after hours emergency hospital. After a terrible night we opted to bring him back to Pine Street where we felt more comfortable with the care. They were waiting at the door for us to get him back on oxygen when we came rushing into the parking lot. He spent the next 4 days with them at the clinic and because we couldn't get him off of oxygen one of the girls took him home every night with her because there was not a single over night clinic in the state open the first night and we were told by another clinic that he would need to be put down if he didn't turn around by close. We picked our puppy up today, alive, so very happy and a little more spoiled than when we dropped him off. It wasn't fancy medical equipment and expensive procedures that gave him back to us. It was the heart and determination of Dr Jennons, Amanda, Shawna and a few others that I did not get names of yet that fought for him when nobody else would. Our gratitude for this group of ladies and what they do every day is overwhelming. Thank you all so much! Kilo will be back to see you for a fun visit soon!

We were traveling from Wisconsin to Texas with horses and our corgi. Our corgi had a UTI with a history of bladder stones, so our vet wanted us to get prescription food for her. We couldn't find it ANYWHERE within a couple hours outside of our route. We started calling vet clinics in desparation, and the majority of them didn't have it or wouldn't collaborate with our vet. Not only did Pine Street have the food, but they accepted an order for our vet AND were willing to leave it out for us to pick up after hours on our way through to Texas. They did this all with so much kindness. Everyone I talked to was sweet, comforting, and accommodating. They followed up to make sure we got our food. Such a relief after having made close to 40 calls to try and get this food.Thank you to Pine Street for helping us!
