Brought our Pomeranian, Bruce in for a haircut emergency. He had gotten really matted after a bath and I thought he was going to have to get shaved. The groomer did an awesome job and communicated with me at every step. Bruce is doing great!

Excellent service from employees who helped us with our fish purchase. We have used their self-service dog bath and it has consistently been very clean, and staff helpful. The groomers have been great in doing nail trims. Thank you, Everyone for the way you love pets!

Scheduled 3 appointments for my puppy to be bathed, face & feet trimmed over the next few months. We arrived 20 minutes early for our first one and was told that we would have to wait, which we were fine with. Walked her outside for a while and then went back in. While standing in an aisle waiting, we heard communication between the groomers, stating she was behind on her dog before mine. One of them then called us over and said they didn’t have time to do my dog for what I scheduled for. They said they don’t even like doing more than a bath and foot trim the first 2 times. The worst part was, 3 of the 4 that were standing there were all yelling stuff at us all at once. Then stated they had no time to fit us in, schedule at another time. We told them their communication was horrible and left, while they were still yelling stuff as we walked out. Your groomer then called and asked if I’d like to cancel my other appointments, which is extremely rude and shows your place does not care about the customers! That is the worst customer service I’ve seen in a place of business in a long time!! I’ve shopped at that pet shop a lot since it opened, I will not step foot in it again and hope I help others scheduling appointments online. Don’t have a service, that you don’t actually provide and treating people this poorly, you will lose not only their business, but word of mouth is an amazing thing. Have a great day!

My beagle is very particular about his nails being cut. He growls at me and threatens biting (he wouldnt) but I don't like for him to feel threatened. The crew here do so well with him, and he is treated so well. Always leaves so happy and with a new bandana. Will always recommend them!

When we found out Steve left, we were super bummed because of his ability to maintain our husky and her personality. We took Maya in for just a nail file and ear cleaning today and Tyler was so amazing with Maya! Tyler’s upbeat and fun personality really clicked with our husky. Def will be back to see Tyler!

The store is all right, but don't have enough pets like reptiles I seen fish and not enough pet supplies for people that haves turtle's. They do have a lot of supplies for the dogs and cats though. I'm not leaving a bad review just wish they had more supplies for people that have reptiles.

Called their phone to ask for zoo med dirt for my tortoise I was told they were out. So I came to find an alternative. They were NOT out of the zoo med . Cashier with yellow shirt hair stayed on her phone texting the whole time I was shopping. She scanned my items too many times and was trying to speed to get me out of her face.Absolutely embarrassed to shop here

They are entirely horrible to service dog owners. The groomer was so “distracted” by six service dogs, entirely well behaved, that they broke ADA laws… do better. Unfortunate and you’ve lost my business as well as anyone else who asks me.

Dropped my dog off at 9 am, which was his appointment time. I receive a text at 1:29 PM that he was ready for pick up. When I got there I looked at him and all the ridges from an uneven haircut. The groomer Whitney said his coat was very dense, and I stated I’ve never had that problem before. Her comment was oh then I need to sharpen my clippers. Really!!!!!

I bought a dog wash card they were selling only have used it twice my car was broken into wallet was taken tried to get Manager Abe to look up my information he Refused said he couldn’t keep track of washes didNot even Try to help me. Said Nothing to Try & resolve a small problem. Would not Recommend this place wants to sell you a card in Advance & then Not honor it iWonder if this is the Owner’s policy or Abe’s?

If I could give 0 stars I would. Little did the groomer know I was standing back watching her mistreat my dog snapping at him and handling him rough. First time I took my dog he was groomed very well and cost 85.00 I was very happy. 6 weeks ago I was charged 105.00 and told that he was a little too playful and it would cost more. They did not do his feet, said they couldn't but still charged. Today I caught the groomer mistreating him and blew a gasket. Cost me 105.00 again. I will never take a pet back to that store for grooming. Original groomers are all gone since the store opened. The girl that did my dog today had a mohawk with pink in it. I didn't get her name as I was too mad. Beware!

Our two labs LOVE coming here and getting a bath and a treat! Their self serve dog wash is great! They have everything you need there, so no need to pack your own shampoos or conditioners. Their 5 for $25 self serve pet wash is fantastic! Plenty of inventory while in a perfectly sized store. Not too big, but not too small.
