First time we've ever left our puppy. Or even boarded a dog, for that matter. Some of our good friends recommended Bug's, so we gave them a shot. Best decision ever! We saw pictures of her online and she looked like she was having a great time.We just picked her up and before we got off of Cleland, she was snoring! Playing with her new friends, wore her smooth out.Thank you Bug's for taking perfect care of our girl! We'll definitely be back!!

We love Bug's Bark-a-Lounge! We've been boarding our dog Whiskey there during vacations since we moved to Cabot 3 years ago and just started boarding our new dog Tango (we found abandoned near our property). They're amazing and we love the Facebook pics and updates.

Recently needed a boarding kennel for my 4 yr old dauschund mix. He had never boarded before. They took such wonderful care of my little guy. I loved the pics they posted and they answered my messages promptly. He did well with the experience and I can say they are my choice in the future. They do it all here! Day care, Boarding, Birthday Parties, Holiday Photos, Daily Photos, and even Santa Photos!!! The attention to detail sets them apart from all the rest.The Staff love their customers like crazy and even the human customers too!

We have never boarded our 6 year old baby dog before, but Bug's made it such a wonderful experience! Betty was there for two nights and three days. They responded immediately any time I had a question and sent picture updates throughout the day. They were so sweet with Betty and they really made the experience much less stressful to us! I definitely recommend giving them a try!

The older lady is always rude when I take my dog to get groomed. They never make me feel welcomed. Most of the time there is 2 or 3 workers standing around outside chatting instead of interacting with the dogs. Lazy crew if u ask my opinion.

Used this place multiple times and am VERY satisfied. The owners seem to genuinely love these dogs. They are constantly upgrading facilities and I feel like my dogs are taken care of on even the longest of stays. Great people!!
