I like my local Harps store. Every employee is friendly & helpful. There are several employees who have worked there for a few decades. Love their meat sales, fruit/vegetable 3 for $5 is a great deal. 3/9/24..I always look for the reduced 4 quick sale items too. They also have reduce vegie/fruit bin. $1 a bag. Today I got 6 cuties.

I should probably put four stars, but no one in Bull Shoals do do it for me I don't think So 3 stars It Is. For the most part it's pretty good store, it's convenient that's only because town is so small it's clean had a wide selection of groceries being it is a grocery store. The problem I had is the prices are ridiculous. I went in there one evening got three steaks sea vegetables in a 2 liter of soda it cost me 65, almost $70. For that much I could have just gone out and had steaks cooked for me, however no less than 20-25 years younger than everyone here I guess I'm the one that's out of place.

It's a nice little local store that is conveniently located. As expected, they're a bit pricey, but it saves on travel and fuel.

No respect for your rights, only cater to a select few, snobby and condescending, won't be going back. To elaborate more on the review it had to do with iding me for cigarettes which is fine I understand that policy they do not have to scan my ID just like you do not have to hand your ID to an officer when he pulls you over all they have to do is look at it put it into the computer and you go on about your day and they refuse service for me on my constitutional rights

Super blessed to have this as my daily grocery. Trending toward fresh local ingredients that they carry and are always great. Great butcher shop. Store is remarkably clean and well organized. I believe Josh is the grocery manager wow what a world class job. Jacob the GM amazing and could ramble a million names, Dawn, Frank, Tim, Vicki Nate etc and miss world class people. It’s going to be one of the best parts about your family trip to Bull Shoals.

I love both Harp's stores in Mountain Home. The staff is friendly and the store is clean. If you can afford the slight increase in price it's a better shopping experience than Walmart.

Over priced. Holy cow! One simple family meal is no less than 40 bucks. They really take advantage because of the seasonal tourist and rich retirees, to make the locals pay so much more. Terrible I'd rather drive to. Walmart.

Grocery store is clean and aisles are well marked. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Butcher goes the extra mile to make sure you get the right choice for your meals.

My husband and I are seniors that tested positive for covid 19. We are not allowed to leave the house but a friend said Bull Shoals Harps will deliver you just have to go online. Placed my order of $144.93 it was confirmed but never delivered. On top of this they charged my credit card twice!!! When I called the store the manager didn't help at all telling me it is Instacart problem. I would give anything to have this store torn down and a decent one put in it's place. Your produce and meat constantly goes bad within a couple days; I am tired of paying for garbage!!!!! Bull Shoals deserves better!!!!

The only grocery store in town. Everything's priced a bit high, but the quality of the food is better than Wal-Mart's food. The employees are friendly & they have a decent selection.

This is the worst Harps I have ever dealt with. I bought one pkg of spaghetti which was 5 for $5.00. I was charged $1.00. Correct. I bought one bell pepper that was 5 for $1.00 and was charged $1.00. And when asked about it the guy knew nothing about it. I bought cubed cantaloupe which was ruined. The acting manger today was just rude. Of course I am one of the vacationers here which keeps them open but I live close to the area and shop at Harps in Mountain Home all the time

I only wish that there was a Harp's in my hometown. I'd ditch Walmart in a blink. People were friendly and helpful several times while we visited on vacation. We were in Harp's about three times. Great selection for such a small grocery store!

Everything you need in this clean little store. The workers are polite and helpful. Would definitely recommend anyone visiting Bull Shoals Arkansas to stop by for food and anything else you need

I love going to harps slightly higher quality meats then Walmart they got a great selection wonderful meats and cheese deli section that you have a need an area where you can have a sandwich made sit there a need it wonderful bakery except for the Bull Shoals location which does not have a bakery I love this place but Mountain Home store had a Starbucks inside which is awesome so when I want to get my chai latte I can do that while I’m shopping for groceries!

I went in this evening to get 2 two liter drinks to go with our pizza, after making the purchase the man working the register hands me the drinks in a single bag, as he hands them to me one of the drinks falls through the bottom of the bag, he gestures to me and puts them both back in a single bag. I remained polite through the entire event. I asked him if I could exchange the drink, his response “for what?” So I replied with, “for one that didn’t just hit the floor?”. He throws his hands in the air and says “Do what you want”, so me knowing something has crossed him wrong and due to his tone and attitude, I just take my purchase and leave in order to avoid confrontation. It’s unfortunate this is the only grocery store in this town otherwise I wouldn’t go back. That was ridiculous.

Terrible selection of produce. Worst I have ever seen at a grocery store. On multiple occasions I have seen Rotten fruit and vegetables on display. Everything is either within a week of expiration or at expiration. So if you buy anything here make sure you double check the expiration dates. In the frozen section most bags are full of freezer burn and frost. In the meat department the meat has turned brown or green... $20 for two very small almost expired ribeyes. I could pay less and get a better steak at a restaurant. When you go to check out they only have 1 cashier so it's takes FOREVER to check out. I have sat in a checkout line for over 10 minutes with one gallon of milk. I'll drive the 30 min to wallmart or MTN HOME HARPS for WAY WAY WAY better groceries. I really hope this store gets better I would love to shop here more. OUTSIDE of the long check out times, rotten meat, veggies and frostbitten products the staff is GREAT!

I prefer to shop at the Mountain Home store. They have a larger selection of items. But this one is down the street from my apartment. So it's easier to get any frozen items home quicker

Nice store , only negative thing is lack of anything remotely healthy. Almost every item has high fructose corn syrup. Other Harps in Montain Home have better selections.

Quick and convenient shopping without have to drive to mountain home. Always a good selection of vegetables and and a fantastic butcher to take care of your steak desires.
