This is a good location. Clean and stocked. Employees arnt everywhere taking over the aisles. And if you are looking for a good NA Beer...they carry this one and it tastes great

This store is usually well stocked and pretty clean, but whatever you do, never go to the customer service. There is only one nice lady who works back there, but the other ones are snots. The worst one up there is a blonde headed mid-aged woman. She is very rude regardless of what you need help with or are there for. There are quite a few other workers when asked for help, that will not help you in any way or point you in the right direction. This store used to be really nice which was why we started coming to this location, but it's beginning to go down.

Horrible staff. Rude and mean. Wish the old walamrt was here 24hours and nice staff. After checking out wich was a nightmare because i use tap to pay wich they do not accept and had cash wich they also do not accept i had to download the walmart app to pay.. after checking out i was walking out at 10:41pm as an elderly guy was walking in and the mean young lady would. Ot let him said they were closed and i saw spit flying out of her mouth she was so mad and yelling at the top of her lungs he replied i just need some milk i have 20 mins please my wife is sick at home and she wants a glass of milk. The lady began to charge at him and continue yelling we are closed..

Very clean, very nice and friendly staff, and has everything you need, a one true stop shop.The vision center is also very nice as well! I walked in with a screw very loose in my glasses and Optician Kori fixed it for me in no time at all.

Used to be, walking into walmart employees were happy. Their mindset was helping customers. True reflection of management. That true reflection goes both ways though. If you need help in this store don't expect any. And, if you do accomplish getting help, PLEASE don't expect it to be the definition of common courtesy. That seems to have vanished. It does not matter how patient you are or how many times you give them the benefit of the doubt. Returning time after time in hope that you'll find a new employee who has some good manners doesn't work. Bad management hires that true reflection of themselves.If I know I'll be needing to ask for help while there, I WON'T be purchasing whatever that is from walmart. I'll visit their competitor, where I know my time is appreciated.

I am appauled at the way I've been treated today in every way possible. I tried getting email for Chris Sutterfield/ store manager in 2 seperate calls. Customer service is SCREAMING for attention/emergency staff meeting at this location. The unprofessional behavior of the girl answering the phone today 2-7-24 @ 11:30 ish needs to be talked to & the girl in online order dept. Clear examples of "we are just here for a paycheck". Instead of helping me remedy the problem, which was a 300$ plus order for auto dept. When asked if she could ring me to auto dept, She said "the odds of them actually picking up are slim to none" ?!?!? Are you kidding me?!?! This helped me how?? And the cust service desk when asked manager info, said name of manager followed by " i have no clue what his email is" so i asked to be put on hold while she found that out. Instead she transferred me so NO ONE could pick up. So i called back AGAIN, said i was put on hold with no one picking up. She then shockingly said " yeah, thats because theyre off today" so you knew they were off but transferred me anywyas ?!?! Recap: auto dept phone rang 5 minutes, no one picked up. 1st cust servc call, no one picked up, online order dept made her unprofessional comment & threw her coworkers under bus, 2nd call to cust svc transferred me to an area knowing theyre off today?!?! And all of this circus started with walmart screwing up my order for auto care dept..i will take my business elsewhere. Grocery, auto all of it. Employees need to be reminded customers are how you clowns get paid. Congrats to this location when you make SWLR walmart look good. Wow. Side note: the store manager info should be readily accessible at ALL TIMES for anyone who asks for it !! Period. If its not memorized it should be written on sticky notes for all the employees who dont care. My new mission is to reach the district manager to report the absolute unprofessional, pass the buck, we dont care attitudes i have experienced today. How is this even ok to treat people this way in this economy where your customers should matter more now than ever. I am also a local Google reviewer & guide where thousands of people see my reviews. The power of words can really damage your image, but i guess it doesnt matter when you treat customers the way this location does. I will not be trading here anymore. It may not matter to some, but it definitely matters to me. Im truly shocked at the way ive been treated today. When talking to 1800walmart about this, because this location passed the buck to them, they immediately sent me a 15$ gift card and profusely apologized to me for the way i was treated. I can assue you this 15$ will never be used. And to Chris Sutterfield, your employees behavior is a direct reflection of what kind of manager you are. What you expect out of your employees. They represent you as their leader.i guess youre off today too. I sure wasnt oferred to be transferred to you.

10/10 DO NOT recommend the tire dept. They will sell you a set of tires, make an appointment to install them, check 3 times that all 4 are there and good to go, then call you after youve made arrangements to drop off your vehicle just to say "sorry bro, we cant install these. Come get em and good luck" 🤡🤡🤡 all the way around

This is my favorite Walmart when I have to go in one. They have everything and it is easy to find my way around. This Walmart is super clean. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Parking is never an issue. They have plenty of spaces for both handicap and not. I have used their bakery a few times and got exactly what I wanted. My favorite department is the fresh fruits and vegetables. It is always well stocked.

Be careful around Christmas season, this place & other wm's will steal your money. They double charge your bank & it happened to my daughter's family. Extremely bad on working folks, they say you will get it returned in 10 days. Over six hundred dollars not available at Christmas. They do it to people who spend several hundred dollars & use a debit card. Beware...

I used to love going to Walmart in Bryant, but not anymore. This store has the most racist woman greeting at the doors. She speaks to me and will hold a conversation, but it never fails for her to bring up race and refer to black people as those people. It seems like she targets them. She only asks to see their tickets while standing up there talking to me. I've seen white people exit the store with big items and she just let them walk by. I've seen her ask for black peoples tickets and they may only have 2 bags. Walmart you need to do better.

If they’re so worried about people stealing something to the point that they’re checking receipts when you exit the store, then maybe they should hire people to run the cash registers instead of making their customers do it. It’s super disrespectful that you ask to check my receipt as if I would steal something.

It's a very clean well stocked store. No freight all out in their aisles at all. Nice to know the keep the clutter down since they now have the overnight time to stock. Still, when yall gonna get back to open later than 11 pm?

As normal store was very busy and they was stocking the shelf midday making it very hard to get up and down the isles, at least they should offer to move over or ask you if they can help you get something from the areas they are blocking

This store really needs to get the grocery pickup side together. On three separate occasions in the last few weeks, my wait to get them to bring out my groceries has been over 30 minutes. Well yesterday I came to pick up the few items that I ordered and waited over 45 minutes to have them brought out to me (it was only 3 items). I tried calling and was told they would be right out. Well they weren't, it still took them 20 minutes.

Had a wic problem with my baby food the apple sauce should pass for wic it's just apple and it wouldn't pass told the lady she needed to alert them to fix it in the back told me is a wic thing but I'm able to get it it's on my WIC card she just didn't wanted to help horrible theses places needs to fix their system their job too do so. Makes it hard for us woman on WIC, like come on people if you don't like your job than change it or just don't work wasn't even being rude the way she sound and said it just made me feel like it was my problem.

Shame on you walmart for not allowing trucks to park and shop. Did you forget these truckers are the reason you have product to sell. The average driver spends 300 to 500 per walmart shop. Shame on you and any driver that brings you product. Sam Walker said drivers would always have a place to park he is rolling in his grave. So shameful.. truckers are people to and need good too.

It's definitely nicer than the one in Benton. The only problem is the Bryant Walmart is always crowded every time I go. Bryant has become too overpopulated. It used to be a nice town until everybody decided to move there... But it wasn't too crowded tonight and I found a nice deal in the clearance rack on this home theater speaker! And this smart light bulb for about 50% off. Not bad at all as long as they both work! We're about to find out!!

They were out of alot of stuff but were stocking it back up at the same time. The Walmart experiece is so "the same" everywhere you go I had forgotten I even went to a new store. They all feel like your hometown store.

The Auto Center is nothing but problems. To get sale price on tire, had to order online and would not let me have them shipped to the store. Had to be delivered to my residence, loaded into my truck and then brought here to have installed. I requested that stick-on inner rim balancing weights be used because the ones on the side wall come off when off roading. They did not clean the rim prior to installing. All of the tires lost the weights by the second day! One of the tire pressure sensors was damaged during install too. All of the tires were inflated to various pressure between 35psi to 50psi. I adjusted them to all the same pressure myself. When I brought it back in for the lost balancing weights and to fix the TPS, they did correct the issues but again failed to properly clean the rim to adhere the weights. One weight was starting to fall off when I checked the tires. They also used clip weights on a tire which I had requested them to not use. Luckily they did not try to charge additional fees and am only out the four hours of my time.Gonna go to Discount tire to have them ballaced properly.

Excellent experience using the Walmart app for pickup service. The 2 gentlemen that loaded my groceries into my car were pleasant and very professional. I will use this process at least 90 to 95% of my shopping from this point on.

Find out what Monticello Walmart is doing and take some pointers. Their store yesterday morning was well stocked, clean and organized. All Christmas items filled the shelves. I went to Bryant later that day and just the opposite. Empty shelves, boxes in the floor, can’t get down aisles for all the stock pallets. It was embarrassing. Surely we can do better!
