The customer service in the pharmacy is the worse. The pharmacist has the worse disrespectful attitude, and the most unwillingness to help or answer questions! Never ever had a problem with Walgreens on Stagecoach the world never!! I’m new to the Bryant location due to Stagecoach closing the pharmacy however the pharmacist makes Bryant look so bad!! I passed surprised they are able to operate this way after reading the views, she’s still there! The female pharmacist has no sense of respect, compassion, or concern! She does not have the ability to answer questions without frustration , irritability, disrespect, and very dismissive. She over talks you without even letting you finish your statement or question and is ready to disconnect the call after she has responded or think you’re done because she responded! She has a short temper also shows little to no knowledge or care or concern concerning your wellbeing or answer to questions. If you have business you might avoid dealing with her at Bryant location. The other staff are actually better! One bad attitude can make everybody look bad!! The manager and the managing team really need to look into this!! Give the store a bad look especially for new customers/patients!!

I'm here out of state working...absolutely horrible experience and the pharmist needs complete refreshed on what her role is as a pharmacist. I am pretty sure when she came into this profession, she was aware that She would be servicing individuals who are sick and needing relief. Her level of empathy does not exist. I left the hotel to come and get my medication and when she pulled it up, I was already taken back by her facial expressions. She was annoyed and clearly she didn’t want to talk to me. She really didn’t want to help me, but she was standing in front of me, and had to, she looked me up and said she has one and doesn’t have the other. I was needing a steroid pack so I can get back to work but of course she made no offer to contact any other Walgreens. The meds she does have she made sure she loudly announced that they don’t accept my insurance and I asked for the price out of pocket. It was only $11 so I told her to proceed. I also handed her card because according to my doctor, I needed some Mucinex to help me get over this. I didn’t want to spend $25 on actual Mucinex so I was looking for the Walgreens discount or known as a generic brand. I selected the one the doctor told me to get took it to the counter, and nice and loudly, she said . "Unless you have an Arkansas drivers license or prescription I am not giving that to you." The insinuation that I just drove four hours for business to cross state lines to find a Walgreens to be able to grab a box of Mucinex under The radar was very insulting and embarrassing as everybody was staring at me, as if I was trying to do something wrong. There is an absolute way to tell me that same information in a respectful tone, knowing that I’m a sick patient just trying to get better and not after the damn drug that you deem, unsafe or abused. Here is something for your refresher course, you may see abuse on regular and every single day, the rest of us do not. I am literally just trying to get a box of Mucinex and I’m sorry that you’ve been tainted with those abusing Mucinex, but that has literally nothing to do with me and everything to do with you and your profession and you need to keep it there and stop projecting it on me.Needless to say, I did not go back to pick up my prescription, nor will I ever enter this Walgreens again. I’m back in my hotel room with no medicine and sick as A dog. Anyone reading this I would go to a different place. CVS pharmacy I hear is doing better. I’m gonna try to start using them. We don’t need doctors like this to make us feel this way. They can keep their Mucinex, my God I didn’t even know that was a thing, but I don’t care who abuses Mucinex because I don’t. I just want to feel better. Stop punishing all of us for the idiots that do something Wrong. and if you’re sitting there, saying well, that’s the state law that’s fine that’s not the issue the issue is how you presented it to me and your body language toward me and your lack of empathy about it that’s where you’re wrongTo the company that reads this, I just happen to have 18 million viewers on Google review and I hope every single person in this area reads this review and stays away from this location and that pharmacist. If you are shortstaffed, shut the building down instead of putting toxic people like that in my life at a time that I’m feeling miserable.devils advocate maybe she was great at one time but if she was you have burnt her out and she needs removed or refreshed. looking at your Google reviews I am one of many voices at this company is not listening to yet.So again, if you have a bad experience at this location, please leave a one star review and give your comments until this company understands that we matter as patients. I am not a number and I’m leaving your company because you have treated me that way. I even considered applying to be a manager at one of these locations once and now I realize They don’t deserve a manager like me because I would fire people like her so that people like me get the experience and the quality of care that they deserve.

This is the worst pharmacy in the city of Bryant, hands down. The people are nice but the slowness of operation is such that it’s hard to imagine it could be anything other than gross incompetence. The pharmacy on Sundays is limited to drive-thru service only and moves at a pace that requires costumers to devote most of a day just to pick up a prescription. Trust me, do yourself a favor and either choose a different pharmacy or just go home and suffer. It’ll be less painful than sitting in the parking lot for hours on end.

Prices are high but the quality of the store brand supplements are high as well. So I guess all in all, that aspect of the store is good. However the pharmacy at this location is ridiculous. I’ve waited on average an hour to 1.5 hours to get simple meds filled. I suggest finding a small mom and pop pharmacy honestly.

The service here is beyond bad and unempathetic. My family member really needed the medication I ordered. The website said same day delivery. It was not delivered for 3 days and only when I called did it get processed. The pharmacy tech could not answer why it didn't get delivered only said it never got bagged and processed even though the website says same day. Earlier that same morning I went to try and simply pick it up and the pharmacist would not let me because they don't open until 9.These people appear to have no regard whatsoever for human life, they do not take seriously the fact that they are dispensing what is life saving medication for some. I would challenge any manager to simply observe how they do business its very evident. The regional manages name is Carl Crabtree. I'm not sure if he enforces or holds the store members accountable but maybe if there are enough complaints he will.When I went by that morning though they were not open the store manager at least could have made sure the medicine went out first thing that morning since it had already been undelivered for 3 days. He didn't do that. You know why? cause he couldn't. He never bothered to ask my name, what the medication was or anything. For all he knew it could have been blood pressure meds. He could have cared less. Maybe they could at least take some cheap acting courses and pretend they care about the customers even if they cant act.This location is simply very close to my house so I use it. I assure you it is likely the worse location in the area. All the reviews almost say that and it is certainly the worst I ever seen. there is no local leadership at this one and no one is being held accountable. If you can try to avoid this location at all cost.

I’ve been standing in line for 30 minutes, poor management, instead of waiting on customers in line and drive thru they have 3 people putting up the prescriptions. I will be changing pharmacy’s after years of being with Walgreens, someone needs to check into this

The customer service in the pharmacy is the worse. They have the worse attitudes and the most unwilling to help of any Wal greens I ever used. I actually very surprised they are able to operate this way. Really makes you wonder who is managing the store. The pharmacist in a general sense have no knowledge or don’t care to answer any questions and if you do ask questions they are very short and dismissive. If you have business you might avoid the Bryant location.

I just moved here and needed to move my prescriptions. I looked this up and read the reviews and was skeptical but called anyway.My call was answered by Erica. She was helpful in getting my prescriptions transferred here. Changed my account and made sure my info was correct.She even got me a discount since I am paying out of pocket currently.I'll follow up after pick up but so far it's great customer service.Thanks Erica!Update:Their system cannot run efficiently and contact me at the correct times. I have asked multiple times to coordinate 3 prescriptions for refill. Has yet to happen. Local folks are good mostly.They have issues on a corporate or IT level.

My doctor called in a prescription for blood pressure medicine at 4:00 pm and by 7:30 pm it was still not filled. I called several times to check the status and was never able to speak to a person. The last time I called I was on hold for over 30 minutes. When I made that last call the recording said two people were ahead of me, then one, and finally the recording said the staff was helping “people” and I was placed on hold until I hung up. I still don’t know the status of my prescription. My son got a prescription filled the same day and went inside to pick it up. He was asked 5 times his name and the spelling of it. This is so totally unacceptable. They are rude and uncaring. They behave as though they are doing you a favor by filling your prescription. My thoughts are...if business is that great perhaps they should hire more people and train them to act professional. This will be the LAST time I get a prescription filled at this pharmacy. I would rather pay more money and receive good customer service. Send them a message by taking your business elsewhere. One star was as low as I could go. They don’t deserve one star. They have a rating of 2 and I can certainly see why!

After years of horrible IRS level customer service from the pharmacy, I’ve decided to never step foot into another Walgreens for so much as a bag of cough drops. Switching to a locally owned pharmacy to avoid 20 minute minimum waits for misinformation and to be treated like an addict. ✌🏻Update: The medicine I spent an hour trying to get at Walgreens today was able to be filled by Bryant Family Pharmacy in less than an hour and my visit to the pharmacy was only about 2 minutes long. They had a full staff and treated me like a human. Thank you Walgreens for pushing me to switch. I feel like I just got out of a toxic relationship.

If I could give this pharmacy a 0 I absolutely would. I pulled up to get my script filled and decided on a different medication due to cost. Before I made this decision the pharmacy tech at the window informed me that they did have the medication. I called and had the medication changed. Sat and waited got in line 2-3 times they kept telling me it wasn’t ready yet but they did receive the script. Got in line after waiting an additional 30 minutes for them to tell me the medication is out of stock. I was lied to and wasted almost THREE hours of my time sick as a dog. Absolutely would not recommend and the staff are not sympathetic AT all!

Do not care anymore that they are short staffed. I’ve tried to be understanding, but my family is going days without medication, I’ve wasted hours of time waiting on hold when calling in - just to be hung up on, wasted hours of time in the drive-through, and the pharmacy staff are rude and unapologetic. Corporate should be bringing in temporary help and paying the staff more. The issues are unacceptable and dangerous - I imagine if this Walgreens location doesn’t get its act together ASAP, someone is going to get seriously hurt or killed from errors or lack of medication. It’s sad because we used to love the regular pharmacists and staff. Not sure what happened, but obviously there was a mass exodus of staff and customers should steer clear.

Honestly the only reason they get one star is because I couldn’t give less. This is absolutely the worse Walgreens pharmacy I have ever been to. The staff is rude and extremely slow. They always have card in the drive thru all a way around the building. You can make complaints through Walgreens customer service, but it does no good. The one on JFK is so much better. Really suggest looking and going anywhere else in Bryant for prescriptions. Trust me you will save yourself a lot of headache. They shut down lanes saying there’s problems with the machinery even though people were using it just fine. I have had a doctor call in a prescription and waited longer than a day with no calls notifying they even got the order much less when it can be picked up. 0 out of 5 stars. They should just get all new staff because retraining isn’t gonna work.

Yep, everyone was right😬 Poor phone etiquette and very slow. I would definitely avoid if possible...unless you want to wait an hour in the line. Unfortunately, I had to wait or my daughter would have been back in the ER because our Benton location was completely out of the medication. If it weren't for Walgreens being everywhere and transferrable store to store, I'd be gone. Please Walgreens. Make some changes. 🤦♀️

Got there right at 6 along with another lady who pulled in at the exact same time as me. Waited 30 minutes for the lady in front of me to leave just to get to the window and her tell me they are not going to help me that the other lady was the last customer. I got there at the SAME TIME as the other lady but had the window shut in my face and she refused to help me. I only had one prescription and was the last person in line. I will never buy anything from this walgreens ever again

I have a really bad sinus infection and my doctor called in a prescription for me. The app said that it would be ready at 5:30pm on 12/29. I went to pick them up after work. The inside was closed so I went through the drive thru. Sat in line for an hour to be told my prescription wasn't ready and wouldn't be ready until the next day and I should call before I come pick it up to make sure it is ready. The next day 12/30 I called first thing in the morning. Sat on hold for 25 minutes. When I got through they said it wasn't ready and they didn't want to tell me a time because it wasn't ready on time the day before. Here it is 12:30pm and they still haven't called to say my medicine is ready. A couple of weeks ago my daughter had a virus and had to have medicine. We waited all day and they didn't even start working on her order until we got there and said we were waiting for it. Needless to say after this I'm switching pharmacies.

Pharmacy has issues and it's gotten worse over the years. Expect to be in line anywhere from 30 - 45 minutes at the MINIMUM. A new development, the drive thru will shut down throughout the day without warning. I've called and they tell me that when they are short staffed, they just close the drive thru. Unfortunate for those unable to come inside as the meds they need are now out of their reach until they have the available staff to operate the pharmacy (which could be a day or two). This is unacceptable and management needs to do something about it. It is also taking longer to have a prescription filled. I've waited four days before a prescription is actually ready after dropping off the paper script. Also, depending on the staff you get, they seem to be extremely tired (yawning, checking their phones, moving about like they're just not focused). This is not the environment to have workers like this. I actually went in for my Rx, and they gave me another person's Rx (luckily it was a family member's).

Not sure of the spelling of her name, but that is the name she gave me over the speaker. Walgreen, do better with the hiring of your pharmacy associates.

Received a text that my script was delayed and for me to call in. Well, I have tried so many times at different times of the day to get through for 5 days. It's hard to stay on hold for anything past 10 min while I'm at work which is when I would think that times would be less busy for them. So I finally called at 8:05am thinking I would get through quickly. Not the case. Sat on hold with music for 7 min before they answered. Then the rep said that someone was supposed to call me in regards to the script, and never did. So in summary, after reading through the reviews for this location, it is apparent that they are having employee issues that truly needs to be worked out. Walgreens used to be quick and very responsive. Just seems like customer service with this location is seriously lacking especially in the pharmacy dept. I do hope that they are keeping up with these reviews and take it seriously. Because there are way too many smaller pharmacies in the area that would thrive to have Walgreens business. I'm staying only because of the extended pharmacy hours. However I am reconsidering after this last episode.

This location is a complete and total failure. Consistently, time and time again, there's some reason why you can't get your prescription filled or it hasn't been filled or that it will be a bit longer. Today after waiting in the Drive-Thru for 20 minutes I was told that they did not have a "filler"on shift currently and there was no one else there that could simply put my medication into a bottle. They told me to come back in about 2 hours. Always extremely slow. Everybody's least favorite place to go for absolutely anything.

Worst pharmacy in town. Takes absolutely forever. Wouldn't fill the scripts my dr sent them. Then wrote all over the scripts so other pharmacies wouldn't fill either. They wouldn't even fill them after talking to my doctor over the phone. Then threatened to call the police if I didn't move out of the drive because I sat there in shock of what is happening. Save yourself time and headache and just go to another pharmacy in town. Wish I could have rated 1/2 starNew negative review!!! Show up at 1:20 pm today (they close at 1:30 for lunch) by the time I get to the window it was 1:30 on the dot and instead of doing the right thing for the customer they close the curtain in my face. I wish my grandmother would switch to a new pharmacy like I have so I can quit dealing with this God awful service.

I dropped off 4 prescriptions on Friday. I was told that 3 of them would be ready that evening and the 4th would have to be ordered and would be here on Monday. Great, no big deal! I came by Saturday to pick up the 3 that I was told would be ready. I was then told that they were not ready yet and it would be a few minutes. Ok, I was annoyed but had other things to do. Came back 3 hours later and they had closed early. I had to go out of town so when I got home on Monday I stopped by. NONE of them were ready AND I was told that they only had record of two. I explain that that is impossible because one prescription paper had 2 prescriptions and I dropped off TWO pieces of paper. She goes to chat with the pharmacist and when she comes back she tells me that that it will be about 15 minutes. I wait...about 20 minutes later, they then tell me that they can only fill two because they are still out of stock and they didn’t order them. Are you kidding me?!? They acted like it was no big deal. Meanwhile, I’m still waiting for the two that should have been ready an hour ago. This pharmacy is horrible and they absolutely do not care about people. Management needs to do something!

The pharmacy drive thru experience is terribly inconvenient. The wait time is tremendously excessive. When being advised via text that your script is readily available for pick up, only to find out after you’ve sat in the drive through for well over an hour that your script is not ready and to come back, you return and sit for approx 30 mins only to find out your scripts are still not ready. This is very inconvenient and frustrating.

Dropped an Rx off at 4:15p told it would be ready for pickup between 6-7p. I went back to the pharmacy at 7:20p sat in a line that was 6 cars deep, once I made it to the window was told the prescription was not ready. I ask why and they stated, "we have been to busy to fill it". They ask me to circle around and they would try to have it ready. I circled back around and waiting for about 10 minutes before pulling up to the window. Once I pulled it took about 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged I was there. Then once the prescription was ready, I waited for another 10 minutes for the pharmacist to scan her badge so the lady could ring me up. I would say this is a one-time thing, but it is not. The pharmacy at the Bryant, AR location is awful, horrible customer service. Last month they even gave us the wrong prescription for my little girl. Thank goodness I caught it before I gave it to her, but called them and they acted like it was no big deal, it happens all the time.

They wouldn't fill my prescription. They said my insurance rejected it. I called my insurance and they said they don't show that any pharmacy has tried to file a claim but assured me that my medicine is covered. I called the pharmacy and was on hold for over 30 mins. I finally hung up and called the store and I was told they closed the pharmacy down because there was no pharmacist. I have been trying to get my meds for 4 days now.Also, when the drive-thru is open, it takes a very long time to get through the line.

The worst pharmacy in existence. I'm surprised they are still in business. They are slow in filling scripts, they don't keep their promised fill time. If you need to call them, be prepared to be on hold for anywhere between 20-30 min, then have to wait a additional 20- 30 min each time you have to call back after they just hang up on you as soon as you ask to refill a prescription they only allow to be filled by talking to the staff. This isn't a one off issue, this is everytime.Save yourself a headache and get your scripts where they actually value you and your time. Might I suggest Bryant Family Pharmacy. They actually seem like they care and have you in and out in 5 min.

I would rate a zero if I could. DO NOT GO HERE! You will have to wait an hour or more to pick up a simple prescription, and they are closed most of the normal "pickup times" for lack of a pharmacist. The store is a joke in general, it needs new management
