Overall this business is pretty swell! This morning I was told that egg bites do not come with salsa lol..So most places just offer payment for certain extras, but mostly common courtesy exceeds this! This has never happened before. You might want to let new employers know that the customer is always right! Especially for simple fixes. The young lady was very nice but just needs a few tips!

Absolutely love their coffees, do not like their food and absolutely do not like the fact that they ask for Donations AND a tip every single time we order there, it’s a little ridiculous…it makes customers feel awkward when we say no and have to go through that every single time we want a small treat. Love supporting local but please stop this pushiness.I asked if they ask every single client and she responded they HAVE to ask. If people want to tip because of your fantastic service they will, when you ask, most people will say yes out of obligation but that’s ethically wrong.

I had never been there before and was in the mood for a chocolaty flavor. The lady at the drive in recommended the Mohca blender and in was absolutely amazing. I could still taste a lot of the coffee and not just the chocolate and I love it that way because if it just tastes like chocolate, it is basically a chocolate shake. I got the energy and satisfaction I needed and it was the highlight of my day.

I absolutely love this place!!! The service is amazing and the coffee is really good. I really love the cake bites and their candy bar blenders! Coffee is amazing and very affordable! Customer service A+! The lady that took my order was so patient and kind! I asked her what’s the best selling iced coffee and she told me two options and what was all in them! She was so sweet and efficient plus the coffee tasted amazing! I will definitely come back when I’m in Bryant to scooters 💕

The blended coffee is pretty good but hazelnut tasted nothing like hazelnut. Each time I've been I've ordered a small or medium and they ring me up for a large. I cannot have too much caffeine so I prefer a small. I wonder if they are trained to do that (up sale). I also don't like to be asked if I want to leave a tip. I'll never go back for those reasons.

Swung by after a trip to the library, for my first Scooter's experience. The girl who took my order was SUPER friendly and gave me lots of helpful suggestions. It was a little pricey- as I have to do dairy free, but definitely a treat. The best iced caramel latte I've had in a long time!

Crunchy smoothies?!? Nope don't like it. Had two both tasted ok but crunchy enough to stop up straws...... smooth smoothies not crunchy please especially at that price threw them away well over half full straw kept stopping up even after letting them melt for a bit. Staff is charismatic and pleasant to say a good thing.

I had the $6 left for the coffee and when I pulled up at the front and other lady said the two in the back paid for my drink! Thank you very much!! I can’t thank you enough when I had less than $7 to get coffee. I will be buying more!

Multiple issues with the app and redeeming offers. Owner personally called to apologize and offered a free drink, which I appreciated. However, I took my 10 year old daughter with me and they gave me HER small drink free instead of mine. I also ordered it with an extra shot of espresso and there most definitely was not any extra espresso in it. The Scooters in Bentonville is amazing so I was excited we were getting one! Too many mistakes to continue trying to love Scooters in Bryant unfortunately.

First time going to Scooter’s as I am visiting from NC. The worker who took my order was extremely helpful in giving suggestions and explaining the menu. I had the Turtle Blender and it was FABULOUS. Very fast service. My favorite part was when they tell you to pull around, they say “scoot on up!”
