We love Dr. Belt. She always has the best interest of the animal at heart...and that matters to us. Her staff is helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend them!

Highly recommend!Very caring, respectful, professional women! My cat is not fond of the vet's office at all but they got his shots updated quickly with care and did not cost me an arm and a leg.

Dr. Susan Belt is my favorite veterinarian of all time! She's caring, knowledgeable, funny, honest and fair. Her staff are very welcoming and caring as well. If Dr. Belt ever moves away, I just might have to follow her. Thank you Reynolds Road Animal Clinic!

Vet and techs were very nice. They took good care of our new kitten. We will go back for routine care. Only negative - A little pricey.

This is a great clinic. Two years ago, we had to put our 17 year old dog to sleep and Dr. Belt was compassionate and professional. This week, our beloved 8 year old passed away here after a brief but very serious illness. This clinic did everything they could to help Roxie!! They took our concerns seriously, they did not blow us off when we insisted she was not getting better, they worked us back in the schedule and listened to us. They tried everything until the very end, but her little body was just overcome with illness and she couldn’t keep going. But they didn’t give up on her, and I’m forever grateful for their efforts for my girl.

This place is overpriced for some of the worst service I’ve ever experienced. Paid 250 dollars for a normal check up, heart worm and tick med. In past experiences at my other vets I’ve gone to the clinician does a good observation of the pet. Here it was more like i sat in a room longer than the vet was actually in there for. All the vet is concerned about is shoving down the certain med that i took her word on but will not be using again. Won’t ever be back

Dr. Belt is the absolute best! We put her on a pedestal when she saved the life of one of our two boys as a puppy over 14 1/2 years ago. We followed her when she left Benton Veterinary Hospital to open her own place and never looked back. She is knowledgeable, kind, caring, compassionate, and a down right great human being. I always felt as if she cared for our boys (Carlos and Charlie) as if they were her own. She proved us right when it came to the day we had to say goodbye to them. She was reassuring in the difficult decision to let them go, and went above and beyond to honor and accommodate our wishes. If I could give her and her staff more stars, I would.

My daughter wanted to bring her hamster to the vet for a bump on her eye. Dr. Belt was recommended to us. She introduced herself to my 8yo daughter and shook her hand, then she spoke to her directly about her hamster. She was AMAZING with my daughter, answered all of our questions, and I really wish we had the kind of experience with every vet (or even human doctor). This was a refreshing healthcare experience in today’s world.

The staff is kind and friendly. I had several questions regarding the procedures for my little ones and Dr. Kessler answered each one although I know she was busy. They took good care of my girls. I'm thankful for being referred to them by my groomer and former vet.

The doctors and nurses are all so gentle and caring. Had to take a young cockatiel in for a check up that can't fly. Poor thing was scared and squawking, but the nurse actually got him calmed down, while she held him on his back for the doctor to examine. Unfortunately he had injured his wing, (before we got him) and he will never fly. But he is the sweetest lovable bird. Spoiled rotten, wants petting and head scratch all the time.I take all my birds, and other animals here. They're great and don't rob you blind.

I have older pets and I have found they are available and empathetic in caring for them. When an elderly cat was having a significant problem, they laid out the options and helped me find a course of treatment that was right for her. Eight months after I thought she might not make it through the night, she's still happily demanding breakfast every morning and they played a role in making that happen.

This is the best vet I've ever been to! I've taken my animals here several times, and the staff is always so kind. In my experiences, they are not in this business just for money, they genuinely care about their furry patients. 10 out of 10. I'll never take my babies anywhere else.

This is the ONLY clinic I have found to date that will let me buy a flea pill for my dog WITHOUT being a current patient with them. You do not know how helpful this is!

Dr. Belt and staff are wonderful. We began taking our first pets (two guinea pigs) and were lucky to find a vet who would treat guinea pigs. Now we are taking our new puppy and receive the same loving service.

Brought my guinea pig in. They’re doing curbside only right now. But the staff I talked to were all very kind and they didn’t even judge me for transporting my guinea pig in a Coors beer box. The veterinarian made sure we were on the same page about her treatment. Happy my little pig might start feeling better soon c:

Dr. Susan Belt has been our vet for many years. She has given our pets the very best care. I would highly recommend her to anyone who wants the peace of mind knowing she and her staff will do all they can for your pet's health and care.

We LOVE Dr Belt! Reynolds Road Animal Clinic is conveniently located, with easy access in and out of the parking lot. Our wait has never been long, the staff is always friendly, and genuinely cares for our fur baby. When we've had questions, Dr Belt has been there to listen and advise. Dr Belt, and her clinic, are a great asset to the community. We are grateful she chose to practice in Bryant!

This place is very respectful of your pets. When I brought our dog in because her health was failing. You could tell that they were very empathetic to my situation. They gave me several options and this helped us make the best decision possible for end of care.

Just took my 2 puppies there for the first time. I have been a longtime Banfield customer but wanted to go to a more local vet. I am thoroughly pleased with the service we received. The entire staff were polite and friendly to my family and pets. I feel the pricing was very fair.

Do not use this vet. They make you sign their social media policy stating if you say anything bad about them on social media, their lawyer will sue you. I refused to sign and they refused to treat my dog. This violates your right to free speech. What if they are negligent and kill your pet? You can't warn others? That's wrong.

A full service clinic that is the best in the area and I will never use any other clinic. They are all professional and very caring and gentle with all of my dog's needs. Doctor Duckett understands the pet owners feelings for their pets like they were his own pet. The staff is nice, helpful and I can't say enough about how much they care. I would give the Reynolds Road Animal Clinic 10 stars if I could. The clinic, in my opinion, is highly recommended to all pet owners that want the finest care for their special animal friend.

We came in after our cat had a litter, one kitten had a problem with it's leg. they were very unhelpful and didn't explain anything to us only talked among themselves. They went ahead and treated all of the kittens for fleas with out consulting us. We knew no better and this morning I woke up and one kitten was dead and two others soon followed suit. We looked up the flea solution they used and it says that it can't be used on kittens under a certain age. The others aren't looking too good and I think they will soon also die. The kitten that we initially went in there for didn't get hardly any help. Only antibiotics and the offer to put her down. I'm very upset and don't normally post reviews especially negative ones but NO ONE should have the same thing happen to their fur babies because of this Negligence. The vet who saw us is the OWNER of this clinic, and should have had the common sense to read the bottle that says they have to be 12 weeks old when our kittens were 2 days.

I was highly disappointed by the treatment of myself and my children received by Dr. Susan Belt’s Veterinarian Technician Meredith’s delivery today on Friday, September 20, 2019@11:30. I became a client of Dr. S. Belt’s around February 2019 and my children always had a blast going there to visit with the nice mature receptionist there, getting candies off the sign in booth, and watching the parakeets. My first visit entailed bringing my first litter of 11 pups that were 2 days old by my 2 year old Doberman Pinscher up there to have there tails docked and declaws removed. My fur baby was a mommy for the first time to a litter of 11 pups, and did not have a clue on what to do. Unfortunately, at 2 days old several were underweight, and Dr. Belt kindly asked if my older Dobbie’s were slim, and I told that their aunt was on the slender side and she recommended that I assist the new mom by supplying the pups with a milk supplement in conjunction with her nursing. Dr. Belt stated the Tail docking that I requested seemed a bit short and I stated I didn’t know if it was too short or not but that was the length of my babies tails. Dr. Belt went on to dock the tails requested. Well we lost 3 of the smallest pups as expected within the following day and she accidentally sat on another while trying to nurse. The remaining pups continued to gain weight and were administered their vaccinations and deworming from Dr. Belt up until they were placed with their new families. After that I brought two of my other canines to Dr. Belt for their rabies vaccinations and micro chipping. While there both were weighed including the slender one I mentioned earlier, and nothing was ever recommended or addressed regarding the slender one’s weight. It wasn’t until I was shopping at Petsmart that a fellow customer asked me what diet my slender dobbie was on, and I told him Purina dog chow he then stated that the breed was very active and told me I should switch to a higher protein and fat diet. He recommended Sportmix which was reasonable in pricing and my babies have been on it ever since. I brought up all these previous experiences to show that when an issue is brought to my attention I address the issue in a reasonable amount of time finances willing. So back to today, I arrived with an unplanned litter of 5, and I say this because I have 3 girls and 1 boy, and they range in age to about 1 years old to 2+ years old but I only bred one. None of my other girls have ever been bred. Well, I was diagnosed as BRCA2 positive this year and I opted to have proactive surgical procedures to reduce my risk. My surgeries occurred in May and July ie. that’s apparently when the unplanned pregnancy happened. Immediately upon arrival we were greeted by the awesome receptionist as usual, and Meredith commented to me through the receptionist side window that I brought the unplanned pups sarcastically. I took it as she thought I was bullsh$&&$&g. Nevertheless, I waited until she came to take the babies into the back to have their tails docked and declaws removed. After Meredith received the pups she came back with a pup that had it’s tail marked, and stated that they had docked more tails since the last time I was there and that marked length was the standard, and I said that was fine with no hesitation. During our wait in the lobby just prior to the pups being returned to us another client entered and sat in the lobby across from me, and then Meredith entered the lobby with the pups and brought to my attention one of the pups in her hand and stated to me in front of my children, the other customer, and the receptionist that because I was keeping the pups directly on the dirt that they had caked up dirt under their nails and on their face, and that it may cause their nails to fall off and possibly never to grow back. I said to her they are not being kept on dirt but that she had them in her igloo dog house. Meredith continued to talk over me. Her unprofessional, accusatory, borderline confrontational behavior was unacceptable. I will not return. Dr. Belt did nothing.

They treat small animals such as Guinea Pigs which is a hard to find service in my area. And they have my favorite vet now working at theur location which is also a big plus. They were quick a very courteous with flexible appointment times too. The did a great job getting my Guinea Pig back to health <3

My new kitten had its first appointment there yesterday and the staff is great. The doctor didn't spend much time with me, but it was obvious he was very busy. He seemed like a great guy. I will be back!

My baby girl was at the end of her life and they took her in for her final visit as a new client when all the other vets were't accepting new clients. They went above and beyond making sure both she and I were comfortable.
