I love love love Lowe’s!!! My go to fave place to shop for plants. I would like to ask them to consider more reasonable prices on their clearance plants. Marking almost dead plants down to half price is ridiculous. Then they throw them away. Make them $1 and ppl like me will save them and revive them. I love to give ppl plants to bring them a smile as well. I’d love to be able to get some cheap plants and take them to seniors in the nursing homes or assisted living facilities or even make some pretty flower beds for older ppl at their homes because it may be hard for them to get down and dig and plant. Please consider this Lowe’s.

I purchased a 48-gun safe for my new store. The delivery team (who spoke no English) proceeded to drop it off the back of the truck and destroyed the windows of my store. They arrived without the proper equipment or obvious training. As such, they destroyed the safe and did an estimated $5k-$6k in damage.

Placed a large delivery order with them. Over $5,000. Items missing & items not delivered. Each time I call I am placed on hold between 30min-1.5 hours. I still have not received a full refund for the items not delivered. This has been 3 weeks now. Any time a message is left, nobody returns the call. This place is a joke. Absolutely never order anything for delivery. Management is an absolute joke. Customer service is non existent. I will also add that Lowe's Corporate has been extremely unhelpful as well. Save your time & money. Go to Home Depot.

I purchased 5 items for pickup for my fireplace. The box of firelogs was supposed to have 6. When I opened the box to use one.... it only had 3! Then, I opened up my new fireplace tool set. I noticed right away the two black zip ties from the factory had already been cut and was loose in the box. No hardware to put it together. Does Lowe's shop from the return pile to put in your vehicle now? Will never go back. Home Depot has never done me that way.... yet!And based on the customer service reviews at this store I better not have an issue with that today when I shouldn't even have to be going back in the first place.

I only gave 3 stars because I went in to lowes today and asked for help finding a product. The employee proceeded to tell me he had 100 peices of wood to load for an order BUT what did I need. I advised him that is not my problem as I am a customer and it stated it again. He was behind the pro business counter down by they wood.. he did not have a name tag.He was very rude and disrespectful. I went back later and had amazing associates who help with checkout and apply for their card. I'm glad I went back but that one associate almost made me not.

This Lowes is well kept, staffed, and stocked… employees are helpful. I do hate that they have went to self checkouts, but I imagine that is a corporate thing.

Hard to find what we needed, but an employee came right away and showed us exactly what to get and even made sure we got a necessary accessory we had no idea we needed! Great service. Lowes is always our first go to fir anything home repair related!

I have to have value for the things that are the way setting there the where you can get what you need.,. It's known you to.,.It's hard to live poor over the to provide for people an satisfied everyone it's that hard I mean it sometimes your heart gives out nothing more.,. It's built that way with intergrity everyday.,.Not a showout.,.People love what you do how it's paced out everything you know where it's supposed to be an to show you a thing or to.,. You always believe in the products put it together an the the places it's installed is rewarding.,.You don't know how much someone cares it's right.,.

Well I was trying to find someone to help me get down a toolbox on the top shelf but I couldn't reach it so I went up front to ask for help they called over the intercom for help in tools but no one showed up and they also had merchandise piled in front of the shelf where I needed to get the toolbox finally someone was walking by so I had to ask them to help me and he literally had to step on merchandise to get it down I even tried to help him move the merchandise out of his way but it was a lot to move so he just did the best he could to get it down

We went for some paint for a couple of projects. As usual, Lowe's does so good they end up being the go-to for tintable paint and definitely tintable stain. I always get all of my stain for my business from Lowe's in Bryant.

NEVER EVER ENOUGH HELP! Stand in line forever,finally just leave.Complain to the Mgr if he is there does no good.RIDICULOUS.I came today to buy a Zero turn riding mower x but again couldn't get anyone to help or ask questions. I've complained till I'm tired ,because nothing ever gets doneThey say CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IS THEIR #1 PRIORITY.....YEARS NOW AND NOT MUCH HAS CHANGED BUT GOTTEN WORSE! GETTING READY TO TAKE MY MONEY AND BUSINESS ELSE WHERE.

Worst service! I am an elderly lady and tried to get help from different employees and they just kept passing the buck to some other ones. I finally found what I was looking for and had to pick it up put in the buggy and carry it out to my car those heavy items by myself! Worst service!!!

This Lowe's is large, clean, has pretty much anything DIY I ever need, and the employees are always friendly. I also really like the pick-up lockers for online orders.My one complaint is that we signed up for the in-person Kids DIY workshop today, but Doug at customer service said there wasn't going to be a workshop today and he handed us the kit to do at home. He was very apologetic and friendly, but it would have been nice to get a heads up that the workshop wouldn't be happening (I actually got a text and email yesterday confirming that it was still on).The kits are fun to do at home, but the kids enjoy doing them at the store with an employee much more. There were three other families there at the 9a slot that were also kind of disappointed.

Worst experience ever! Ordered a stackable dryer online to be delivered and I paid for haul away of broken dryer. Bought all the installation parts that you are forced to buy (no mention of needing new stack kit anywhere on their website). First delivery guy from Spirit Delivery refused to do installation or haul away, only explanation was they can’t install a new dryer on existing washer, and can’t remove dryer to do haul away. After numerous calls to Lowe’s, I was told he should have installed the dryer and that he had been fired. Finally got a second installation set up by manager Chad, Spirit crew showed up and again refused to install, but as they were leaving said I need to get a new stack kit and they could install. If anyone had told me this, I would have bought a new stack kit (which I now know is ridiculous, the stack kits haven’t changed in years), but I said I would run to the local Lowe’s to get the stack kit while they made another delivery and come back. Of course they refused and said I would have to reschedule. I spent many days and hours on hold with customer service…when I got to actually talk to a live person they were nice enough, but were like robots trained to say over and over how sorry they were and a manager would call me within 24 hours…one day it was supposed to be Erica, another day it was Shannon, never a call back from either. Another day it was Sonny who assured me he was appliance manager and he would make sure the installation would be set up, that didn’t happen. This went on for 10 days! Finally, got Chad on the phone again and he set up another installation with Spirit, even got a confirmation from Spirit. They never showed up. I finally had to pay someone I could depend on to install my dryer, and I have now the broken dryer sitting in my yard. I asked for a refund on the haul away, and of course, haven’t received it. Between Lowe’s Management in the Bryant office and Spirit Delivery, I don’t know which company is more dysfunctional!!!

I love the Lowe's in Bryant. I am working on home improvements so I have been in several times a week for the past two months. The staff in the paint department is so helpful. They helped me match paint that was on my walls for over 10 years.

Worst customer service ever. Been standing in like for 10 minutes and these two employees shown in the photo that I’m going to post have just been sitting on their butts looking at computer screens. They didn’t even acknowledge the customers standing in line.

This is a good place to shop home improvement items. The customer service people are very helpful in handling issues you may have. Shelves are well organized. The items can be easily located using the information posted online. Occasionally I had to wait for someone to help getting items on the high shelf, but the wait is not super long except very rare cases.

At first our experience wasn’t that good, we had talked to two prior employees about getting someone to help us buy a washer. After waiting about ten minutes, nobody came. However, Jamie (Lowe’s Employee) was such a kind heart to help us when he had just got off his break, he was sweet and understanding. He had gotten our backs when we needed someone and was extremely easy to talk to. His service was amazing and he was willing to do so much more. That man deserves a much needed raise or even a promotion.We absolutely need more Jamie’s! :D

6 attempts to put this in the store survey... finally gave up, almost did buying anything. Had it not been for Chuck Pinckley who offered customer service went the extra mile... I would have left and went the extra miles to Home Depot. I have sent reviews to Lowe's about this store previously.... saw great improvements... right back where this store was before... employee attitudes are "Don't bother me I'm not working!" The glares from the old timers still employed left me feeling uncomfortable... it's that customer. Several employees just standing around doing absolutely nothing. Chuck was called, polite, informative, etc. When I commented he must be the only expert he remarked "All employees are suppose to be store experts!" He should not be apologizing for employees who see the customer interrupting their earning a paycheck without working for it. When I was asking another cashier for assistance, due to two others just casually talking, she was cut off while she was trying to answer me. Guess employees have time to listen to gossip, not the customer. I noticed poor Chuck, the Outside Garden Department Supervisor, trying to assist customer after customer with his rich knowledge, again all employees have. His customer service was exemplary.

My business orders lots of materials from this store for our various jobs. Have never had an issue with them or any employees there. This Lowe's location has helpful staff that is highly knowledgeable in their area. If you have a lumber question, the lumber staff can help you and point you in the right direction, or if you have a plumbing question, they have employees that work in the plumbing department that are former master plumbers. We will definitely continue to order materials/supplies from this store!
