Definitely recommend Hounds Lounge - a solid 10/10! Was a bit nervous about boarding my dogs since I don't do it often, but the team was super helpful and made me feel totally at ease. Our dogs stayed for 4 nights, and everything from drop-off to pick-up was a breeze. They came back super tired from all the fun they had. Loved how the staff gave me the scoop on their playtime - one's shy and the other's all in. It's clear they really care and pay attention. If you need a place for your dogs to stay, this is it!

Wonderful place that loves all the dogs! They make my pup feel like she is the most special dog in the world (which she is), but they also do this to all of the dogs. She walks in like she owns the place and they say "Good morning Pippa" and she runs to them wagging her tail. Such a gem in Bryant, I'm so glad to have found it. It is very clean, I am super impressed. We haven't used the boarding or grooming yet but will in time and I love that she will be people she knows that cares for her. I wish I could give them 10 stars!!!!

I really had high hopes for Hounds Lounge. My dogs loved daycare and the facility is very nice and clean and I loved the organization / schedule / friendly staff.Unfortunately they didn’t follow my contact instructions while my dogs were boarding for several days. I was out of the country (with a 7 hour time difference). I left 2 alternate phone numbers (since my main cell was turned off) and 2 emails. They needed to call me about a minor medical issue with one of my dogs and left a message on my main cell. I didn’t know about the issue until pick up. It’s really disappointing because I went over everything with 2 staff members at check in and made sure they knew how to reach me and the result was the same as any other boarding place… Average. Luckily it wasn’t anything serious but the communication fault and not following my instructions has me hesitant to use them for boarding again when I am out of the country.I may try them again for small weekend trips and such!

They are so welcoming. My Cane Corso Clyde loves it there! He is always so eager to go inside and refuses to even eat lunch just to get extra play time! They have even posted pictures of him on their page and shared other moments with me at pickup. Love the staff, especially Paige!

The staff is absolutely amazing. Our boys are taken care of and had a blast! It is always so easy to get information, upload records, and just a joy, honestly!Tiberius was so pooped that after outdoor play, he didn't even make it all the way into his bed 🤣 Watson just never gets tired

Hands down THE BEST dog daycare around! The staff is incredibly kind and they all seem to love their job. My two Weimaraners are worn out (if you know a Weim, you know this is a good thing) when I pick them up. Also, I utilize their grooming services and am very happy with their pedicures. Hounds Lounge, you guys are amazing and we love you all!

We had an exceptional experience at Hounds Lounge in Bryant on my little boy's first day of daycare. I booked the reservation the night before and uploaded his vaccines. His reservation was quickly approved. I had no idea what to expect. When we walked in, Macy and Tiasha were waiting for us and greeted us with the warmest welcome I have ever received. The facility was new, clean, professional, and so welcoming! It was immediately clear that we were in the right place. Macy gave me a quick tour while Tiasha settled my puppy with this playgroup. He had THE BEST time playing and made several new friends. When I went to pick him up, Macy and Tiasha gushed about how well he did and how they enjoyed having him for the day. As a puppy mom, it meant the world to me to hear this encouragement, see pictures of him playing from the day, and receive his puppy report card. It was clear my little guy had A TON of fun and was treated lovingly and kindly. It was a positive, uplifting experience, and I had tears of joy as we left the building. There are no words to thank Macy, Tiasha, and all the Bryant Hounds Lounge staff for the beautiful experience. We will be back!

Our first grooming experience here was last week and it was FANTASTIC! We have a 6 month old goldendoodle and the groomer took time to come out before her appointment to give a recommendation on what we should do since she's still learning. The staff was super helpful and accomodating.

These people go above and beyond for my baby every time she stays there. They even notified me that she had a UTI while I was out of state and picked up her meds so she could get started before I got home. Hounds Lounge is the only place I can leave her and know 100% that she is completely taken care of.

Used Bryant Hounds Lounge because they were the only one left with an opening for Thanksgiving. SO pleased with the experience. Bella was relaxed and happy so I know they took excellent care of her.

We love the branches in Little Rock, and this one is just as amazing. You can board your puppers in large rooms, you can use daycare. They can brush teeth, clip nails and more. There are even self-serve baths with shampoo, dryers and towels so you can bathe your own dog when you want. The staff is so caring and wonderful and somehow remember all of the dogs' names.Oh, and there is a branch in NWA. Once you're in their system you can just use any other branch, which we have done for trips up there.

Incredibly friendly, professional and efficient staff. The place is immaculately clean, which is impressive for a dog boarding facility. I called halfway through the week I was gone and got a thorough, personal report on my dog. They even mixed chicken broth and wet food in my dog’s dry food to help her eat more. Most importantly, my pup seemed happy when I picked her up!I will definitely use Hounds Lounge again!!
