Awful location. While we were ordering, the employee taking our order was very rude and had an attitude. When we got our donuts, the chocolate ones had hardly any frosting on them, and we ran in to switch them. The employees gave my dad very rude looks and tried to start arguing with him about why we didn't want them. When we got our frozen coffees, they were not frozen at all either. We won't return.

We do mobile orders more often than we pay for it at store, and it seems like every time we do order, regardless if it’s a mobile or a pay at store, they make our coffees wrong. We pay extra for the extra pumps of flavor, no issue because we know what we want, and they don’t read the stickers so if they put any flavor in it, it’s only the standard amount. I also had a coffee a few days ago, it was burnt, no milk that I had asked for, and no sugar. I couldn’t drink it because of how much it made me sick. They don’t even fill up the cups.

Had the absolute WORST experience at this location on Saturday, 10/28. Both drinks were poorly made, one drink was delivered to us cold, when we asked for it to be remade the employee said that it had almost burnt his hand making it and then accused us of trying to get a free drink. The only reason we frequent this chain is due to the sugar free syrups, and that is no longer a big enough draw for us after the absolutely horrid treatment.

Worst dunkin donuts and I have trust issues with anything that comes out of this location. After waiting 10 minutes for my coffee sitting in the drive thru for just a coffee with cream and sugar. I noticed they were draining what looked like tea by sitting the container on the floor over the floor drain. I finally received my coffee only after asking what was taking so long. Nobody was friendly there and all of them seemed to be busy in the back doing god knows what. Just go to starbucks.

Originally went to the little rock location but i was not satisfied so i made the 20 minute drive to bryant, so my son could get a Halloween themed donut! Im always super impressed with this location the employees are very customer focused. And their donuts are always delicious and look it too!

Not sure what going on here, we just sat in the drive thru for at least 25mins! No way out but to wait ones your in it so just don't do it . I love Dunkin but not to be waiting that long for one drink.Parking: Go in don't go to the drive thru the waits too long

Stopped here for a quick snack break. We had the 10 piece munchkins. The jelly filled ones were absolutely amazing!!! Unfortunately, the service was very slow without explanation from the staff. They did apologize for the wait, but if you're trying to get in and out, a five minute wait is just too long, otherwise 5 stars. Bathroom was clean too.

I ordered a strawberry coolatta, took a sip in the parking lot, tasted it was expired/definitely NOT a coolatta, walked in for an exchange and waited 5 minutes of four employees avoiding eye contact while walking two feet away, back and forth past me. Finally, an employee from the back noticed me and stepped forward to address my problems.Ten minutes later, after eating my sandwich, I get to my donut and find a piece of metal on it (pictured). I am just passing through and not able to go back to this store to show the manager. So this is a warning to NOT VISIT THIS TRASH LOCATION. Thank you.

Went in mid afternoon for a coffee and donut. While waiting to be served, one female in the back was using language that a sailor might blush at -- loudly. Service and food/coffee were fine. Cleanliness - eh... not terrible but it didn't FEEL clean. They were not busy at that time, so tables could have been wiped down and chairs pushed in, etc. Instead, workers sitting in the back sipping on drinks and eating donuts. Oof!

I went in Dunkin for a Iced Vanilla coffee and a coconut donuts before work today. The cashier had a attitude because I didn't want "just a vanilla Iced coffee". I ordered -Medium Vanilla Iced coffee with French vanilla swirl syrup and liquid cane sugar topped with sweet cold foam and a coconut donut. After waiting 15 minutes and him serving the teens that came in 10 minutes after myself and another customer, he finally handed me a mess. Not a drink but a mess. It wasn't stirred and it was doused in Caramel (that I didn't ask for.) I simply said That doesn't look right? He said "Gah I didn't stir it. My bad." Walked away stirred it. Foam all over the lid, Caramel all down the side and the counter is covered in all that's oozing out of this cup. I asked if he can wipe it off? He said What do you want?? I repeated. He said "ugh.." I said if you wont wipe it off can I have a different cup and I'll just dump it in it? He said here here's a cup. And went on his way. I had to wait another 5 minutes for the busy sweet girl working the drive through to come give me a lid and apologize for him. The Coffee was awful and I never got my donut. Very disappointed.The drive through girl is the only reason I'm giving two stars.

This is not a complaint about the food or service. This is a heads up to the owners and managers who only had 2 people working on national donut day. I get it you probably can't find people who want to work. Fire everyone and give raises to the 2 people that did show up today. An A++ to the young man working today. Never saw a more patient person. Dealing with people who stand in line for 10 minutes and then don't know what they want when it's their turn. Clean the whole crew and start over. Hire more older people that want to work. Good luck.

The first Wednesday of every month I call ahead and order a "Box of Joe" for a business meeting I attend ... usually that's accompanied by a purchase of donuts for the group as well.This morning the manager informed me that she was short staffed and couldn't brew a box of coffee, because it took 30 minutes ... I informed her I was calling 30 minutes in advance, which still didn't make a difference. The "I don't care" tone and attitude were what was most frustrating.Not that it matters, since customer service is obviously not their thing, but my meager purchases will go somewhere else from now on.

I hate to write a bad review, because I love Dunkin’, but I’ve had too many bad experiences here. I’ve been to quite a few different locations, and this one is by far the worst. I hate that it’s the one closest to me. I choose Dunkin’ over other coffee companies because of their food choices and prices. I usually go multiple times a week and at different times of day. Most of the employees at this location obviously do not care about the customers. There are a few employees who work very hard when they’re on staff, and they’re seemingly under appreciated. Most of the time the cashier does not repeat your order to you, which I think is important, because multiple times they’ve rang up my drink/food wrong. Do not visit past 2:00 if you want food, because they’re more than likely out of what you want. I think it has potential if they would stop hiring just anyone and only hire those who want to work, and if the managers would train the staff to better handle the rush and how to make good coffee/food.

We went for breakfast today and got a large kolache. My first one tasted weird and the dough wasn't cooked enough (I make bread at home so I know). I asked them to cook mine a little longer, so they made me a new one. The picture is of the second kolache, you can see the raw dough. I gave it three stars because they tried to make it right but Dunken Doughnuts needs to fix their recipe....

Huge turnaround from last time I was here. The Feminine presenting person at the front counter with nose piercings (I only describe them this way because I didn't catch a name)was incredibly friendly. The staff as a whole were incredibly efficient and nailed our order. What ever crew was there today was terrific. They all deserve to be commended, I will definitely come back!

If you are in a rush or have to be at work DO NOT STOP HERE . THE GIRL AT THE front is new . Not enough staff . Line is out the door. It's not the kids fault at all . It's the management. If you are under staffed the owner or manager should be here working.I'm off today so I'll wait but this was like this 2 weeks ago when I drove through here . The management it's not doing there job .
