What a shame Dollar Tree Headquarters does not offer a receipt to allow the immediate review of a store as most retailers do.This store has so much to offer. I need to thank JESSICA for the great customer service she provided me today. She readily assisted me in obtaining an item I needed out of reach, stocked shelves with concern as to the product presentation to the customers, and she readily offered a second cashier, herself, to alleviate the long wait time with only the sole cashier available.Jessica truly deserves to be commended by the store manager for her dedication to perform as an employee above and beyond.

Do not like buggies with pole if got a lot 2 litter got carrier to the car in your arm better with a buggies. Use love going to this store or need have have someone help you carry your stuff .out .

There were no carts, so I took a basket to do my shopping. I think I was carrying too many things, so I accidentally dropped a glass and broke it. When I was going to pay, one of the employees put an extra glass in my purchases and said out loud to the cashier: "she broke this glass." I had to pay for the glass. Something like this had never happened to me. I felt embarrassed. Like a scolded child.

Always fine the coolest stuff here!!! Now they have a frozen food section! I always go for craft type stuff! Lots of cute summer toys for kids out now and plenty of pool noodles!

The Bryant store resources meet the needs of the public. The chose of reading material is very mature, beneficial for daily living. Subjects on diets, cooking and most other subjects can benefit our young ones as well. Great chose of adult books on diet, cooking and other subjects.Resource for children Is great and there is a wide vary. GREAT JOB!I visit the store at least once every week for reading on diets and cooking and other subjects. I am a great cook, not because I say so but because of the public I service, the resources at the Bryant store has been very helpful in my service to other.

The chain needs to take away the sign that says everything is $1. This isnt about the $1.25 ordeal, i can somewhat handle that adjustment. I specifically came from Walmart to the dollartree to pick up some items i have infact bought there multiple times to have only wasted a trip. I reached down to get the paint easel to discover a $5 sticker on it. I was outraged. I very easily could have gotten quality tools from Walmart for a way more reasonable price fit. I glanced around to discover there are now Many items exceeding the now $1.25 advertising price. Outrageous. We do not need another dollar general nor family dollar. Especially not the very poor quality of merchandise.

Messy and disorganized. Not one diet pop to be had. I felt like somebody went rampaging through the store. My cashier was very friendly.

I went into the store Monday night (1-9-23) just before close because I was traveling and forgot my phone charger. They did not have a charger but the young man working offered to give me his. Hats off to this employee

02/24/2018...Me and my husband had the "Worst experience " at the Bryant location last night around 8pm, now granted the store was very organized more then usual but, the CASHIER was so RUDE! We are frequent shoppers here and this has never happened before! When we were checking out it was as if she was forcing herself to be nice, she didn't even greet us as we walked up, even the customer before us was treated blah! She ask me did I find everything I needed and mumbled it! and expected me to understand her! Obviously she was not happy to be at work and it absolutely showed, which is a big NO in customer service! Overall this experience was veryyyy POOR!

Every DT I go in the cashier are touching and wiping their faces before checking out customer. This is so sad every other establishment has gloves and mask on for their worker but nope not The DT like I know it's the DT but safety 1st. I wish they had self check out.....

This is the most cluttered store I have visited as far as boxes in the isle. I saw an employee "stocking" the shelves by just putting things on top instead of bringing the old stuff forward and putting the new at the back. They tend to have the most unfriendly workers. The shelves are usually bare also! It appears that management doesn't take much pride in this store.

Dirty Store one cashier with 12 people in line....unopened boxes of stock everywhere. Dirty store. No customer service. Last time i go here after 5 visits n u cant find what u need. Yuck

The Dollar tree is no longer a $1.00. it is $1.25 with a couple of isles that are $3 & $5. Still easy to run in and out when on a budget.

I really like Dollar Tree and would give it 5 stars but I've been to other dollar stores that have a little bit larger selection but other than that it's always neat organized very clean and of course everything is a dollar so what's to complain about right?

Dollar tree is somewhat addictive because everything is a $1 or less. Why not get it? But seriously, they have 4oz of salmon, a snack mix w/ almonds, banana chips, cashews, blueberries and cranberries, a 6 pk of hash browns that rival McDonald's... I could go on

Still good quality products for the most part but wayyy cheaper than the retailers seeing more and more name brands.Great place for cleaning products, seasonal items, batteries, tape.....Beware of tools...

This Dollar Tree doesn't have as many products as other Dollar Tree's I've been too. It has the regular things I but like cotton pads, carpet powder... It's not streamlined and has a lot of empty space.

They seem to aways be clean and they got cheep stuff so that makes it better. I get some of my favorite brefets there! The staff is nice!

This is one of those. "Get what You pay for!" type of stores that might have a lot of neat little things one week and nothing but junk the next week. But overall I can always find something 2 purchase, not matter when I go 2 shop there.
