I was shopping, and the lady at the counter treated my husband, and I like we were criminals. Following us and giving us just the worst looks. One point I thought she was basically going to tackle my husband. I'm not sure if it's because we have tattoos or if she's just a mean sad lady, but I would go to one of the many other locations.

This store right off Hwy 5 on Springhill is by far the best I’ve been in. Staff are always friendly, treats you like they have known you for years,store is always clean and well stocked. Tracy runs a fabulous store and could teach others how to clean up their act.

Went to 4 dollar General yesterday. All was great except big one at the end of Edison. Only cashier's wearing mask. Not floor employees, most customers not. Had to leave with me 8 yr old grandgirl. Y post a sign on Windows. Very miss leading. If store staff not going to follow.

The store had what I went to purchase and it was at a reasonable price. There was too much merchandise in the store which made it cluttered and impossible to keep tidy or clean. There was only 1 employee there and in such a high traffic location, the line waiting to check out was too long. It took about 25 minutes to checkout. If you're planning on a quick in and out thing, think about your options.

Very clean, friendly staff, dedicated staff even when freezer, A/C, and registers don’t work, they always provide excellent customer service- Mr. Tracy practically lives there, deserves a raise and paid vacation.

Like the other 300 Dollar Generals within 5 miles of my house, they need someone to come around and put things on the shelves instead of having boxes and roller carts sitting around all over the store. Other than that, it's great if you don't want to go to Wal Mart or Target to get a few quick items.

I am not sure of the cashier's name but he is absolutely the sweetest Man he always make sure to greet you and he is very funny I absolutely love his personality and his love for life he has the best stories he definitely should get a raise if he hasn't already he surely deserves always smiling and never seems to have a bad day I love to come here

I love this store. It is convenient because it is not far from home. I can usually find what I am looking for without having to go to the grocery store or anywhere else for what I need. The employees are very friendly and helpful when you need help finding something.

Good deals and great everyday prices. Dollar General is very conscious about Covid-19. All staff wear face masks. The check out areas have plexiglas barriers to separate staff from customers. We appreciate that.

My wife said she had great service & selection that day.Sunday, though, one worker encourage d her to use the new shopping app & kiosk. You get 10% off when you use it. We think that might be just for the 1st time, not sure. She was very nice & helpful in explaining what she knew about the app & kiosk.However, @ the time to make a purchase, the app said it couldn't be done that day as it wasn't working properly @ the store. The lady had stated it was working the day before, before we decided to try it.The lady had left, so we spoke w the other lady who was close by. She was the manager. We attempted to be kind, though she seemed to be not in the best mood.She stated that she could help, but then on understanding what the prob was, said that was on the company. She couldn't help w that part of it.When I suggested a sign for oths till they knew what was up, she said, "welll, it was working yesterday." I said, yes, the other lady said that, but as you saw on the message from the app, it's not today & a sign could save someone from wasting 45 mins trying to get it to work. That had included signing up for the app, & finding the right one as the 1st lady didn't know what app either, though she thought she did.Everyone has been great there, except that manager. She didn't even try to suggest telling the co, nothing, just that's their job. But, when I 1st asked if she could help us w it, she said, w an attitude, "I'm the manager." Well, ok, then act like it & take care of your store.I usually don't post negative stuff, but this lady was something else. This was Sun Oct 28, about 1 or so.Like the store, like the other workers we've met though.

This complaint is not against the store I visited,but to Dollar general corporate. Two times this week,I went to 2 different DG Stores. I purchased 2 bottles of Snuggle fabric softener. 60 uses 48 to 50 oz.. Advertized as a Digital coupon item regular price 2 for 8.00 with 4.00 coupon the price should have been $2.00 each. Well both stores rang up full price. The first stores reaction when I called it to the checkers attention was I'm sorry but I can't change the price. I insisted the price was not as advertised. The 2nd checker at another register said to me, "Well there is another DG store down the road". I won't go into details about the rest of the conversation. I was not pleased with his attitude. The 1st checker followed me outside an apologized to me. She said that it would be reported to manager. I returned the next day. Manager was not in store. The cashier said the assistant district manager was in the back. He went and spoke with him,on his return the cashier, told me that the. Asst. D M was unable to correct the situation. He said I could buy something for 4.00 at no charge. The 2nd store visit was today. Purchased 2 of the same products. Same thing items rang up full price. The manager came up and verified that I was accurate in my story. He manually overrode the prices and entered sale price. If time allows I'll visit the 3rd Bryant Ar. store. I expect the same results. DOLLAR GENERAL you are guilty of false advertising. This is not my first experience with the practice of your false advertising. This is the last time,I will experience it!! I will also share the on Facebook, if the situation is not corrected.

Goid place to get discount goods. There is only 1 entrance/exit, be careful when turning left in traffic and check both ways before pulling out and always park in view of a camera as there has been some crime across the street in a spot were there are no cameras

DG is a great place for quick pick ups of commonly necessary items. If you just need a couple of things, but don't want to deal with the crowds of Wal-Mart, DG is a fantastic alternative.

One of the most run down, nasty, stores I have ever shopped in. They never have all their products unpacked and ready 4 sell. Always tripping over unopened boxes in this particular store or unable 2 take a cart down many (most) of the isles. 80% of the Worker's &/or (especially) the "managers or so called, "key holder's" are never polite. Almost acting as if the customer is bothering them by being in their store. Have waited in line for over 20 minutes b4 because the cashier would be new and not sure how 2 do something and the line continues 2 get longer,and the manager refuses 2 cone out of the office 2 "help" the cashier or even open up another cash register 2 help the line go down. It's down right dirty in this store. Also, EVERY SINGLE "SALE" THEY HAVE YOU HAVE 2 PAY VERY CLOSE ATTENTION. FOR EXAMPLE: THEY WILL PUT ALL THEIR COKE PRODUCTS UP FRONT WITH A SIGN THAT TELLS ABOUT THE SALE. THEN WHEN U GO 2 CHECK OUT, IT WILL RING UP REGULAR PRICE AND WHEN U SAY SINETHING ABOUT IT, THEY WILL SAY, "OH THE COKES AREN'T INCLUDED IN THAT SALE ONLY THE DR. PEPPER AND THE WHATEVER ELSE IS UP THERE. THEN WHY THE HECK ARE THE COKES EVEN UP THERE? THEY DO THAT WITH ALL KINDS OF ITEMS. PUT 2 OR 3 ITEMS ON AN END CAP THEN ADVERTISE ON SALE BUT IN SMALL PRINT (IF AT ALL) THEY WILL EXCLUDE ONE OR 2 ITEMS THEY HAVE MOVED INTO THAT SAME AREA. IF UR NOT SUPER CAREFUL U WILL GET OVERCHARGED EVERY SINGLE TIME. AT LEAST IN THIS PARTICULAR STORE. I HATE HAVING 2 EVEN GO IN THERE. ONLY REASON I DO NOW IS IF IT'S SOMETHING SMALL AND IT'S CONVENIENT BECAUSE IT'S CLOSEST 2 MY HOME. BUT, IF THERE WAS ANOTHER STORE THAT CLOSE, I WOULDN'T EVER SHOP THERE. THANKS.
