Well I have transferred my prescriptions to CVS. I had positive inclination of switching. Initially, things didn’t go well. Many things were not consistent with what the staff were saying. Previously, I gave them a 3 star rating. As you can see, I increased it to4 stars. Once I am notified my controlled medication has been filled and they handle my prior authorization correctly, then I’ll revisit this review!

This pharmacy has awful customer service! They never know what is going with prescriptions and evertime you call (if they answer the phone) they tell you something different! This prescription was called in before noon and at 530 it still was not ready and I had to wait in line again! This happens everytime we get prescriptions field! If my insurance didnt require us to use CVS we would change pharmacies! The employees have no idea whats going on and have hung up on me because I was upset with their service!

I just waited in the drive thru for an hour! An HOUR! Ridiculous. The line was at a stand still for 95% of that timeThe person at the window didn't tell me anything about the cost either, I don't like guessing if i owe money or if im good to leaveand I think the person at the window laughed at me 😡 for having to open my car door to get my meds (window motor is going out).

They always have my medication refills, most of them refill themselves when I need them to, and they contact my doctor for me when I run out of refills. They do most of this without any actual communication on my part. I'm not a "people person" so I'm very happy that their app, auto refill, and drive-thru are all on point. I couldn't ask for a better pharmacy.

Not enough employees to help. Management needs to figure it out. Workers are in a bad mood most days. Takes for ever to get meds from pharmacy. May want to go to Bryant Family Pharmacy or Walgreens.

I’d give this place less than one star if I could! You won’t find fast service and often not even same day prescription pick up at this CVS pharmacy. They fail to fill prescriptions on auto fill.

Don't go here. Pharmacist is extremely rude and wanted to argue about my brand specific prescription that the doctor sent in.

Just use the CVS Pharmacy for the first time and the Pharmacists and pharmacy techs for very nice and efficient. I will definitely switch over from Walgreens to CVS..

Only giving a 2 star because i like the photo section, the prices are horrific, at least on items in the store, pharmacy I have only used once with insurance. Lack of customer service.
