Great store. I always go over there and they are ready to help in anyway, from the front to the back the employees there great. If you called on the phone, pharmacy, photos, whatever it is, they are always ready to help with a smile on their face. Great customer service.

Twice I’ve left without prescriptions. They are understaffed and unable to keep up with capacity. Poor customer service. After my mom’s knee replacement, we went to pick-up RXs. We were told it’d be a week to 10 days because they’d reached their monthly DEA limit.Tonight I was told they’d fill my antibiotics tomorrow after I’d waited in line 30 minutes. (I was in the drive-through, so as not to expose anyone.) I said I didn’t mind continuing to wait. They said they would not fill them until tomorrow.

Worst of the worst! There are plenty of other pharmacies out there. I highly suggest using one of those if you want scripts in a timely manner and without dealing with highly incompetent staff, as well as, the rudest most confrontational pharmacist you will ever encounter. I unfortunately had to switch so I came here. I’ve only had two different times I needed prescriptions filled and both times were awful! I will not be going back here ever again and I know they don’t care but figured I warn others in hopes of saving them the trouble. I wish I had read the reviews myself before coming here. I promise you the reviews are legit and the pharmacist is just awful. They will not own up to their mistakes and just pass the blame off on someone else. Never an apology given or any concern at all. I’ve never been spoken to so horribly by anyone in my life and right there in the public without a care in the world as to who was around or listening….extremely upsetting and so rude.

This particular pharmacy has the most rude pharmacy staff and is the slowest pharmacy I’ve ever had to deal with. I was told it would take 48 hours to fill a prescription. The staff was very rude and non-caring. Usually people need a new prescription quickly, but they do not care. It’s not as though I waited until the last minute for a refill. It’s a prescription my doctor wanted me to take immediately . I always loved CVS in the other towns I’ve lived but I’ll be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

This has to be the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. The pharmacist on duty was extremely incompetent, and very rude. Because of their mistake, I was unable to get the medicine I needed today. I was told they couldn't fix their mistake and to call the CVS help line and see if they could fix it. She never once apologized or showed any empathy at all, she just walked away while I stood there in tears. I did go to my car and called the number and I will say the person I talked to was very polite and apologized, but she too was unable to fix their mess. So now I must wait until tomorrow to even start the medicine I need. Please, if you desperately need medicine, DO NOT go to this location! It honestly frustrates me that I have to even give the one star to be able to post this.

I went into this store just to use the ATM. (I'm a Chime customer, so this is like going to my bank's ATM. No fee 😀) As I walked in the store, my daughter got my attention to show me a razor blade laying out on a shelf that my 3 year old son could easily access. When I brought this to the attention of the person I was told was the assistant manager, she informed me that parents were responsible for their children while in the store. I don't typically shop with CVS often, but they'll never get another penny from me or any member of my family again!

My husband came in for a shingles and flu vaccine. We have both Federal BCBS & United Healthcare insurance as a secondary. After a 30 min wait he was told our insurance did not cover vaccines and the charges would be $240 for shingles and $50 for flu. After explaining that our insurance pays 100% for vaccines we were told by the pharmacy it was not and this was the charge. This is highway robbery and price gauging at its best!!!! Your pharmacy clerk then stated to us as we complained that this was not correct “go ahead and try to call corporate, we don’t have one”! The most unprofessional pharmacy and they are crooked!!!! Never use this pharmacy!!!! I’ll move our family and I’ll pass on to everyone I know to never purchase from them again!!! It may not matter but I’ll spend my money elsewhere!!!

Young man in pharmacy named Kofi, treated me with such care and respect. I called the pharmacy in pain and in a bad mood. He was so understanding, gentle courteous. He brought tears to my eyes with his warmth and comfort. CVS whatever you do, keep him and pay him well 🤗

The Pharmacy Team is ALWAYS helpful and friendly. They have clarified and corrected confusion when I changed insurance, transferred prescriptions, had app issues, and explained the notification process. They are very friendly and patient both at the drive thru and the counter.

We have been forced by our insurance company to get our scripts @ CVS pharmacy in Bryant and since we transferred them, we have had nothing but problems and they very obviously do not care if you run out of anything...they stated they are 3 days behind on filling scripts and we would just have to wait! I am diabetic and need my meds in a timely manner, like so many, many other people do. I would love to have a great experience dealing with them, but it did not start out good.

Experience use to be good. Over past year has turned horrible. My mother is older and has many health issues. I usually go get her medications or take her to get her meds. Continuously this place has told my mother on the phone that her meds would be ready the next day only for me to get there and them say they are not ready yet. Even after being told the day before they would be ready. Seems to be a trend as 2 elderly gentlemen in front of me were told the exact same thing. Same excuse given every time the empty BS apology and "we are so backed up". If you are selling so good and have been backed up for a year then maybe hire more people to handle the workload. Horrible pharmacy. I highly recommend finding another pharmacy in the area. I have recommended to my mother to find another.

I don't know what has happened with this particular store, but I plan on switching. I have used them for years and always had great service. The past few months, it is taking days to fill my monthly prescription and you can rarely reach them by phone. I have spent all afternoon trying to get thru to let them know I need my prescription today because I know when we show up to pick them up, they're going to tell us they still aren't ready and to come back. I have made several attempts to reach them, only to be placed on hold for over 13 mins each time I called. I have finally given up. I do not recommend.

I got the notification that my order had been filled, I was 15 minutes from the store. I showed up at 4:35 on a Sunday afternoon sign says Pharmacy closes at 6:00 and I thought sweet plenty of time as I had waited most of the day to get the notification to pick up. I walk back they are closed; I ask the store manager on duty, and they said they did not know why they are closed that they just left and didn't tell anyone.These people are not selling bananas on the street corner, they have peoples medicine that they are waiting on! They shouldn't be able to go and come as they please, I can't do that on my job and it not near as important as theirs. Come on people!! Needless to say, I will be moving my business elsewhere because this isn't the first problem I have had with this Pharmacy, and you should too.

The black pharmacist at this pharmacy is very racist And very disrespectful to customer he always act like he the owner of this cvs he always have issues with prescription he always very unhappy with his job prescription never ready this cvs in one pharmacy like the others CVs with terrible customer service and prescription never ready on time Caremark should do something about it is disappointed that we have come to deal with a black male at this CVs with attitude and never do his job correctly hope Caremark do something with this men soon

Unbelievably slow. My elderly father is in extreme pain and needs the pain medicine that was prescribed by the hospital yesterday. I've been told the prescription would be ready in 1 hour 5 different times now....called at 8am they say it will be ready I'm an hour,, tried to get the prescription at 9am, it will be ready in an hour, 10am, nope it will be about an hour, 11am nope still not ready try back in an hour, noon still not ready, and still want me to try again in another hour. I dont care if you're understaffed I'm sitting here watching my father suffer because it apparently takes 5 hours to put 10 pills in a bottle and slap a label on it. Totally done with CVS! Never again!

I’ve been trying to call this store for 2 days. Now on hold 30 min. Less than helpful pharmacy staff when there in person. Numerous times I’ve been told meds are ready by the texting system only to get there and find out they were not. I wish there was another CVS closer or that I didn’t have insurance that required me to use CVS at all. If you don’t want to help people, find another job.

Had my meds transferred to this pharmacy and I still had 2 refills on my bottle and the other pharmacy I was at transferred them to the pharmacy but they told me that they can transfer control but the Sam day my husband transferred his control and they let him this pharmacy always make you fill like you are not allowed to pick up medication because they before not like to e we work and I will be going back to my old pharmacy and hopefully we can get cvs to close there doors since they do not want customers.

Prescriptions are never filled on time. I just tried to pick one up that I was told would be ready 2 days ago and they told me they are 4 days behind and that I still couldn’t have the prescription. Extremely rude and unprofessional staff as well. This is not the first time I have had this experience. Their excuse is always because of covid. Don’t waste your time by trying to use this pharmacy.

I only gave them one star because you can’t leave negative stars. Worst pharmacy I’ve ever used. Customer service is terrible, no one cares about you and they certainly don’t care if they do their job well. Oh and expect to wait more than 30-40 mins in the drive-through, even if there is only 2 cars in line.

This place is a joke. They have no desire to provide care for patients. I just moved to the area. Rarely had problems with ou cvs at home. I have a 2nd degree burn on my arm and said I can't get my medications until the next day. 5 hours before close. This cvs just needs to be shut down!

Used the to be the best pharmacy around, now everything is always on back order, can’t ever get things when you need them, and when you finally get to get your stuff you have to wait 30-45 mins in line! We have officially switched everything to a new pharmacy.

I’ve had my prescriptions filled here since I moved here 3 years ago but now I’ll be going somewhere else. Unhelpful, uncaring, rude people who are unhappy w their jobs. My poor husband went to pick up a prescription for me and was appalled by the lack of customer service. This is after a few weeks ago learning they cancelled my remaining refills of one of my meds (and said I told them to.) Very disappointed.

The pharmacy women/ men although mostly women are great! They go above and beyond to save me money when paying for my prescriptions. Im not feeling very well today, asked the pharmacist couple questions and without a second thought she was very open to talking me through it. Thanks

HORRIBLE, RUDE EMPLOYEES, LONG WAIT TIMES. Just do yourself a favor a find another pharmacy. It's not worth your time to try and use this one. The drive thru is ALWAYS backed up, the employees are always just "SO BUSY" and RUDE.

This store has no customer service skills whatsoever. They don't answer the phones in a timely manner. I'm writing this review on hold for 40 minutes this time and 30 minutes yesterday. Last month they left me on hold untill the system hung up on me! Just trying to get my monthly meds. Rediculous!!!!
