Brookland finally got a full, grocery store with produce, meat, deli, bakery, and packaged goods sections. I was surprised that they had fresh sushi and look forward to trying that eventually. They also have a fueling station as well. I find that the prices are slightly higher than the competition but it is still convenient having the store just up the road. Nice addition to Brookland and look forward to visiting in the future.

1 star because zero stars is not an option. Went in for a few things today, thankfully I only needed a FEW things, because several shelves were not stocked. Also I got a few tomatoes (2.79 per pound) the cashier tried charging me $3 per tomato, I told her that was not right, I even took a picture of the price to show her, but she said the prices often are not correct in the register so that's what she has to charge. Got the manager who also did nothing to fix the issue. He apologized, but no effort to correct the problem. Best to find another store where they actually correct the price in their system.Update: Someone asked me to reach out via messenger, which I did, but can't find a corporate office to message, so I messaged Brookland store, no response so far.Update: received a call from Justin, another manager, he was very polite and helpful. Sounds like he is trying to resolve the situation. May give them another try after all!Update: Justin, the manager I spoke with left me a gift card, as well as reimbursing the amount I was overcharged. Thank you for addressing this situation Justin!

I love having this Harps so close to me! The bakery and produce are AMAZING! The employees seem friendly. It looks like the meat might be good too, but I've not checked it out in depth. So far the only thing that I would like more of is fancy cheeses, and I couldn't find any dried Chickpeas/Garbanzos beans, plenty of canned, but I prefer dried to make my homemade hummus. Aside from that, this store keeps me from running all the way into town for random needed items. I'm VERY happy to have it.

i love that brookland now has a true grocery store! i just moved here a little more than 6 months ago and i can already tell that this store will be so helpful with random needs. staff is so kind and welcoming, this store has earned my respect and i am so glad it’s finally open!

Stopped by this new location today to grab a quick lunch. This store is very nice. They have all the groceries as you would expect, but they also have hot meals and sushi. Of course, what’s a Harps without their bakery section for cakes and other sweets. So much many choices. The City of Brookland needed this place and I’m sure it will get a lot of use.

I'm visiting from out of town. Came into this location because it was close to my friends home. Everyone that I came into contact with that works at this location were so friendly and welcoming. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Caston. Let me say he kept me smiling from ear to ear and made me feel like I was at my own neighborhood market. Caston is very knowledgeable, outgoing, friendly, welcoming and inviting. He answered all my questions and if he wasn't sure he went and found out the answer. Madison at the express pick up was equally as pleasant and welcoming. Her smile warmed my heart and her gentle energy made me feel like I was a special customer.The store is beautiful. The variety and selection on the shelves were great. I found everything I needed and some things I can no longer find back in California so of course I had to grab them to take home. If this is your neighborhood market make sure to stop by and check out the store and be made to feel like family by the employees.Thank you Cason, Madison and anyone else who helped me, but I did not catch your name, for making me feel at home and like family.

New Store for Brookland township.Busy intersection nearby commonly causing accidents. Now another added accident place.There are 5 taxes to pay before you even buy any item of Food.Food tax, beverage tax, Brookland 7 % town tax, Arkansas tax, and County Tax, plus employee ownership/partnership fees, plus debit card transaction fee is placed on shopper...Spend 69 cents of every dollar and the rest is taxes.Convenience is it?Don't like the High numerous Taxes laid upon shopper.Jonesboro shopping is still better even less taxes. Sheesh.Nice new store all in all. Plus gas, taxes..

Super clean, super friendly. Some of the prices are higher than normal, some are lower. It evens out in my opinion. Considering it is the only grocery store in town..options are limited cost wise but you save on gas to travel elsewhere.Overall nice experience.

TL;DR: It's a typical grocery store with a well thought out layout.Harps is pretty much legendary for their baked goods. I've heard about family members traveling to buy cakes at one growing up. That said, the baked goods we saw on a brief visit looked delicious and I can only hope they live up to the hype.Beyond the basics, much of the store just feels right. The aisle leading to the restroom is also the aisle filled with stomach medicine (Pepto Bismol, Miralax, etc). And the peanut butter and are side by side with various brands laid out.They also carry some nice craft sodas like Soux City Root Beer, Sassafras, and Birch Beer.

This store will not make it. I don’t have any faith in the store it’s completely overpriced. You might as well go down the street to bills cost plus or Walmart market the other direction they’re just fleece the the residence of Brookland , overpriced do not shop here. You’ll regret it. I bought all the same items I bought at Walmart market they usually cost me $ 55 The harps grocery in Brooklyn cost me $78. What a rip will not coming back here. specially, for the people that’s on a budget that don’t make good money. Don’t shop here. Can continue shopping elsewhere..

Employees don’t know where stuff is I’ll tell you it’s on one aisle. It’s not there and then look at you like you’re stupid. When you ask them where it could be because you can’t find it. And they don’t offer to show you then go up to the checkout and the cashier starts ringing you up for cucumbers, when you got zucchinis, then she brings up organic zucchinis when they’re not organic.

Nice to have an alternative to the usual grocery store, but the prices are 30-50 percent higher here. No bargains here, but did find some meats on sale.
