No towels , wash rags or hand towels in room. Person kept slamming door up until 12:30am. They were in and out of vehicle hitting the alarm on vehicle each time 3-5 times honking the horn. It was very bad to sleep ! Bed hard with flat pillowsNoteworthy details: There was dried up coffee pod in coffee pot

If you want to stay in a nightmare, feel free to visit Brinkley AR.The woman who checked us in was very nice, courteous and helpful. She allowed us to choose between rooms because due to my inattention, I didn't realize this Hotel had Smoking rooms, as most facilities on Choice hotels are Non-Smoking all around. That being said, the room smell may have not bothered smokers, but almost killed me. She was nice enough to let us try 3 rooms and pick the least "offensive" smelling room, and even it was not good. Luckily we had Febreeze and were able to spray it down. Then there was the Flies. There were at least 20 flies in the room that we killed in just the first hour.We begrudgingly stayed here because every options I called within a 30-40 min drive was full. While this was bad, it was actually the highlight of our visit in Brinkley. The local fast food locations were all staffed by people who clearly didn't want to do their job (taco bell/KFC, the pizza place across the street). When we got Wendy's, it wasn't cooked fully. So to the young lady who checked us in, thank you for your courtesy. you are why there is 4* for service.

The rooms are over priced because of the gas station. I found another Econo lodge $300 cheaper every week and the building is newer than this building. They have some maintenance issues. Upon arrival I found alot of hair in the room, trash behind the night stand. Housekeepers need to pay attention to details and wear suitable clothing on a job. I never seen anyone wear daisy dukes to work.Walkability: Two gas stations and a Wendy's in walking distance.

Nice clean quite motel. Not a lot of amenities just a nice simple old school motor court style motel. Very friendly staff, excellent priced room rates. I’ll definitely stay here again.

First off, it's EXTREMELY RARE that I give/post anything but a great review but this is one of those cases & people NEED to know!!!I chose this hotel over other because it SUPPOSEDLY had free breakfast & EconoLodge is USUALLY nice, clean & fairly priced. The young black lady that checked me in was VERY nice & my check in was fast & easy! When I opened the door my room looked good, clean & smelled nice. All of which made me think my stay would be a comfortable & pleasant one.Unfortunately, once I got in there I realized the truth. There was long black hair was in the sink & tub.The toilet seat was up, stained & broken.Light switches were NASTY!Two of the drawers would only open about an inch. One drawer had no back & sloped down so everything slid out the back. The remaining drawers were dirty with a LOT of food crumbs & dirt. The mini fridge had a half empty bottle of water in it.The couch had so much food under the cushions (on top of the fold out bed) that I'm TRULY surprised the room doesn't sink! The blanket & comforter were SOO thin it was like just having 3 sheets. To top all that off, when I woke up in the morning & went to the office to get breakfast I was told there was none. The desk clerk was very rude & dismissive! She acted irritated & was bothering her by asking about the advertised breakfast. She stated that there had been a fire the previous week. There may have been but there was absolutely NO evidence of one. You'd THINK they'd let you know at check in that there wouldn't be breakfastat!!! Or at LEAST offer either prepackaged pastries, bagels, donuts, fruit, etc (all of which they do NORMALLY)or some sort of discount!!If there was a fire, it caused absolutely NO visual damage but may have prevented access to electricity &/or water.I even asked the clerk if they maybe had any of those NORMAL items. Her response to me was too roll her eyes, suck her teeth, turn away from me & say "No".Here's something to think about that I found extremely puzzling & just can't seem to figure it out.How is it that last week's fire didn't prevent fresh coffee from being available where the breakfast is set up yesterday when I checked in?Yet for some strange reason it did this morning?I'm not an electrician but something just doesn't seem right here!!It's only my opinion but I feel the only reason there was no breakfast or coffee is because this clerk is lazy & just didn't want to setup & stock it or deal with people coming in the office!!!

Exactly what it looks like. No frills, older motel complete with old motel smell.Front desk lady was pleasant and made check-in easy. The room is clean, though it did have a slight must to it, as you could except from an old roadside motel. Water pressure is fine.Woke up to ants trying to get into our snacks. That wasn’t fun, but not the biggest issue. We were up pretty early (6AM, departing the hotel at 6:40AM) and looking forward to the continental breakfast, but the office was locked and nothing was set up.My hotel mates were less thrilled about the accommodations, but all we needed was a place to lay our heads for the night and that’s what we got.

Poor service with no breakfast served, nor price deduction due to that.Rooms are Ok, however, bathrooms do need some attention and repairs. Lack of cleaning supplies - no body lotion, nor hair conditioner. The sink and vanity are shouting for help.

The room was clean and the staff was very friendly. We came in with a trailer and they went out of their way so we could easily park it.If you need a clean budget motel, this is the place.

The room was really clean and the bed was super comfortable. The pillows weren't great, but we travel with our own anyhow.Be warned though: There is *no* breakfast or coffee of any kind as of May 2022 due (supposedly) to Covid. We have been traveling throughout the country all year and this is the only hotel that isn't offering any kind of food or coffee in the morning. It's clear it's not "due to Covid" but merely a way to save money.

Upon arrival, we checked in. Lady at desk was friendly and polite. We checked out our room. I give it 4 out of 5 for clean. The decor looked a bit dated but met our needs. Everything in the room functioned as it should. Except for a train in the distance, the room was quiet. One nice feature of the hotel is you can back your vehicle up close to the door of your room to unload it. Breakfast was sufficient. Donuts, bagels, muffins, cereal, etc. There was orange juice, milk and coffee to drink. Nothing fancy but held us until our stop at lunchtime. I would stay here again.

Rooms were available at whatever late night time we stopped..Room could have had a better vacuum job.Heat/AC unit was blowing into the curtains continually, and had to block the curtain on the sill to keep them from waving constantly. Was reasonably quiet. No continental breakfast available.

Extremely rude owner. We came to visit from New York and obviously have a couple family visits, but he called and yelled at us to kick out our guests who got there not even 5 minutes ago. On top of that we asked for a refund for our next night and he refused to give it, and there is not a no refund policy. If I could give this hotel a 0/5 stars I would. Do not go here.

Econo Lodge & Suites in Brinkley Arkansas is Absolutely Wonderful! They Have The Cleanest Rooms without a Doubt! Better than even some Finer Hotels I've stayed in!When I Have To Travel, especially these days with everything going on, I without a doubt care about a clean room, a tidy room, it's not about anything else because all I'm doing is sleeping there when I'm traveling. Wonderful people in the office wonderful managers and owners and I can't thank them enough for giving me such hospitable service, friendly service, concern. I've stayed there several times and I will stay there again without a doubt I highly recommend this Econo Lodge in Brinkley Arkansas they are the bombSincerely,Mrs Donald E. Dell

After going in the room I started coughing because someone had smoked in the room. I asked her if this was a non smoking room she said yes . She came in said it’s fine I told here I have COPD and asthma and can’t stop coughing. Another person walking by told the office lady his room also was smoked in she did seem to care so I am now to tired to find another place so I am sleeping in my car due to the smoking and I can’t breathe. The office lady said she was going to check on a different room for us and I waited and nothing she did not care. Don’t stay here it’s horrible

The room was clean, this was the only positive. But the flooring was installed wrong so there were lots of gaps. The ceiling had long areas where the drywall tap was coming off. Bathroom tiled floor was also cracked, and low water pressure in the shower. The plug sockets are unsafe, they will not hold a plug securely. The bath tub had cigarette burns on it., the blanket had cigarette burns, and this was a non-smoking room. Wifi said it was on, but said there was no internet access. Upon making the reservation, the website said they were serving continental breakfast again, but then had a sign on the door saying they weren't. The staff upon checking in was not very welcoming, she made it seem like it was an annoyance that someone was checking in. Would I stay here again? Not by choice, and it has made me think I would not choose an EconoLodge again.
