I've only been to this store once and hopefully it will be the only time. The issue is the employees. Not a single time during my experience did an associate say even a howdy do. Maybe I just have a high standard but it's kind of unwelcoming to have all the employees clearly avoid communicating unless they HAVE to. During one part of my shopping experience here, I was looking at some items with a low price and was visibly excited about it to which an associate who was near by, Heath, said something about me to his colleagues surrounding him. One of which being Patrick, the manager on duty. That is just down right rude and very unprofessional to be quite honest. That sole thing alone is what will make me choose other shopping options over this store. It's embarrassing for walmart, but its also embarrassing for me as I'm just trying to enjoy a comfortable time shopping. The only redeeming part of my experience was my interaction and transaction with the cashier, Tama. She was very friendly, easy to talk with, and got my transaction done quickly and efficiently. I wish her good luck beyond working at this sad excuse for a super center.

This place is OK for your everyday items . But always out or just don't carry Specialty items. corn husks, Murin, short grain rice or even med grain rice are almost never on the shelf. Also this pic. 4 chicken thighs. Bone in and skin on , $9.01 <--- seriously?? I bet that got old and went in the dumpster out back!

Its ok but they really need to have more checkers up front. I know that they have self checkouts but there were lines of customers waiting for a register to open up and they only had 3 checkers open with lines just as long as the self checkouts. I would like to know where the breakroom is because if I am having work to check myself out then I need a paid break and paid for checking!!!

Had a grocery order pick up. the employee that brought it to the vehicle was professional,and concise. really enjoy picking up from this location. no muss no fuss place! love love love

The cashier that waited on us was real friendly. There are some employees that are not that friendly, they act like if they had to smile it would break their face, or they swallowed a bag lemons.

I love my Walmart. It's not as big as those in bigger towns, but that's one of the reasons I like it so much. Less crowded and friendlier than the big ones.

Not enough cashiers and too many self checkouts. Time is money, at least in this world. These places want to save by hiring fewer checkers, so why don't they discount people who use the self checkout since they did everything themselves??? They also need to step it up on their product quality and shed the WalMart fall apart saying that's stuck ever since I can remember. Also, the SUPERCENTER in BOONEVILLE, AR has something nefarious going on. It was supposed to supply gas within 2 years of opening and here we are several years past that. I think Walmart took a lot of money to not put up Murphy gas because of Littlefield Inc. They control gas in Booneville and all around other states too, but make gas higher for their own hometown citizens, which I think is very greedy, unfair, and just not right at all. I hope someone reviews this with the power to look into that situation and help fix it because it's like a monopoly going on. They wouldn't sell any gas hardly if Walmart had it and every other Supercenter does, so why don't STORE #13 here have it when every other one I've seen does!

How do you rate a trip to Walmart? Every trip is different. I only have two problems at Walmart. One, trying to find a Walmart associate in a department. Two. Folks who can clog up an aisle and act indignant when you try to get through.

The staff was very scarce, yet friendly once you could get the help you needed. They were attentive to my handicap needs. The restrooms aren't very clean and not properly setup for someone in a wheelchair, and definitely not properly equipped for someone in a power wheelchair.

Standard Walmart experience. You’ll find pretty much everything you need, but if you are looking for a larger variety of specialized items your best bet would be Ft. Smith or Russellville. Still, it was a pleasant experience.

Would never work for this Walmart again. After hearing everything people say and experiencing it this place is terrible. Not only that this Walmart doesn’t really have much of anything. Nothing special.

We have no other options local to shop for groceries.I absolutely hate self check out and they have several registers unoccupied with employees! I always have to wait in line with people infront of and behind me with loaded carts takes forever but the cashiers are mostly nice and polite.Bathrooms are always dirty.

I went through the self check line and I overheard the attendant talking to some of the customers. She was very sweet and helpful to everyone and just had an overall great attitude. It made me feel good just listening to her talk to each individual with such kindness. Thank you for being so kind to everyone.

Visited several times on multiple occasions while visiting family both in January and recently. Nice clean store and well stocked. Having worked for the company prior, I know each store has its own unique challenges so I appreciated the consistency each visit. Keep it up!

Gotta say i am sick and tired of walmarts checkout situation. They try to force you to use the self checkout by only having 2checkers working at any time. Half the self checkouts don't work and they have 5 or 6 employees watching you closely. If I've got to do their job then i want a 10% discount. Sheesh! They run the competition out of business and as soon as they have the grocery monopoly they give the customer the business.....if you know what i mean.

I never have any issues at this Walmart. It's always well stocked, well organized, plenty of registers are open. The staff is always kind and helpful, and they always have cool stuff for fundraisers! :) I am excited to see how the new remodel will be.My favorite thing is the clearance selections, but yall don't go taking all my clearance stuff! 😌

Dan Fox is a awesome guy he is not only friendly and polite. When he sees someone coming that needs a riding cart he gets it and takes it outside to them. I have not seen another employee do this. He goes above and beyond and should be commended for it.

Not a big fan of a business that deals with China. Self scan checkout is like a speed trap. Make a mistake and they'll Prosecute you for theft. I never do self scan/check out, EVER!
