The Busy Bean. First of all the name is absolutely genius. But by any name it is the best service I am always greeted with a genuine smile. I have tried almost everything on the menu and would highly recommend anything from the menu. I usually opt for the vanilla shake add caramel and espresso. A word on the service though. I was pulling out of the parking lot and dumped the three large shakes I had just purchased for some friends and myself, all over my front seat. When I drove back around to buy more they said no they would just make me more and didn’t charge me. I would never go anywhere else after that!Dietary restrictions: Sugar free optionsWheelchair accessibility: You can drive thru two lanes. And they are fast.

Busy Bean has been an amazing addition to the Trumann area. It has been so nice having somewhere to get my caffeine fix! The staff is amazing, Sam, Kori, & Leah are seriously THE BEST! I love a blended honey bee and a blended melonberry ultra zero monster with sweet cream!! I'd be seriously lost on the daily without my busy bean fix!Kid-friendliness: My girls absolutely LOVE the Frozen Hot Chocolate!!!

I'm only late to work because I procrastinate, not because I'm waiting in line for my coffee🤣. The workers a so sweet and are always fast. I also have an allergy to whipped cream and after only 1 time of having to tell the manager, she has remembered every since. That's what I call great customer service!! (If you haven't tried the Turtle iced, DO IT🤤)Dietary restrictions: They will do their best to work around any allergies.Kid-friendliness: They are always so sweet and understanding when my little one is picking what she wants. We never feel rushed.

I love stopping by on my way to work at the hospital! I love that I can be in nearly any town around this area and I can count on there being a Busy Bean. My personal favs are the Georgia Peach Redbull for days when I need a little extra energy, and the Peach Smoothie when I just want something sweet; it tastes so fresh and I’m in love!

When my sister first introduced me to Busy Bean last year, I have been talking them up to everyone I know since then. I live in Bono however, when I found them before they came to Bono. I would make my husband take us on a special trips to Walnut Ridge and Brookland several times before they came to Bono. I was so glad when they announced they were coming to Bono! I love almost all the flavors. I especially love the flavored sodas! They are my favorite! I also love the flavored Red Bulls. And they have monster energy drinks that you can flavor.
