Watch your receipts. I'm so glad I looked at the receipt while they were loading our feed today, we were charged for a shirt we didn't purchase. They did refund it but really? I felt the cashier was trying to get one on us! And both times we were there, she was rude. Otherwise this store does well.

Great place to get misc. hardware. If you need some nuts, bolts and washers, they have them in bulk and you buy according to weight. Great deal!

Bought a chicken choop priced at 600 got on sale for 300. They had apart and helped loaded it. I should have made sure all pieces was there before leaving but I did not. I called hoping they would have the parts and screws I needed. They said they did a whole shelf I could pick from, but at my cost. Well buying something on sell or not it should all be there and they should provided the parts not at my cost. Bad company service in my opinion.Update: got my Supplies from Hill Country. Just chit chat about why I'm in thereThey helped find what I needed. And they gave me a little discount on my troubles from the other store. I was not expecting that. Super awesome. I know where my business just went to.

I have become a regular customer here due to great service and lots of good products in farm, feed, live chicks at times, tools, ranch equipment, concrete blocks, water tanks, culvert pipe, and clothing. A nice toy tractor tricycle and other toys were available near the register. Bulletin boards help find local service providers. Delivery is available on big items and I have had great results there too. One time I needed a 30 foot pipe (15 inch diameter) cut in half and the delivery lady knew a customer in the store who was ready to do the job. He brought his equipment to their yard, did a great job, and charged a reasonable price. Very friendly place here. See the local honey and other impulse items at the cash register.

Good store, and great customer service. I believe every employee I saw asked if I needed help. The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars, is because the first employee did not take me to what I wanted but pointed me in the direction I need to go. Unfortunately, that got me in the general area but not exactly the right place. This wasn't a big deal though because as soon as I got back to that area another employee asked me if I needed help and took me right where I needed to go and helped me find exactly what I needed. Good store, good people.

Great place to shop. The staff are friendly and helpful. Its great to again have a hardware store in Berryville, especially one that is open 7 days a week. Don't have to go to Harrison or Springdale as much. Large selection of Boots for work. Bought my first pair of Ariat Boots there and have bought several since. Many thanks to the Powell family.

Liked it because of the diversity of prducts from cowboy boots to paint. Feed for pets to baby chicks that they sell. A little pricey on a few items but nice just the same.
