Hanby Lumber customer service is wonderful. I was driving an hour away to get supplies for a remodel project. I stopped in here, they had everything I needed for cheaper than what I was paying elsewhere. Some items were a tad more but it's local and I saved gas so that's a plus. They even delivered everything to us. I will no longer shop at the big box retailer for my building needs. If I can walk in to a store and they make me laugh, they have my business for life.

This is specifically about the hardwood sales. Despite the labels on the racks Hanby's does not carry a wide selection of hardwoods. Different hardwoods are mixed in the same rack with incorrect labels and many of the hardwoods listed are not even carried. In addition after carefully selecting lumber I was told that it was already sold. All in all I walked out with nothing and don't plan on returning.
