The store shelves are not stocked, they have the items piled in carts in the aisles and it's hard to get down them. I've called and talked to Corporate about these problems because this has been going on for close to 2 years. The employees are always nice and try to be helpful.

The only issue I've had is that a lot of times there's nobody at the checkout counter. Other than that it seems to be a clean and orderly store.

Always understaffed shelfs aren't always stocked, but stock carts are available to look at common problem everywhere with supply chain issues some things just aren't available like they were; no fault of DG

I’d give zero if I could. Awful!!!!!! Safety Hazards EVERYWHERE!! They have carts filling almost all of their aisles, and it’s like this every single time we come here! You can’t hardly walk down an aisle because of messes and Stocking carts. Yet, nothing is ever in stock!!! They’re always out of essentials. Customer service is not good and not even okay. They literally had my fiancé wait 30 minutes to buy a couple of things because their register was acting up and the extra cashier refused to open up the other register, by the time he got out of there, the line had about 10 people waiting. Just pathetic and has been for years!!!!!

Went to the store today, 07/26/18, it was terrible!! The entryway, on the outside, was cluttered with merchandise and so was the inside. Could hardly get around inside of the store....every place you tried to go was cluttered! The shelves were not stocked and looked like they hadn't been fronted in days! The floors were nasty. I don't believe that I have ever been in such a nasty store before. I have shopped other Dollar General stores and have been happy with them. Don't know who is running the Berryville store.....but they need to be trained or replaced. I know that this woman will NEVER step into this store again!! Sad....makes it look bad for all the Dollar General stores!

What can you say. It's DG. The staff if friendly enough but... The store is a wreck. It's dirty, handwritten signs everywhere, every other aisle has a great big rack of merchandise to shelve so you have to maneuver around etc. If you have to run in for one item, it's okay but it certainly isn't a place you want to shop

Just stopped by for the redbox. Ended up going in the store to buy something to drink. Other than the large stocking carts in the way of seeing options, it was great. Looks clean, and is in better shape than it was a few months ago.

Good store but aisles are slways full of rollable racks waiting to be unloaded and shoved into aisles, making it hard to access items on shelves. Also very hard to manuver if using a wheelchair or walker. Not very easy or comfortable to shop and have access to items on shelves when big carts are parked in front of shelves! Not my favorite place to shop!

Shelves are waiting to be stocked...Merchandise is stacked on carts ( throughout the store, blocking access)...employees are helpful,But obviously overwhelmed....place isn't very clean....i shop here regularly cuz it's handy....in spite of the chronic dysfunctional nature of the place......

As always this Dollar General store has the best customer service and friendliest staff. It doesn't matter if you are their to spend $1.00 or $75.00 your treated the same. Or if you have a complaint about something your treated like a paying customer. The only complaint I have heard or seen in this store is about the cell phones witch the employees have no control over but they help with your complaint as much as they can. I wish all the stores in Berryville had at least half the customer service as they do. The management team down to the new hires are the best around here. As matter of fact I've been to eureka springs and Harrison Dollar General stores and not even close to our store. Berryville Dollar General keep up with the awesomeness. And thank you for being their during these crazy times.

Has been doing much better the last couple of months. The boys are always nice and friendly. They started selling cigarettes again and are one of the cheapest places to buy them and Eureka Spring.

This is a horrible, horrible store. Nothing in stock, ever. Boxes all over the place. You can't get up and down the aisles because they're blocked with trash, boxes, and carts. They have more off-the-shelf than they do on the shelves. I would have given it to 0 stars but it wouldn't let me.

This store just never improves. They're never stocked and most of the staff are rude. There are only 2 employees (both fairly new) that are kind to the customers. But, since the only other option is Wal-Mart, most consumers have no other choice in this small town. So, the mgrs/owners don't have to care.There are many senior citizens who can't shop a large store like Wal-Mart; their only choice is Dollar General and they just have to put up with the terrible customer service and the fact that they are always low or out of stock on most of their items.I hope one day soon another supermarket opens up in Berryville that actually care about the citizens of this town.

A little disorganized, with things to be stocked sitting in the middle of aisles and blocking some aisles. Convenient place to have for this densely populated area. Glad we have a DG close.

I must of gone on a bad day for a Dollar General because the store looked like a cyclone had hit it. The merchandise on shelves were a disheveled mess, along with isles. So much stuff ( like a hoarders home ) in the isles you couldn't get cart through. The only employee I saw was working the cash register. Needless to say I left store, purchased nothing.

Not strict enough with the mask mandation. There was an employee or a friend of an employee at the end of the counter just hanging out with his mask off and walking through customers checking out. So Rued!

The stores inside appearance was as if a Tornado had blown through. Almost impossible to get shopping cart through isles. Some of items on floor was merchandise that needed stocked. I can't fully describe the disarray of stores inside appearance.

This store is a hot mess! You can't even walk through the aisles. The shelves were bare and what was there you couldn't reach because there were things everywhere...this place needs new management BAD!!

The managers I did run into which was LSA with purple hair and the GM and they were not professional or courteous one bit. There are not using appropriate language amongst themselves also they were unable to answer many of the guests problems due to the high volume of guests at the moment

Came in and tried to buy a few things and a pack of cigarettes. Cashier tried to card my wife also. We're both over age but she would have had to run out to the car. Ended up just walking out to the car with her. There's a Redbox outside

Standard dollar General store. It can be little tricky to get in and out of at times. Friendly workers and the shelves generally well stocked and organized.

Horrible, the clerk was visiting with a friend and ignoring her customers. She put three 2 liter sodas in a bag and it busted and my soda went on the floor. She didn't even greet get cuatoners, say thank you or even speak.
