In here more than once a week. Employees are always friendly and helpful when ever I needed it. The store is always clean and so are the bathrooms. If the lines start getting long, they quickly get the other register open. Absolutely love going here.

Very friendly staff. Well organized aisles and the rest rooms are always clean. Check-out can get backed up during high traffic due to only running 1 register most of the time

You can get what you need most of the time. Sometimes they run out fast of things and at times the store doesn't have enough workers for all the customers so there ends up being a big line. Not to mention a few workers have been rude but maybe that was just a bad day for them .

Ppl were nice. The store had a lot of stock to put out. Seems to be the thing with DG. I feel bad for the workers for how much they are limited and forced to work extra extra extra hard. They need more ppl for sure. The place wasn't dirty. Simply had a lot to stock.

I loved this store before I started working there, now I love it even more. The other staff is always friendly even if they are super busy. Good location too...

Not friendly to short people! It seemed like everything I needed was on the very top shelf pushed as far back as it would go. I told the check out girl and she said, " oh, I know it"!

My 5 stars is for MS. K!! Makes my time at dollar store enjoyable and is by far the friendliest lady I have met there. Glad she is back

Dollar general used to be the go to place for folks that do honest work for a living..Now they are continually raising prices!! I check all the previous tags they didn't remove..I'd rather slam my head in a car doorThan give greed mongers any money. Not directed ,directly to bergman location but..........Thier mark down percents off are never where they can be easily seen. AND! THE Clearance SHELF is an absolute INSULT!

I love the complete variety found here; baby food, beer, vitamins, bedding, clothing, fresh bread, snacks galore. Chances are they have what you need, and MANY items are ONLY $1!

Terrible customer service. Rude staff with no customer service skills. I would rather go out of my way to Walmart than deal with the staff here. The rudest one was even the manager. Shame on you!!

Bergman dollar general stocking staff very unfriendly, cashier playing trixie with the change. She gave me seven to eight dollar more then I was due.The receipt showed I gave her 50$ I only have her 6.$ should have received back2.and some change but according to the receipt she gave me back 45$.I do not like being used like that so I won't go back to Bergman Dollar General's not even for seven or eight dollars extra change. If it is not mine I don't want it so save your bribe for someone else!

All of them in this area started junking up there stores with stocking carts. Fire hazzard and very anti handicap stores now.They used to be great stores.

Great Service ,and selections of merchandise! Only thing they need work on is the set up of registers and overcrowding of merchandise. You can barely get up and down the isles!
