I was looking for a place closer to home to have my baby girl groomed, when a friend said she had heard good things about Whole Pet.I was instantly impressed when I walked in. The store is SO CLEAN and smelled great. Not the darker, smaller aisles and strong smells you get at national chains. The DIY stalls are always spotless.Every staff member I have interacted with are so friendly and helpful and the most knowledgeable staff I have ever met. One of the owners spent 20 minutes with me going over all the different benefits of their great line of dog food options to help me make the right choice for my mini goldendoodle. Their prices are reasonable and most of the time much cheaper than Chewy, Amazon or national pet stores! They have a wide variety of samples so you can "try before you buy"And the groomers - I can't say enough about their grooming services! I can't see myself going anywhere else now that we have found Whole Pet. My girl loves going there so much, she starts getting excited before we even turn in the parking lot! If she could open the door and get out herself she would be in the store before I even get out of the car!You will never go wrong by choosing Whole Pet.

Absolutely amazing store! The employees are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful and guide you in the right direction. I explained to the employee in the Rogers store my budget, objective, and concerns. He patiently listened and helped me make the right decision on products that best helped my dogs. They weren't there to just sell me the highest priced product, I really felt they had my interest in mind. They've earned my business, I can't wait to bring my dogs in to visit!!

We have had three grooming's done here. First one was ok and was with Jennifer. Second one was our best groom here but that groomer is no longer employed by Whole Pet. Third groom was Jennifer again which was fine until I picked up my baby and not all services were done that are included with their full poodle groom. When I dropped Goose off for his groom, I explained to Jennifer that his ears were in need of plucking and cleaning and she said she would take care of it. No smile, nothing but I thought she was just having a bad day. When I came back to pick up Goose, I paid before I even seen him which was a no no to begin with as my tip would not have been as good as I gave since she did not complete the entire groom package. They brought him out and I looked at his ears and they had not been touched. Dirt and hair was still there. She said she didn't do his ears and proceeded to bring out a solution to clean his ears and said she was done. No plucking, nothing. She said that plucking was to be done by our vet but their sign clearly shows plucking included with a full groom. I ended up walking out in tears and completely disappointed in a groom that with tip I paid almost $150 for. If his ears were not cleaned how do I know any of the other services were performed such as anal glands etc.

I am a frequent visitor at the Bentonville/Rogers location. I have never had a better experience somewhere for my doggo. The employees deliver exceptional, knowledgeable and personalized experiences. The manager at this location, Liz, is incredible. Winston has really bad skin issues and she has made me believe she is as dedicated to fixing it through his diet, as I am. I could not recommend this place enough.

I was looking for a groomer for my cavapoo after having a few bad experiences. Jennifer, at Whole Pet came highly recommended. We took our dog, Roger in for a groom and WOW! Jennifer came through! We love the way he looks. By far his best groom ever! We already booked our next appointment. So happy to have found Whole Pet. Everyone is so friendly- we really are impressed.

Went to Whole Pet for grooming today and would recommend it 100%! Jennifer groomed my dog Murphy and did a wonderful job - he looks so handsome!! All of the employees were so nice and seemed to genuinely enjoy working at Whole Pet. I will be returning for grooming and back for treats and toys too!

This new store is better in every way for me. The size of the store provides multiple options, the employees are truly knowledgeable and have so many healthy recommendations for your pet, treat options are top tier, but best of all, you can feel the happiness from the workers when they see your pet. My pup has never been spoiled/loved by workers in a store, before going to whole pet. He is so happy every time he sees the store front!! Seriously visit, the prices are lower than competitors and you can feel the love in every inch of the store. The best recommendation I would ever make is taking the time to visit Whole Pet.

I went in looking for a new dog food for our Golden because of allergy problems. Brooklyn was so knowledgeable on all the foods and helped me find the right one which has made a huge difference. Highly recommend Whole Pet and seek out Brooklyn for assistance.

Whole pet is our favorite pet store! Great, high quality selections of everything from food to toys to grooming. The chew bar is top notch and very reasonably pricedWe have used their DIY dog wash and everything is thoughtful from the caddys of shampoo and conditioner, to the aprons for the humans.The staff is lovely, and the manager is so helpful and kind. The store is always spotless and is welcoming. Everything they carry is safe and enriching. I appreciate the responsible sourcing. Shop local :)

We love Whole Pet Bentonville! Our spicy cockapoo Charlie absolutely LOVES his groomer Samantha. She is so patient with him, and he always looks so adorable. Sam's the best groomer in NWA! We also did some Christmas shopping today: bully sticks, a new toy, an iced Christmas tree cookie, and a new harness. We love how Whole Pet really thinks of all the details. They even had a measuring tape hanging by the harnesses, so we could get a perfect fit! Dakota was so kind and helpful at checkout, even going as far as pledging to win our Charlie boy over with treats every time he comes in. The store was spotless, smelled great, and had everything we needed. We can't wait to come back!

Came here for their self wash dog stations & it was very clean, new, well organized, & the staff was friendly & helpful. The self wash option is $15 with some basic add ons (see photo). We’ll definitely be back with our dogs! 🐾

I am a previous customer of the Whole Pet in Fayetteville and jumped at scheduling at new Bentonville location once they opened. They are big hearted and tire lovers of animals. Everyone treated Rhett with love and respect as I would at home. ❤️❤️❤️Poodle lovers, this is the place to go 💯. Everyone is always friendly and helpful. My first visit was close to closing, and the owner still took time to explain what he recommended would be a healthier diet for my maltese. Their diy dog bath is fun and only $15. Just make sure to secure your pup, because I forgot to, and my little man jumped and tried running out! I hope they caught my brother and I on camera trying to wrastle him back in the bath. Thanks for being so kind!

Went for the 1st time the young lady was very knowledgeable. Since we were unsure of what dog food our miniture Dashound would like she gave us some samples. We did buy a couple of toys and treats. Their treats are very reasonably priced. We will definitely be back.

The helped us find a better dog food than what we were using. Cheaper too. They have food samples. After so many bags, you get a free one. My dogs skin and coat is real nice now. You should definitely stop in. The also have grooming and self serve dog washes.

We recently relocated from Mississippi to Bentonville and found "Whole Pets" while on the way to PetCo. Your store is clean and supplies are reasonably priced. I stopped in after the above mentioned store didn't have anything I could use for my Koa girls inflamed ear. The young woman that was working suggested Zymox ear solution. She said it should be used for a week. When I tell you I could literally hug that girl! The solution worked, saved me a ton of money in vet bills and best of all my Koa feels fantastic now. I priced the solution at PetCo and it was about $7 higher. We've now purchased several other pet supplies from your store and will continue to do so in the future. So happy to have found your place!

Told them not to spray smelly stuff on my dog as son has major allergies, she come out smelling horrible of perfume because the lady "forgot". They also cut her in multiple plasses, and when I called she admitted wrong doing but didn't even offer my money back..I will not return there better off going to petco in my opinion. (Reply) there was never a concern for price I told her I wanted her hair cut kinda short and she told me the groom would take 2 to 3 hours so we returned never told anyone to rush her I would of waited, as for the cuts and they where cuts she had one major one on her back toe from clippers and a few small ones and off course I refused the credit for a next groom I'm not going back to a place that cuts my dog and apparently makes excuses about how and why lol you guys are funny.

Our groomer has shut down after years of looking after my boys and i won’t lie- i was worried about taking them somewhere new.Whole Pet in Bentonville- washed all my worries away! They treated the boys with respect and patience as they warmed up in the new environment- the boys look stunning- and they were sent home with a goodie box for being just the bestest boys! of course we snagged some bones and treats bc obviously they hadn’t been spoiled enough!i’m suddenly so excited to keep the boys looking nice and fresh:)
