Walmart Store 100 is a very busy store, always full of people and lots of merchandise to browse. This visit took longer than usual because the photo department was very disorganized and the associate had a lot of trouble locating my order. However, he was really friendly and was clearly trying his best. During checkout we needed help with a coupon that required a "salaried manager," so it took a few more minutes. During that time we had at least 4 different associates offer to help before they realized they couldn't. I was impressed at how ready they were to help anyone who looked like they needed it. Overall, it's a great store and well run, for the volume of product and customers that are in and out on the daily.

The Drone is super neat to watch. The flight crew is super friendly and doesn’t mind showing spectators a test flight. Store was cleaner then most I’ve seen.

Having family who works at this store daily... I've realized hygiene, cleanliness, and overall respect to the food and people who work/shop there is not there concern. I would recommend not shopping for food at all here. Sad how they treat there employees, this one store makes on average $750,000 a day and can barely pay there employees enough to feed there families.

Thee biggest Wal-Mart I've ever been in! Was astounded by how massive it was. Everything you could need in one place for sure. Everything was so clean and orderly. Could easily find what you needed. Most things had giant signs above them. Wonderful store! Had self checkout on both sides plus in the middle had your slew of regular cashiers. Cart returns in convenient spots all over. Great sized handicapped spots, those all over as well. Definitely a great store!

Walmart is getting better at having things in stock again. I think for a while the supply chain was causing trouble. I am also happy that they have reopened some manned checkouts because it is easier for me to get what I need when there is someone who can weigh my vegetables and make sure I am getting the right price.

Store 100. Go here very often. I am not too sure I care for the new checkout layout, but I will see if it grows on me. The station I checked out at had me place my shopping cart closest to the exit and scan my items back toward the store...just seems to be a backwards flow (guess my career in supply chain kicked in). I am also going to call out something that has been wrong since they put them in...the cart returns are not assembled correctly. The blue "flap" sign directs carts to the outside of the return (see pic). This is a simple fix as the three dividers that make up the return slots simply slide into the center upright. Disappointed that the Supercenter closest to our home office has had this issue for a long time and not corrected it. Added a photo of the shopping cart returns assembled correctly at a SC in Pennsylvania.Update: Same as above

as this store is located across from the Walmart Home Office, you’d think they would take more pride in the store. Store 100 is the most disgusting store in the Northwest Arkansas region, I have attached pictures with this review. We did go there to grocery shop and ended going to a different store as this one has dirt, mold, and grime almost everywhere.I know this review will probably be brushed off but I highly recommend to go anywhere else for your needs than store 100.

I bought a prepaid phone paid for service they told me it should be ready to use in about a hour never could get it working took it back they couldn’t get it working so they said they will issue a refund but they wouldn’t pay for phone card and taxes on it! After they said they would so I left without a phone with a promise they will refund my debt card and ripped of 50 bucks! Not to mention 2 trips to Walmart and 3 hours of them messing with phone. Just go somewhere else if you need a phone or don’t

I like to shop at this store because they always have everything but today was different. There was a tornado warning and really bad weather while driving. The staff here was phenomenal with helping our family take shelter until it was safe. Thank you so much!

Sitting in pick up for 30 minutes- should have just gone in. The pick up phone isn’t answered, says leave voicemail, but it’s full. No one answered store phone. I am new to Bentonville and loved my Oklahoma Walmart. This is a cluster. Sorry, truth from a Walmart granny

Would give 0 out of 5 if I could. They had phone cases on clearance for $15. When I went to check out they were $30. I asked for help they came over and said there was no way this case was on sale for $15. I showed them how there were 4-5 of the same phone case on the same rack for $15. They then blamed it on customers moving items. So customers moved 5 of the same phone case to the same clearance shelf? That’s just flat out nonsense. I asked for a manager and they refused and just looked at me crazy. Awful customer service and a terrible way to handle an EMPLOYEE mess up. I usually shop here for convenience but I’ll switch to more local stores that’ll stand behind what they price. 👎

You get pretty much everything for your regular needs under one roof. Some fresh produce quality could be better. Great pricing for most things.Ample parking and checkout counters- never had to be in queue too long (other than maybe on weekdays when most people leave office/school)

It’s pouring rain right now, she got her personal umbrella, gave it to an elderly lady as she carried her groceries for her so she wouldn’t get wet or struggle. We need more people like her in today’s world!

This is the biggest Walmart I have ever visited. It was night when we visited the store to buy a kitchen aid. Nice and wide range of selections. Very impressive and big aisles with many different varieties who’s having clearly I haven’t seen much in other locations of Walmart. The self check outs are good, the staffs work here are really nice and helping. A Dominos inside the Walmart, I have never seen in any other location.

This Walmart has so many people in it and a lot of them are the Walmart workers that are doing the picking for the to-go orders and them people just leave those big carts in the aisle way blocking you from going down the aisles or coming out of the aisles the Walmart superstores are a madhouse

2.2 is your rating. So I do this review because I just received an HQ follow-up call two weeks later after they and I cannot reach the PE STORE.I list the complaint. Reiterate that communication is poor to non existant, but ask what the purpose is. She says she will escalate. I say what she purpose as nothing will come if it.Surely, as it's owned by Walmart, we should have better because you are an American company and be better than our useless employees at Markro. 2 4 billion badly spent.

Great variety of food items but I will never like that I have to scan my own items and then bag them.... And the prices have not gone down one bit since this started so we're just putting more money in corporate pocketbooks! I have been shopping at Harp's and Aldi's for some items in protest. Why can't Walmart have checkers check our items? The few people they have for that, always has a very long line. Boo

Dispensers are always late on my order. Called after the order was 30 minutes late and they said their system showed I was only waiting for 8 minutes. The entire pickup bay cleared out and I was still waiting. The order pickup system needs to be redone, because this has been a consistent problem for me for months now.

Have to pass up 4 Walmarts to get to this one because they always have what I need in stock. Worth the trip.I'm a night person. Would wish they would be open24 hours. Always have to be running to get most of what I need. Even then as I'm leaving, other people are trying to get in.

I would like to know how many times an employee can harass and disrespect a pickup driver in the pickup and delivery at this store? Or how many times an employee can damage orders because they don't care about their job before Walmart actually does something about it?? Damien should not be able to work at pickup and delivery after he has treated several people disgustingly. Curse out drivers, throw orders in the backseat and bust open containers because he doesn't care. Yet here he is again delivering an order I am picking up today. I don't understand who he knows in the company or why this store is allowing him to continue doing this. That's okay I'll just reach out to the district manager or the regional manager and make sure they're aware of this situation. I was told cameras would be watched so that they can see what was going on but obviously that didn't happen.

These are just 2 of the 3 AMAZING Cakes I purchased from the store 100 Bakery in the last few months! Emily and the team of Decorators there really have their stuff together!! They are kind, professional, knowledgeable, friendly, talented and REALLY want to make your inspiration a reality! I reccomend this specific Walmart Bakery to anyone that I hear needs a cake! In fact, I insisted on being the one to order and bring a Hippo cake because I told my friends "My cake girl is amazing"! Kudos to the Store 100 Cake/Cupcake Decorating Team! The next celebration needing cake can't come fast enough! Thank you again!

If i could give a zero i would. i have been harassed by employees here. someone in tech denied service and wouldn’t explain to me why. and i was falsely accused of theft and cornered and interrogated by two intimidating men who claimed i stole something and yelled at me to “give it back” even though I had stolen nothing. I no longer feel comfortable or safe at walmart.

I’ve waited at online pick up for an hour now I’ve called multiple times to reach their department and then I started calling the operator each time I’ve been hung up on. Earlier today I waited for help at the fabric counter then tried to call them walked to customer service where they were letting the phone ring as I stood in front of them and told them that’s me trying to call they said oh sorry we didn’t hear it then said they would send someone to me in fabric then I waited for another hour almost until I gave up and left. It’s sad that of all places to have a bad Walmart it would be here.

I'm so sick of Walmart rushing through holidays. Went today for Valentine balloons, and there were like 5 left at 9 am and they were putting out easter candy. I just want to know where I'm supposed to stash balloons if I buy them in advance. Also, what if they deflate before the holiday.
