Bought a house heater here and I love it. The staff is very friendly and very accommodating. They tend to have very good prices on oil. It is also fine to take a look at their clothing selection from time to time.

One of the best in the area for farm supplies and pest control that generally can not be found anywhere else.They stock humane catch and release traps for troublesome animals.Would not be first choice for plants or flowers, but if you need a baby duck or chick and all the supplies that go with them, this is the place!

I assume it was the manager, but he was absolutely disgusting towards an older employee. That he was faster than she was and that if she “wOuLdN’t HaVe MiSsEd WoRk” the work would’ve been done. Absolutely horrific and I hope that employee leaves after today. Just sad how these managers treat their employees. Should’ve know from a place like this.

I recently went to the store to find a hitch adapter. The young woman who helped me was very kind and went out of her way to make sure I got the right size. This is my third or fourth time visiting the store, each time with a different need. Every time, the experience with a sales associate has been consistently good. The store has a great selection of quality products at reasonable prices, making it easy to find what we were looking for.

No problem with my return no problem getting help cutting a chain. The problem I see is the checkout process needs work. The cashier offered a credit card to the customer in front of me which he accepted and the process took way too long. Another register was opened up and she checked out 6 by the time I was able to check out. In this digital age other companies can get an answer in less than half the time.

I incorrectly purchased a set of mower blades for my new to me riding mower. I quickly returned them for what I thought was the right length. Nope I then gently placed them along with the receipt on the floorboard of my car forgetting them every time I purchased product from the same store. Long story short: today I was denied returning the never used blades because it was over 30 days. I thought: it’s spring grass cutting season: how about a store credit? Before I could ask the question the person in charge quickly sped off. Never mind the $80 worth of bird seed I was purchasing. What a way to lose a customer!! Nope rules are rules and we don’t care. I wonder if the owner cares?

Came in on the 13th of July to see about a certain thing and when I went to ask for help no one would help me everyone was gathered at the front desk and I was ignored. After 30 min of looking I found what I was looking for and when I went to pay, the lady at the register did not see me come up and was staring out the front door. I had said something to her to get her attention so I could pay but it took another employee to ring me out because the lady at the register would not help me either. Would rather go to atwoods

Absolutely my favorite store. I could spend thousands in this store. Staff are friendly and helpful. Isles can be a little small but that's just because the store is packed full of awesome farming, livestock, clothing, and outdoor supplies. Great place to get dog food!! They also have the cheapest Tposts of all the major stores in the area. I've purchased pet vaccines here in the past but I'm planning to bring my dogs to the vet clinic they have on occasion.

Went in to buy geese, but they only had 3... Wouldn't sell them to me because I needed to have 6... They didn't have 6... Recommended I buy some random chickens and ducks so I could get the last 3 geese (not considering if I'm equipped, knowledgeable or prepared for livestock of other sorts)... I didn't come for chickens or ducks; I don't want to get 3 chickens or ducks that I don't need so I can get 3 geese. I undertand there are certain laws, but staff was condescending from the start, anyways. Might as well buy from a local farmer.

We have gone to Tractor Supply for years and loved it (thus the 4 stars) but I have to say that we got 2 chicks, both Silkie bantams, that must've come from a bad batch. I knew when I was given the chicks that I should've asked for 2 different ones because the bantams seemed lethargic and off even there but I went ahead and bought them. As expected, they both died. I'm not a newbie when it comes to chickens.

First - understand that “Producer’s Pride” is TSC’s own brand. So reviews are important. Unless they’re negative. I bought 2 PP chicken coop water heater bases and both failed within a week of each other; one of the heaters was only a few months old.When I wrote a review that was honest and referenced the failed products even though the review was not about those heaters, it was about the Little Giant base heaters I had to purchase to replace the Producer’s Pride units.I was surprised and enlightened when I received an email from TSC who told me they would not publish my review. I knew immediately that TSC knew their PP products were not so great and therefore, would not post anything that was less than glowing. I spent over $100 on 2 PP de-icers that both failed within a week of each other. The weather was single digit and calling customer service wasn’t going to fix my immediate concern.If you buy a PP heater, coop or water heater, know that for every positive FB, there are possibly more negative reviews that Tractor Supply refused to publish. If I’d seen honest reviews I probably wouldn’t have bought them in the first place.If TSC won’t be honest about it’s own line of products, customers, will be misled into reading only positive reviews. The Little Giant heaters I bought were only $10 more than PP’s heaters. I could have saved $100 by not buying the PP heaters in the first place.Tractor Supply should be honest. Refusing to publish an honest review may even be illegal. Misleading customers about products to believe that the only published reviews are all the reviews.

To the lady who was just finishing up with a propane who huffed and acted completely put out when I politely asked if she could help me with propane: maybe you should spend some of the time and energy you spend on your fancy fingernails servicing your customers. You obviously have a lot of time in your life to primp and fix your hair but your attitude is TERRIBLE. Find another job is helping someone with your regular job is too much trouble.And, next time I'm not moving the tank because you don't want to mess up your manicure.What a terrible experience. I go to this Tractor Supply because it is close not because of their service. If this employee is any indication of where they're going I'll go an hour out of my way to avoid this location.

Tractor Supply has an amazing variety of plants for your garden, chosen specifically to do well in this area. Their return policy is really great, they strive for customer satisfaction. Prices are very reasonable, and they have a really interesting variety of items. They sell high quality and broad variety of pet food. Fun to just stop in and see the new selections of things they have!

Really like their pet foods. Both dog and cat. I order online for curbside pickup. Only problem is it takes a long time for them to answer the phone once you get there. But to me it's worth it. I open the back of the suv, they load it, close the back, and I'm on my way. Only reason I only gave them 4 stars is because of of the delay. I know they're busy, and they are doing the best they can.

Nice small store and I have been to this store few times before.I noticed this before but today it was so clear, that they don't really want you be there if you are not an american. Everyone walked in front of me was welcomed with a "hello" and when I walked in the lady turned around getting busy on her computer and it was very evident to me. I stopped for a moment to make sure it was not an accidental turn and the next guy who entered got a "hello" again. Great!Maybe it was just a coincidence, but I couldn't just get it. I tried to shop, but my mind was not letting me to. I stepped out.My options are not limited; Benton got better shops around.

I love shopping at Tractor Supply. The staff is always friendly and willing to help. They take all the worry out of heavy lifting and they usually have extraordinary sales. My only suggestion would be stickers for the tiny shoppers per my 3 year old request 😁

I’ve shopped at TS for years…. Today I was there shopping and asked to use the restroom. You would have thought that I was some sort of diseased leper. The clerk (a man in his late 50s or early 60s with glasses) barked “it’s closed”. Translation - we don’t want your gnarly a$$ using our restroom! I will never shop at TSC again and will be canceling our business account there.

Good place for a farmers needs, but need to add more cashiers and associates to help customers. Sometimes need to have more options in stock. I am giving this feedback in the hopes they will listen and take action. It is a store I shop at, and will continue to, for its convenience and parts for OP older tractors.

Bad customer service! It is 6:30 pm right now there's 4 customers in the store now; three of them are at the register and the fourth one which is me walked around looking for a certain dog kennel for a Christmas present, pass by four associates instead asking me if i need any help all four looked me in my face very awkwardly...Im like what the f is this. Now i know how a fish feels😑 then seen a guy come out the back thought he would be alot better than all the other but he was rude as fu@$. After that i left the store 😬 It can be a great shopping experience for all customers if great customers service applied to the staff.

Staff is always friendly & do the best to findhelp you find what you came in for. I have bought everything from firestarter's to lawn mower blades to safety vests & more here. If you aren't sure they will have what you need just give them a ring first.

Staff needs to be educated on their products. Asked for an electric tool and was told they didn't have it at this location. While looking for something else found at least 5 varieties of the electric tool I had asked for. There was only one cashier on a busy weekend.
