Been getting our dog’s birthday cakes from here since he was a puppy and always turned out great and he absolutely loved it each time. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Today, I randomly stopped by the bakery to buy some bully twirls my dog absolutely loved the last time. I asked one of the staff as I couldn’t find it in the shelves, the good lady said they were samples and are kept in the back, she even brought a bunch of those twirls from the back, packed them in a brown bag and gave it to me for free. My dog loved them. Thank you

Really amazing place that Bentonville is lucky to have! The owners are both so nice, and if you see them out in the community they are just as kind when you chat with them! My dog loves their treats and they always have a huge selection to choose from! Highly recommend this place!

Super awesome place for all your dog needs. They have a HUGE selection full of baked goods, dog food, high quality toys, and much more! We actually bought a bone for our 70lb goldendoodle a year ago and the bone still lives!

Such a fun shop! Love the selection of toys and treats, as well as the fresh treats in the bakery counter! Our pup loved seeing everything and picking out a non-hide to go. Everyone is very nice and our pup loved her pup-cake!

A truly delightful experience for dogs and people. The fresh baked treats and overall selection mean every human can find the toy or treat that their companion will love. They'll even let you carry it right out the door, no doggy bag required!

Super friendly staff and customer service. I had never ordered from them before and they walked me through the options of their bone cakes and my dog loved it when she got it! Thank y’all so much for all the help. Walking into the store it was super clean and organized and there were workers answering any questions that people had. My dog loved her cake, it was super pretty!

Got everything I needed for my poodles birthday and extras. The employee's was very friendly, store was just beautiful on the inside and definitely have everything you need to make a happy puppers. Going back next month for my other poodle they loved the treats and pup cups.

I have been a loyal customer during my travels to and from Bentonville (since 2018). The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and kind. Our precious Doberman Pinscher, King, has been preparing to cross the rainbow bridge, and I stopped-in to get his FAVORITES... A stuffed Squirrel and Skunk. 💛 The team went above-and-beyond to provide me with comfort and care. Special thanks to you all for making my precious King's life so rich and full. 🤗 God Bless!

Great little bakery! I stopped by to get a birthday treat for my fur-niece & had many more options for me to choose from than I expected. They even wrote her name on the cookie! So cute. I ended up getting an Easter cookie for my dogs as well, and everyone was really happy with their sweet treat. They also have tons of toys, cute collars/harnesses, accessories, etc.Definitely a great spot for fur families :)

Wonderful and cute little store in a great spot on the square. The staff is always happy knowledgeable and helpful with anything we have ever needed for our dog. We have bought their delicious looking and fun homemade cakes and treats and many other wonderful products that they sell and have never been disappointed. We have always recommended them to anyone we meet. We have always had a great experience with or without our dog and whether we buy anything from them or not. Bobby and Paula (the owners) and any of the rest of their staff and their store are a gem in downtown Bentonville and are a must stop by when you are down on the square. This place is awesome! It rules for dogs and their owners alike! From custom cakes, cookies, rawhides and hard chews to pet supplements and even specialty foods, this store is the reason you want to bring your dog to the Square. The pupcakes are my dogs favorite. Check them out!

I love Three Dog Bakery! Everyone there is great, I just love them. I don’t always get a greet at the door either, but they make up for it with the service I get. They have gone out of the way to have smaller bags of food for my pets. No other store would of done that. They’ve carried my bags all the way to the back parking lot because of my health. They’ve got a great selection! And everyone is always friendly and helpful. To you few that complained about not getting greeted. Walmart will greet you all you want, but good luck finding or getting help! I always get the help and service I need when I’m there! Thank you everyone at Three Dog Bakery! Great job!

I ordered a cake for my dogs 1st birthday over the phone and went in to pick it up! This store is so cute, and the man at the counter was so kind and friendly. I will 100% be back here for all my dogs birthdays and other events. (I even picked up an adorable party hat for my dog while I was there, so adorable)

I would love to continue to support this business because my dog and I love their products and treats, but I have given them multiple chances and have been disappointed too many times. If the owners happen to read this, they can see that I am in their rewards program and have been to their shop numerous times. I have even happily endorsed and promoted their products multiple times on social media. Pictures attached, you can see the dates for yourself. I these four photos were not the only times I have shopped here. I have nothing to hide.Every single time I have entered this store, I have never felt welcome or been greeted with a smile. Well, I take that back. There was *one* time when a woman—Paula, I believe—greeted me and made me feel somewhat welcome, but all the disappointing encounters have erased the single memory of that decent one.I finally decided to bring myself here—to Google reviews—to see for myself if I’m reading too much into my experiences. Unfortunately, it seems like this has happened to multiple customers. To make matters worse, the business owner has responded to these customers, invalidating their feelings and experiences. It is absolutely possible that some customers have malicious intentions and are genuinely trying to negatively affect this small business, but I am not one of these customers. I would never give negative feedback without criticism. My parents are small business owners in Bentonville as well; I would be devastated if customers were giving us 1-star reviews with no good intentions.I leave my review here in hopes that Three Dog Bakery recognizes that it’s not just me. This is multiple customers met with the same disappointment. Unlike other customers, I actually gave them multiple chances. Depending on how/if the owner responds to this message, they may still have a loyal customer. All I hope is that they reflect upon their actions and take this criticism as something that will help—not hurt—their business.

Lovely shop with great treats that I feel good about giving to my dogs. The bakery items are so cute, the staff are friendly and helpful. We love getting duck feet, beef trachea, and fish skins for our pups here. They also have a selection of dog food, harnesses, collars, leashes, puppy party hats etc.
