Natural State Plumbing is by far the most responsive, knowledgeable, professional and best-value plumbing company that has ever provided services for us. Clint was able to diagnose exactly what was needed within the first phone call, including verifying the situation with a quick photo; then he and his team showed up and installed an air admittance valve in a very tight spot. All work was done in a neat, clean and well organized manner, and completed within a couple of hours. Natural State Plumbing delivers amazing service and we are happy to know we have a plumbing company that we can rely on.

I had what I thought was a leak getting into the kitchen flooring in my rental property, so I called these guys late in the day expecting bad news. Clint was friendly, listened to my concern, and scheduled a tech to come check it out the next day. The tech, Jesse (I think was his name, sorry!), showed up on time, spoke with my tenants, and fortunately found nothing water-related. Just a brief interaction, but very happy with the customer service and they'll be my first call for any other plumbing needs. Thank you!

I had a shower leak on the hot water side in a 52 year old house. I replaced the valve but that didn't fix it. I tried replacing the seat behind the valve but couldn't get the right tool to do it.I called a few plumbers and found some who didn't even want to bother. One talked about having to tear into walls. That sounded expensive so I kept calling.Natural State said they would attempt to remove the seat and if they couldn't there would be no charge. Such a deal; I accepted. He couldn't get the seat out, which didn't surprise either of us, but he did tell me what needed to be done and how much it would cost. The estimate seemed very reasonable so I accepted that too. I was very satisfied with the results and it was accomplished within projected time schedule.Having a trust worthy and competent plumber is important. I dealt with one not long ago who was neither trust worthy nor competent.I will call Natural State Plumbing in the future.Update: That future wasn't long in coming. I had a pipe bust from the freeze. NSP came right out and fixed it. I noticed after they left that one of my faucets wasn't running. They even came back a second time, thawed the pipe, and at no extra charge.Competent, reliable, fair; that's a great combo.

Clint quoted us an honest price for a new water heater, (less than half of what bud anderson quoted for same tank) . They came on time and install was excellent. Had questions for Clint afterwards. Sent text and he immediatley answered. Came the next morning and resolved an issue for us. Clint and the guys are down to earth and more than willing to make their customers happy. Natural State plumbing did a terrific job with my water line that needed replaced. Clint explained the different scenarios that could be happening and what might options are. The two young men Reece and Jesse came and dug my yard by hand. And they did a fantastic job . You can't even tell that the yard was ripped up. They put everything back the way it was. A truly excellent plumber. I’ve had Clint do several jobs at my Bella Vista home, and him and his apprentice do outstanding work. He replaced my entire pre-septic sewer system and it has functioned perfectly, and you can tell that the work was too notch for a fair price. He’s also cleared blockages and replaced sink faucets and tub drain components, and he went the extra mile to find and replace leaking cartridges for my 45-year-old three knob shower knobs, using his industry contacts to find parts that probably aren’t even manufactured anymore!He always answers his texts and shows up when he says he will.
