We love Rosa at Bentonville harps bakery!!! She has been creating cakes and cookie cakes for my family for a few years. She can design everything I have asked her to with no problem. Harps definitely has a gem!! Below are 2 of the most recent cakes she's done. The 24 inch across cookie cake was huge!! Easily feeds 75 people! They definitely were a hit at my kiddos party!! Thank you Rosa for your hard work and kindness 💓

I asked Tyler, the person who came to assist to call for additional cashiers & he totally ignored me. He did open a register but was obviously not happy about having to check…

Great store and great food deals! And now it's my favorite pharmacy! I really appreciate how much care the pharmacy associates show me and they make sure that we're always on the same page when a prescription changes or is added...Then they make sure I'm able to get it because they have free delivery to my home and It's such a relief to know that I don't have to worry about finding a way to go to the store anymore. Although, I really really like all of the knick knacks and cute gifts they have displayed conveniently around the store. Now if I could just afford them 😉. Great job Harps! 5 STARS for being such a good neighborhood market!

If you have one checkout lane open in the morning, don't have your checker stock shelves. 2nd time I've been there and had to look for a checker. Bad customer service. The checker is there to check people out, not stock shelves. Do you want my money or not? Please don't turn into walmart.

I came in this morning to get some roses 🌹 to put out at my sisters gravesite. They had orange (her favorite color) so I got them. There was a lady, I believe her name was Tina, who was working in the floral department and asked if I needed help finding anything. I told her that I wanted those orange roses and then I asked her if she had any more of these “love sticks 🤷🏼‍♀️” that they sold individually, because I would want to buy one to put with my roses. She said they didn’t sell them individually but she would look and see if she had any laying around in the back and then she said never mind and pulled one out of another arrangement and gave it to me. That small thing meant the world to me and I was so thankful for what she did. I called this evening and spoke with Richard, the store manager, to share this experience with him and he was very genuine and friendly on the call as well. Harps is a great store with amazing Customer Service!

Harps is the place to visit if you want some confectionary art for your wedding, birthday, graduation, or other important life event. Harps is the ONLY place (that I'm aware of) where you can get that special occasion cake.

This is a very nice looking and clean store, with a good selection of products. The staff is very friendly for the most part. Be wary though of refrigerated and frozen foods. I have shopped here at least once a week for the several years that I have lived in the area, and found expired dates mixed in the coolers on a regular basis. I have brought this to the attention of employees on two separate occasions, but the practice continues. If they are able to get this under control, this will be a great store to go to. Which is needed with nothing else but the big chain to shop at.

Nice Harps! Prices are a bit higher than Walmart, and greatly compared to Aldi, but they have a great selection, and the meats and produce look great! Their deli meals are actually reasonably priced and are quite good! The bakery is also very good and their selection of cakes is good as well! The prices on their cakes are much cheaper than I expected! My kiddo also loves the children's cart!

Harps Food Stores in Bentonville Arkansas is a nice store that has grocery items that the other stores don't have and check out those instore discounts.

Last night I arrived about 6pm and my son calls as I am on my way to the deli. I ordered 12 pcs of fried chicken, just chicken. The man said, “you want tenders or what’s left?” I looked at that fried chicken and it look like they had no breast so I said I’ll take what’s left, that’s fine. He proceeds to put it all in a container, put the sticker on it, I go to the checkout line paid for my chicken, left the store. This morning I look at my receipt and before taxes it was $21.99. For 12 pieces of chicken? It looks like he may have charged me for a meal when I absolutely told him, “Just chicken“! Maybe he should have some remediation training on listening to customers….

Right down the road. Employee owned and it shows. All the staff is happy to help and drive the customer experience, even when I take 5 trips across the store because I keep forgetting things.It's not the big chain in NWA and will always be my go to store for groceries.

I checked out with owing 39.01 and $50 cash back. It deducted from my bank account and was denied at the same time. This was on a Saturday and all they told me was to up there Monday to speak with the manager. I showed 3 different harps employees my banking application to show the deduction, not a one said that to the manager they called. So not only did 89.01 get deducted I left with no groceries.

Store is in a good location. Well laid out easy to shop. Offers many different brands lots of specialty items, bakery ,deli meat selection was good. I was there on a Sunday produce was not what I'm used to. But speaking of the bakery check out the crossiants,they are about the size of a football. I like to make a breakfast sandwich, had to put them in the toaster oven. They were great highly recommend them.

Never go that store again!The manger Richard is very rude, he refused sell the item for no reason. I wish I can give negative point. I asked why he simply answered "I not sell"Also my friends buy one gift card selled by Richard, its never activated, my friends has to call the card issuer to activate it.He even asked my friends "Did the card you buy last time work?" "Enjoy your card" with wired smile, then my friend found out it not activated after back home. There is good chance he did not activate it when sell it, and thats the reason he ask like that.How could a store manager being so rude and even cheating customer?

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in NWA. The lady working the service desk was completely rude to me even though I was being cooperative. I understand if you can’t help me but you can at least be kind. I am never stepping foot in this store again.

At this visit, I just went to the pharmacy. I have to say that I love using them as my pharmacy. Everyone is sooo friendly and helpful and they also deliver your prescriptions. The delivery driver is friendly and professional but he always has time to make sure you're getting what you were éxpeçting and a friendly comment or two. He always waves when he sees me in the yard, as he's driving by to make his deliveries,

I went to Harps for a money order, I waited at the customer service desk for over 15 minutes before finally a customer service representative came over to assist me. He was a very nice young gentleman and was able to help me with my money order quickly after he greeted me. He was very friendly. The money order was cheaper here than other places. His professionalism and courteousness made the wait well worth it. The lower price of the money order was a bonus. I will be going here again for all my money order needs in the future.

I love the idea of going into a grocery store and not having to fight employees who are doing online shopping for other people or having to fight the never ending stocking of items. the staff Is super friendly and I don't have to check myself out while employees are watching me like I'm a criminal. Harps is an amazing place to shop. definitely worth my time to shop there it's truly stress free
