I took my little princess on tuesday she came back smelling like roses! I dropped her off around noon and she was ready by 3:30pm. What you need to know: They are by appointment only so call to make reservations for your sweet 4 legged child. Price is very reasonable for dog grooming and boarding.

Can’t speak to the quality of their services, because I was never able to bring my dog in. I called the day prior about a nail trim and was told no appointment needed, just walk in. I showed up the next morning at 7:30 when they open and no one answered the phone, door was locked, and lights were off. After sitting the parking lot for 20 min waiting for someone to show up, I gave up and left a voicemail asking them to call me, and never heard a word back. Another lady was waiting in the parking lot and also gave up and drove away.

Took my dog for Bath.Called at 11:00am and they asked to bring at noon, I got there at noon, they took the dog and said it would be 1h, after 2h waiting outside I asked about the dog and they said they were very full and if I could take him the next day.So after 2 hours waiting no one said anything until I asked my dog back.It would be better if they told me that it would be better to bring another day.

I took my dog a couple times and each time he came back he had been cut or nipped. This last time I took him and picked him up the tip of his tail was completely clipped off and bleeding (and no one cared to tell me or even notice for that matter) once I got home I noticed his stomach had cuts all over it with what looked like razor burn as well. EVER SINCE this visit he has been TERRIFIED of clippers and blow dryers which he has NEVER been afraid of before. Even if you make a the sound of beard trimmers with your mouth he instantly get so scared. I would NEVER RECOMMEND this place to anyone. Wasn’t impressed with their customer service either. AND I don’t believe my dog was even bathed.

Imagine this...a ferocious 14 year, 5lb grumpy old man dog that I have to drug before taking and even then he is not nice to her. Yet everytime she makes him look amazing!

Just moved to the area and couldn’t locate their business. Got ahold of them 25 minutes later and she said she couldn’t accept my dog. Horrible ownership. Horrible business establishment. Will never recommend them to anybody.
