Stephanie did a great job with Dusty. He didn't have a full groom, just a few other things, but she did everything to my satisfaction and she was super sweet. She also got him in and out very quickly. I would highly recommend Stephanie. 🙂

Took my Black Shepherd to groom her because of her shedding and I’m allergic. They had 4 different options of shampoo (hypoallergenic and deshedding) which was great. Super user friendly. Great friendly staff and a lot of supplies, snacks, toys and food. Will definitely keep coming back

Great Doodle Cut!!! We sent Charlie to Liz at EarthWise Pet Supply & Grooming in Bentonville and WOW!!! He Looks & Smells GREAT! Liz got the Goldendoodle cut PERFECT!!! We made our first trip to EarthWise yesterday to use the self-service dog bath. It was a top notch experience from beginning to end. The staff was super helpful and patient. The self-service bath facilities are GENIUS! Cost is affordable and worth every stinking penny!!! Our pup walked out of their feeling and SMELLING like a million bucks!

I absolutely love EarthWise!My boyfriend and I bring our dog Nova to use their self wash station and have loved it since the first day trying it. It saves us so much time and frustration to bring her here for her baths then try to struggle and do it ourselves in the bathtub at home. She feels and smells amazing everytime we leave and that makes us all happy campers. 🤠 We were also able to find her calming treats that have been helping with her separation anxiety for those times she just can't tag along with us. Her mood and behavior have definitely improved a ton since finding the treats.Finally, the staff there are always so helpful and kind! The definitely bring in a welcoming vibe and happy attitude which makes us want to go back even more. Compared to other dog stores in town, the employee seem to care just a tiny bit more and seem very well organized. We will ALWAYS come to EarthWise for our dog's needs.

Earthwise was the perfect facility to bring our 2 Redbone Coonhounds. They each weigh over 100 pounds so the raised wash tubs with the ramps were great. Sage explained how all the needed supplies were within easy reach-different types of shampoo, rinse and dryer/towels. They even had aprons! We will definitely return!

My puppy (Bailey) is 10 months old and is timid around strangers. I was concerned about how she would tolerate being there but she did very well and Ashley did a beautiful job!! Bailey is adorable!!

I love that EarthWise has a loyalty program for the self wash, and an option to add professional grooming in the same place. We take our dogs in for the self wash and it's always clean, with fresh towels and those dryers 😍 it's a must for any double coated dog. My two collie mixes love it here.

Ashley is the best!! My dog looks the best it’s ever looked when coming back from the groomers. I absolutely love how short she cut my cavalier hair without affecting her under coat. I definitely recommend Ashley. She’s super sweet and treats your pup like her own!

Pretty convenient place for self washing pets. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Just walk in for self washes and never seen a big lines or holdups.

I was just looking around since I didn't even know what Earth Wise was. If I knew it was a pet supplies shop, I would have visited sooner! The staff were all very pleasant. They have a lot of different pet food and treats, leashes, a self wash area, a professional grooming area, some toys, and bakery items. I wish they had pet clothes because I'm a sucker for dressing up my dog.

We needed to get our elderly dog washed and we knew we couldn’t get her into the bathtub at home. We gave it a shot at EarthWise Pet and it worked out great. The ramp up to the bath area helped her get into the tub and she was really good letting us clean her with the warm soap and water. They had a lot of options for shampoos to use and the equipment was easy to use. It was also nice to be able to use the dryer and their towels to get her dried off before we took her home. We will definitely use the self-service wash again.

Stephanie, Jess, & Sarah always do a great job on my girls, Sydney & Sassy. They all take good care of the girls when they come in; and when they leave they are beautiful! Sassy is extremely shy, but Sarah was extremely patient with her and made sure she was comfortable. Love Earthwise and their employees! Thank you all!Update: Still going to Earthwise for grooming Sydney & Sassy and still not disappointed! My two little girls love them up there and are always treated wonderfully and come out smelling good and looking beautiful! Thank you Elizabeth and all involved!

The groomers were rude. I called later and asked for the manager’s name and to speak to the manager. The groomer that answered refused to give me his name and then refused to let me talk to him over the phone. Later when i went to get my dog the manager said the groomers had told him that I had refused to wear a mask, which was a lie and an attempt on their part to cover their rude behavior that I had hoped to talk to the manager about. The groomer Sarah had an emotional outburst with verbal attacks as a child does when they are caught and trying to divert guilt.I received my dog back intentionally half buzzed and butchered.Would never recommend this place.——————-The owner, Scott, has since reached out to us and made it overwhelmingly clear that our treatment was not what the store stands for. He even mentioned that what happened to my dog was dog abuse. We really appreciate him reaching out. Sadly, as long as those groomers remain employed I would be worried for my dog.

Beware of old reviews. There’s new groomers in town and they are not pet friendly. Our poor Westie has the worst cut, he looks more like a mole and our poodle mix was completely skinned and looks like a bird dog. I let a vet tech see our dogs after the grooming and she was very upset. The grooming area was a mess and not clean. There are plenty of other options. Not recommended.

I took Miss Purdey in for her first nail trim in a LONG TIME. The groomers took her right in to clip and grind her nails. They held her tight and did their job. She came skipping out the door so I took that to mean that it was not traumtic! (The doggy weed pills I gave her before the trip might have taken the edge off!) Thank you for taking such good care of my girl!

The staff here is so friendly and can help you find what your looking for. I also get my dog groomed here. I’ve used both their self wash station and their groomers and having both options are perfect for what I need.

I am happy with the selection of dog foods and everyone I have spoken to so far has been knowledgeable about the products. I love that we can buy raw femur bones in the frozen section for our dog to munch on. The Bentonville Butcher used to do this, but I have yet to find a WalMart butcher that will do it. Samantha is our groomer and I have been very pleased with her as well. She is friendly and does a great job. I like that I don't drop my dog (large labradoodle) off at 7am and have to wait until 2pm or 3pm to pick her up like I have at other places. I bring her in, they get her groomed, I pick her up. Only 2-3 hours max time that she has been at groomer so far. This is much more acceptable to me and to my dog! I love Earthwise and highly recommend!

Aspen is our favorite groomer in Northwest Arkansas! We've been going to Aspen for almost a year now (& have sent all of our puppy friends!). Not only do my Cavalier King Charles Spaniels look PERFECT every time I pick them up, but (what really matters to me) when I drop them off they absolutely freak out with excitement when they see her. I really appreciated all of the options they had and especially the emphasis on “raw-hide free”!We went in for healthy shampoo, ended up finding exactly what we wanted and found some fun bones for the babies too!Everyone was happy.I will definitely be back
